Estou fazendo esses exercícios desde Fevereiro, comecei pesando 89 kg, já estava no IMC de Obesidade I, autoestima lá embaixo, mas criei vergonha na cara e comecei a me exercitar todos os dias com esse vídeo e fazer reeducação alimentar e já se foram 13 kg eliminados em 4 meses! Estou falando isso aqui pois sei o quanto faz diferença para quem está buscando um incentivo. Não desista, você consegue!
I’ve been doing this for about 2 and a half weeks and doing it a few times a week and I’ve already lost 3 inches on my belly and about an inch and a half on my waist and I plan to keep going!! Just incase you guys are wondering if this is effective or not.

I think this is my best workout so far. I've done it every month for a year Feb 2022-Feb 2023. Lost 25kg. And days when I don't feel like dancing, I use the sound to walk/run miles 👌gives me the energy I need. Thank you Emma

This girl has the best routine. No crazy jumping and complicated dance moves. Especially good for beginners or for people like me who used to do this in their 20's but life took over and now just need to get back to fitness but don't want to go into a gym with the young, hip, hot bodies looking for attention. Her moves are on point.
I am a 55-year-old woman living in Korea. It's been two months since I came across this video while looking for a simple way to exercise at home. She initially weighed 87 kg, but has now dieted to 75 kg in two months. Try doing this repeatedly and consistently every day. @@kare02leon I have tried everything to lose weight. Even if I succeeded in losing weight after trying many methods, I would go back to the original state if I let my guard down for a moment. I have now realized that the reason was that it was not the right method. Recently, I have been maintaining a healthy diet since I started this exercise. I eat raw food in the morning, and after work, I eat a regular meal provided by the company for lunch. I eat vegetables such as tomatoes and cabbage for dinner at 7 o'clock after work. I eat this exercise for 1 hour every day at 8 o'clock. After exercising, I drink a little water and don't eat anything after that. On weekends, I did this exercise for 2 hours a day, 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. The results of such regular exercise and diet control are truly amazing. First of all, the results of weight loss are amazing, but I no longer feel the pain in my back, shoulders, and knees that I had suffered from chronic pain here and there. Those who are starting this exercise... Don't be greedy and do it regularly for your health. If you pay a little attention to your diet along with this exercise, you will feel that the weight is falling off naturally. For those of you who have started this exercise, never give up. If you choose videos that you can practice among the many channel videos and follow them consistently, there will be some differences, but amazing results await everyone.
Started yesterday: 60.4kg.. I'll do my best to do it everyday. Day 1: finished the whole video. Almost died at 8 mins but pushed through. Day 2: when I woke up, my arms were hurting a bit. Did the entire video. Good workout. Sometimes it's hard to keep up. Hoping to see some results. :) Wish me luck people! Well, I did the excersize for a week. And I lost only a pound, however, and this is a big one... I lost a lot of cms on back fat and toned my arms better than they were before. Also reduced my thighs a bit. The sides fat from my belly also saw a reduction. So that's great! I would encourage people to do this workout. I will get back to it once I get back home.

I am a 55-year-old woman living in South Korea. Today is my third review. On March 10, 2024, I lost 16 kg from 87 kg by following this exercise, and then reached a plateau. Although I exercised at the same time and intensity every day, my weight actually increased a little more. As the plateau became longer, I felt a little more relaxed, but I had a health checkup at work in September of this year, and the results were completely satisfactory. All of my blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, abdominal circumference, and inflammation levels were normal. After seeing the results of the health checkup, I realized how effective exercise is, so now my goal is not to lose weight, but to increase my exercise time for my health. I am following this for 1 hour and 30 minutes every day after work. And recently, I have been controlling my diet, reducing carbohydrates and increasing protein intake, and as a result, I finally reached 69 kg today. I'm so happy to see that I lost weight, so I'm posting this third review. If you've decided to try this exercise, don't skip a single day and start with something easy every day. for those who struggle with this exercise like I do, If you need to rest just KEEP MOVING. just walk in place for a few minutes if your ankle needs rest or you need a drink of water, try to keep moving for the full 30 minutes and if you do this work out everyday. eventually you'll be able to finish it. I'm 5'4 and 240 pounds with weak ankles. this work out is incredibly hard for me, I'm extremely out of shape. But I'm trying my best to keep moving.
Great advice! It was hard for me at first too but I saw that the other ladies in the video were still moving, even though they were going at a slower speed. I'm your same height but with knee issues. Wishing your success!

I’m not gonna lie. I only got six minutes into the video and it’s kicking my butt. I’m 240 pounds so hopefully with some diet and with this video it’ll help me lose some weight. My goal is to get through the whole thing without stopping but for right now I’ll take my breaks as I need.

I'm 205... This is my first time doing Zoomba from Emma. Gotta admit that the first 6 minutes gave me cramps beyond hell. I just paused the video (thank goodness for the pause button) and took a breather and continued on. You got this, Lady.
I did it for 6 minutes yesterday and my stomach hurt hard and so I stopped doing it and today I was able to do it for 15 minutes I feel it is a good improvement Soon will hit the whole 34 minutes
Hope this helps me to get healthier; My husband is watching me while I dance and he says half way through I caught on which I haven't worked out in over 10 years and I had brain surgery so I had to relearn how to walk - the stroke caused memory and word issues - also my cognitive function and this particular video helps me learn how to be myself again, I could cry. lol ;) I wouldn't of been able to do this today without my husband

However, you can immediately feel when you try on clothes that you have lost a lot of body fat. The way I exercise is to search for popularity among the many videos on the channel, watch the music and movements first, and then save the videos I like in the video library. Currently, I have about 30 videos stored in my favorite video library. I make it a routine to change the archived videos from time to time. I listen to exciting music and exercise, and I'm so thankful that I found the right exercise for me. I will post another review in 2 months.

@@elsathome6919 Thanks! I always like to stretch, then do something like this to warm the muscles up and then do something that targets the warmed up muscles. So I gotta be careful and not die before the actual thing starts xD (I was also told that stretching after helps to reduce the after effects the next days but usually I am so dead that I just lay there and don't move for 20 min, questioning how I am going to convince myself the next day to do it again o-o )

I’m 50 and out of shape and finished this and loved it! The various body types of the women made me feel like I could do it and I did. I’m definitely doing this regularly. ❤️❤️❤️

The exercises are very effective have only done it for two weeks and was skipping some days and my body is a lot more lighter plus i had broad shoulders and now i can even see some bones on my neck and back,very good work out
@@kovserhediyyeler8826 I wasn’t working out everyday but after the exercise you even feel light on the body and the results for the shoulders are permanent because some of the dresses would be small on the shoulder area but fit well anywhere else but now even my closes that were small in that area fit, would be two or 3 times are week sometimes i don’t even work out

Current weight: 75kgs Doing the exercise for 2 weeks Day 1: did the whole workout. Day 2: whole workout done. Felt it in the hands today. Though its day 2, exercise still feels strange. I keep checking in the mirror if I'm doing the right thing ...haha. Day 3: done - didn't have much zeal for workout today.
This is like a really aggressive form of belly dancing! Was a fun workout, and I liked seeing all the participants of various ages and beautiful shapes 💪❤️
I lift heavy but I acted to add some cardio into my training and I’m not a cardio person at all but I LOVE these workouts!!!!! I lift six days a week and do these vids 2x a day! They’re awesome!

Thank you very much for these Workout! I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better! For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished. I also try to give people a bit of motivation (on my Channel) to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it. I just did my first run of this, and made it to the end. The title is a damn lie! It's not for beginners lol My arms are doing to be a disaster tomorrow, but it's for progress and getting fit. If you can't do the full 30 mins that's okay. Take it one day at a time. You can do it :)

Found this video during CV 2020. Did it for a week and couldn’t even last 5 to 10 min. Past forward to 2024, I have been more active with hiking, walk/run, but not regularly. Took out this video and did it again last night. Managed to do 35 min, uncoordinated and all and my belly not cooperating 😄😂. Will stick to it this time since it’s such a fun workout and helps my neck and shoulder pain. Let’s see how the stomach will be months from now😊
Vuelvo a comentar; hace casi dos meses empecé hacer este ejercicio. La cual pesaba 61.5 kilo y hoy peso 52 kilo. También empecé a comer sano, menos harinas y nada de azúcar (consumo en poca porción las comidas). Además de hacer este ejercicio incorpore hacer brazos y glúteo. Y hago 3 veces por semana el ejercicio. También deje las gaseosas, bebida con alcohol; solo consumo agua. Vamos que se puede; el secreto es ser constante!
Te felicito¡!¡ yo voy a hacer lo mismo pero no voy a dejar de tomar gaseosa ósea en mi opinión no es "no podes comer esto ni aquello" sino que no comer tanto y obviamente no seguido yo recién voy a empezar y estoy dejando de comer pan sólo como debes en cuando y lo tosto pero no como mucho, como sólo lo justo y necesario de comida y me he dado cuenta que yo sólo necesito 1 plato de comida antes me comía asta tres platos, ahora me doy cuenta que comía de más, voy a ver si funciona gracias por inspirarme ahora tengo esperanzas XD

Eu fiz esses exercícios durante 30 dias e diminui o jantar eliminei 10 centímetros de cintura❤ funciona muito, não é puxado super tranquilo e leve não sobrecarrega o corpo e ainda podemos fazer em pé
La primera vez solo ví el vídeo para ir contando el total de repeticiones de cada movimiento, establecí mi horario y en donde sentía que no coordinaba mis movimientos pausaba el vídeo para hacerlos bien,así me fui habituando poco a poco al ritmo.
Estou super mega feliz com minha força de vontade , Desculpas pra não fazer sempre temos , mais se focar e deixar outras coisas de lado e começar vc não quer mais parar . Essa Emma é viciante. Estou amando o resultado sem fazer dietas loucas . Sem falar na disposição do corpo , é outro nível .

Hola... Mi idea es solo bajar barriga. Soy de contextura normal con tendencia a bajar (que no quisiera) solo quiero bajar panza que tengo mucha. Ayuda? O será que solo hago 5 días a la semana combinadas con abdominales.?
Yo lo estoy usando para fortalecer mi abdomen y recuperar elasticidad en la columna para disminuir mi dolor de ciática y la verdad me ayuda mucho :) Además de que me deja la panza al rojo vivo, así que asumo que sí servirá para aumentar circulación, tonificar y quemar grasa. Me encanta la energía de la instructora :D
Comencé el martes 23 de marzo , al principio me costó un poco seguir el ritmo pero al cuarto día ya me sentía mejor haciendo los ejercicios. Hoy 1 de abril veo grandes cambios, no solo tengo el abdomen más plano sino que tengo más pequeña la cintura. Sean pacientes de verdad que este ejercicio me ha dado muy buenos resultados!!!
Yo empecé antes y no he notado muchos cambios, pero si ha habido algunos pequeños. Además empecé el ayuno intermitente y cambié otros hábitos alimenticios que tenía. No me desanima mucho no tener resultados tan rápidos como los tuyos, pero te felicito 💚

I just did it and it was very fun to do, as a 14 year old i did not expect that i would be able to do the whole thing, but i suprised myself and finished. Through the whole thing it was fun and got a few stitches but it went away not long after. Its only the first time i did it and i loved it. thank you so much for not making a boring workout! (:
Idk if I am suppose to be doing this as a 12 year old but your right they are really fun I sadly wasn't able to finish the whole thing but I'll keep trying throughout the day I hope I can finish it
@@nayelynavarrete6402 Please don’t over train tho, that can become really bad. One of the reasons (i think) that i was able to finish it, is because i’m a trained gymnast. You will be able to finish it i believe!
Llevo 3 meses practicando el ejercicio, lo recomiendo 100%, también hago una rutina de mancuernas y camino bastante, tomo más agua y cambié la alimentación. He bajado 12 kilos y sigo por más 💪

Que rico y que bien me siento, no puedo brincar, ni alzar peso entonces estos ejercicios me viene genial!! Para empezar silo hice la mitad de la rutina poco a poco aumentare la intensidad y el tiempo
@@naidagardner5005 tomo más agua y dejé el azúcar en el té, como solo un pan al día, dejé el jugo y las bebidas, como normal pero menos cantidad. La clave está en la constancia 👍

@ É impressão minha ou passou-vos ao lado que a pessoa não está a falar em kilos mas em pedra, que é uma medida americana equivalente a 6 kilos e tal, 2.5 stone (pedra) são quase 16 kilos,, em 4 meses quem me dera.

Comecei sexta 23/04/21, fiz sexta, sábado e hoje segunda. Sentir diferença na barriga e braços, não faço dieta, só diminui a quantidade dos alimentos. E realmente funciona.

Estou fazendo esses exercícios desde Fevereiro, comecei pesando 89 kg, já estava no IMC de Obesidade I, autoestima lá embaixo, mas criei vergonha na cara e comecei a me exercitar todos os dias com esse vídeo e fazer reeducação alimentar e já se foram 13 kg eliminados em 4 meses! I think this is my best workout so far. I've done it every month for a year Feb 2022-Feb 2023. Lost 25kg. And days when I don't feel like dancing, I use the sound to walk/run miles 👌gives me the energy I need. Thank you Emma

This girl has the best routine. No crazy jumping and complicated dance moves. Especially good for beginners or for people like me who used to do this in their 20's but life took over and now just need to get back to fitness but don't want to go into a gym with the young, hip, hot bodies looking for attention. I have tried everything to lose weight. Even if I succeeded in losing weight after trying many methods, I would go back to the original state if I let my guard down for a moment. I have now realized that the reason was that it was not the right method. Recently, I have been maintaining a healthy diet since I started this exercise. I eat raw food in the morning, and after work, I eat a regular meal provided by the company for lunch. I eat vegetables such as tomatoes and cabbage for dinner at 7 o'clock after work. I eat this exercise for 1 hour every day at 8 o'clock. After exercising, I drink a little water and don't eat anything after that. On weekends, I did this exercise for 2 hours a day, 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. The results of such regular exercise and diet control are truly amazing. First of all, the results of weight loss are amazing, but I no longer feel the pain in my back, shoulders, and knees that I had suffered from chronic pain here and there. Those who are starting this exercise... Don't be greedy and do it regularly for your health. If you pay a little attention to your diet along with this exercise, you will feel that the weight is falling off naturally. For those of you who have started this exercise, never give up. Started yesterday: 60.4kg.. I'll do my best to do it everyday.
Day 1: finished the whole video. Almost died at 8 mins but pushed through.
Day 2: when I woke up, my arms were hurting a bit. Did the entire video. Good workout. Sometimes it's hard to keep up. Hoping to see some results. :) Wish me luck people!
Well, I did the excersize for a week. And I lost only a pound, however, and this is a big one... I lost a lot of cms on back fat and toned my arms better than they were before. Also reduced my thighs a bit. The sides fat from my belly also saw a reduction. So that's great! I would encourage people to do this workout. I will get back to it once I get back home.

I am a 55-year-old woman living in South Korea. Today is my third review. On March 10, 2024, I lost 16 kg from 87 kg by following this exercise, and then reached a plateau. Although I exercised at the same time and intensity every day, my weight actually increased a little more. As the plateau became longer, I felt a little more relaxed, but I had a health checkup at work in September of this year, and the results were completely satisfactory. All of my blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, abdominal circumference, and inflammation levels were normal. After seeing the results of the health checkup, I realized how effective exercise is, so now my goal is not to lose weight, but to increase my exercise time for my health. I am following this for 1 hour and 30 minutes every day after work. And recently, I have been controlling my diet, reducing carbohydrates and increasing protein intake, and as a result, I finally reached 69 kg today. I'm so happy to see that I lost weight, so I'm posting this third review. If you've decided to try this exercise, don't skip a single day and start with something easy every day. You'll be amazed at how much you'll change.❤❤❤

for those who struggle with this exercise like I do, If you need to rest just KEEP MOVING. just walk in place for a few minutes if your ankle needs rest or you need a drink of water, try to keep moving for the full 30 minutes and if you do this work out everyday. eventually you'll be able to finish it. I'm 5'4 and 240 pounds with weak ankles. this work out is incredibly hard for me, I'm extremely out of shape. But I'm trying my best to keep moving.

I’m not gonna lie. I only got six minutes into the video and it’s kicking my butt. I’m 240 pounds so hopefully with some diet and with this video it’ll help me lose some weight. My goal is to get through the whole thing without stopping but for right now I’ll take my breaks as I need.

She lost weight quickly for two months, but after two months, it seemed to have plateaued and the loss did not occur rapidly. However, you can immediately feel when you try on clothes that you have lost a lot of body fat. The way I exercise is to search for popularity among the many videos on the channel, watch the music and movements first, and then save the videos I like in the video library. Currently, I have about 30 videos stored in my favorite video library. I make it a routine to change the archived videos from time to time. I listen to exciting music and exercise, and I'm so thankful that I found the right exercise for me. I will post another review in 2 months.

@@elsathome6919 Thanks! I always like to stretch, then do something like this to warm the muscles up and then do something that targets the warmed up muscles. So I gotta be careful and not die before the actual thing starts xD (I was also told that stretching after helps to reduce the after effects the next days but usually I am so dead that I just lay there and don't move for 20 min, questioning how I am going to convince myself the next day to do it again o-o )

@@kovserhediyyeler8826 I wasn’t working out everyday but after the exercise you even feel light on the body and the results for the shoulders are permanent because some of the dresses would be small on the shoulder area but fit well anywhere else but now even my closes that were small in that area fit, would be two or 3 times are week sometimes i don’t even work out

I lift heavy but I acted to add some cardio into my training and I’m not a cardio person at all but I LOVE these workouts!!!!! I lift six days a week and do these vids 2x a day! They’re awesome!

For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished. I also try to give people a bit of motivation (on my Channel) to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it.

I just did my first run of this, and made it to the end. The title is a damn lie! It's not for beginners lol My arms are doing to be a disaster tomorrow, but it's for progress and getting fit. If you can't do the full 30 mins that's okay. Take it one day at a time. You can do it :)

Found this video during CV 2020. Did it for a week and couldn’t even last 5 to 10 min. Past forward to 2024, I have been more active with hiking, walk/run, but not regularly. Took out this video and did it again last night. Managed to do 35 min, uncoordinated and all and my belly not cooperating 😄😂. Will stick to it this time since it’s such a fun workout and helps my neck and shoulder pain. Let’s see how the stomach will be months from now😊

Vuelvo a comentar; hace casi dos meses empecé hacer este ejercicio. La cual pesaba 61.5 kilo y hoy peso 52 kilo. También empecé a comer sano, menos harinas y nada de azúcar (consumo en poca porción las comidas). Además de hacer este ejercicio incorpore hacer brazos y glúteo. Y hago 3 veces por semana el ejercicio. También deje las gaseosas, bebida con alcohol; solo consumo agua. Vamos que se puede; el secreto es ser constante!
Te felicito¡!¡ yo voy a hacer lo mismo pero no voy a dejar de tomar gaseosa ósea en mi opinión no es "no podes comer esto ni aquello" sino que no comer tanto y obviamente no seguido yo recién voy a empezar y estoy dejando de comer pan sólo como debes en cuando y lo tosto pero no como mucho, como sólo lo justo y necesario de comida y me he dado cuenta que yo sólo necesito 1 plato de comida antes me comía asta tres platos, ahora me doy cuenta que comía de más, voy a ver si funciona gracias por inspirarme ahora tengo esperanzas XD

Eu fiz esses exercícios durante 30 dias e diminui o jantar eliminei 10 centímetros de cintura❤ funciona muito, não é puxado super tranquilo e leve não sobrecarrega o corpo e ainda podemos fazer em pé
Se veía fácil en mi cerebro y termino siendo más duro de lo que pensé, me costó coordinar y aguantar, pero lo voi a seguir haciendo
La primera vez solo ví el vídeo para ir contando el total de repeticiones de cada movimiento, establecí mi horario y en donde sentía que no coordinaba mis movimientos pausaba el vídeo para hacerlos bien,así me fui habituando poco a poco al ritmo.

Hola... Mi idea es solo bajar barriga. Soy de contextura normal con tendencia a bajar (que no quisiera) solo quiero bajar panza que tengo mucha. Ayuda? O será que solo hago 5 días a la semana combinadas con abdominales.?
Yo lo estoy usando para fortalecer mi abdomen y recuperar elasticidad en la columna para disminuir mi dolor de ciática y la verdad me ayuda mucho :) Además de que me deja la panza al rojo vivo, así que asumo que sí servirá para aumentar circulación, tonificar y quemar grasa. Me encanta la energía de la instructora :D

Comencé el martes 23 de marzo , al principio me costó un poco seguir el ritmo pero al cuarto día ya me sentía mejor haciendo los ejercicios. Hoy 1 de abril veo grandes cambios, no solo tengo el abdomen más plano sino que tengo más pequeña la cintura. Sean pacientes de verdad que este ejercicio me ha dado muy buenos resultados!!!
Yo empecé antes y no he notado muchos cambios, pero si ha habido algunos pequeños. Además empecé el ayuno intermitente y cambié otros hábitos alimenticios que tenía.
No me desanima mucho no tener resultados tan rápidos como los tuyos, pero te felicito 💚

@@melanycarrerasanchez4946 La verdad solo me he limitado a comer en menor cantidad (ya que comía mucho) , tomo más agua y evito el pan con la bebida 😊 y hago el ejercicio todos los días.
I just did it and it was very fun to do, as a 14 year old i did not expect that i would be able to do the whole thing, but i suprised myself and finished. Through the whole thing it was fun and got a few stitches but it went away not long after. Its only the first time i did it and i loved it.

@@nayelynavarrete6402 Please don’t over train tho, that can become really bad. One of the reasons (i think) that i was able to finish it, is because i’m a trained gymnast. You will be able to finish it i believe!

Llevo 3 meses practicando el ejercicio, lo recomiendo 100%, también hago una rutina de mancuernas y camino bastante, tomo más agua y cambié la alimentación. He bajado 12 kilos y sigo por más 💪

Que rico y que bien me siento, no puedo brincar, ni alzar peso entonces estos ejercicios me viene genial!! Para empezar silo hice la mitad de la rutina poco a poco aumentare la intensidad y el tiempo

@@naidagardner5005 tomo más agua y dejé el azúcar en el té, como solo un pan al día, dejé el jugo y las bebidas, como normal pero menos cantidad. La clave está en la constancia 👍

Quiero dar a conocer mi testimonio. Mi vida cambio desde que hago esta rutina de ejercicios…. pesaba 148 kilos y en menos de un mes he perdido esa grasa abdominal que me colgaba del vientre y la pesa no miente!!! He bajado 25 kilos!, con ejercicio diario, buena nutrición y mucha agua. Gracias a Emma Fitness, mi ida ha cambiado.
