    Este fue el primer video que hice. Estoy a 6 kg de mi peso ideal y nunca puedo hacer ejercicio y mantenerlo en el tiempo. Odio ejercitarme. Hoy se cumplen 5 días seguidos en los que despierto en la mañana y hago alguna de las rutinas de Emma. Sé que no es mucho, pero para mi, mantener algo durante casi una semana completa religiosamente es maravilloso. Las rutinas tienen buena música y no son aburridas. Espero seguir convirtiéndolo en un hábito.

    Comecei ontem,06/04/22 com 78k
    Hoje foi meu segundo dia, porém hoje não fiz ao acordar, fiz depois da digestão do almoço, vou me esforçar em fazer todos os dias, mesmo que em horários diferentes, vou me esforçar para fazer desses exercícios uma rotina diaria, se eu conseguir volto depois para falar o resultado.

    Amo essas aulas, eu não consigo fazer cardio pois eu fico tonta passando mal, mas esses aeróbicos me ajudaram muito. Vou manter e fazer todos os dias, tô esperando só minha balança chegar pra eu começar a observar os resultados.

      Yo soy hombre pero antier que vi este comentario suyo dije: tengo que continuar haciendo este ejercicio porque llevo como 5 días pero lo hacía un día sí un día no hoy si voy a hacerlo hasta cumplir los 14 días de corrido.

    My first time to do this 22 whole minute routine!!! I am 10 days less of 67 years old, and I kept up with these young girls stamina! Sure I missed quite a few steps but I made it! Thank you Emma for this workout. I have thirteen more days to go!!! 🙏😇❤️💕

      Today will is my last day to do this routine! Although I did this through 14 days, I had to do some modifications. With the intense arm movements, I hurt my right shoulder. It’s okay now that but I still do my arms with modified movements. I’ll keep doing this routine because it’s perfect time for me. Thank you Emma! 🙏😇❤️

    Amazing , Don't give up on me now" girl I was about to give up on myself when nothing worked until I found Exipure Healthy weight loss from Subscribers.Space
    I like some of the transitions, but sometimes they're a bit too much and are seemingly random. Since we use these persistent elements that transition across pages to indicate some kind of relationship between the previous and the next states, some of your transitions confuse me because I can't immediately see what the relationship is.
    For example 2:23 of the selectable tiles (which weren't selected) transition into being two switches... does that mean anything? are they related in some way? I see this as random and a bad use of the design language. However, at 1:14 I like the transition from switches to the ticks on a paper, that makes sense to me. Epic presentation tho

      Hágalo. En los primeros días cuando lo esté haciendo se cansan bastante los brazos. Durante los primeros 4 días va a ser muy cansado para los brazos. Después del cuarto día será formidable. Se siente tan delicioso este ejercicio y le suda a uno hasta el pelo 😂😅. Hágalo en 13 días me dice cómo le fue.

      @@isharathore2954 i am 13 years old and i did this for i week and i did 2 times a day and did little bit of dieting also because my parents doesn't allow me to diet 🙄and i am following this because i want to become a kpop idol😋anyway you quite older than me so i thick you should do dieting , do lots of excercise and or you can eat healthy food instead of dieting. I think this will work for you

    I just finished this one, and I M DROWNING in sweat. At some points i didn t know how to exactly move but just followed the music rythm.
    I think i found my joy here, smooth, intense and funny!

    It's been a week for me now. Haven't lost a single pound and this honestly really makes my tummy hurt a lot. On a positive note I have been pooping every morning since starting this challenge 🤷‍♀️. *Update. It has been a month now. I now see a difference in terms of inches but not a single pound was lost*

      I think you're not maintaining proper diet. Avoid sugar, cold drinks etc and I think you'll notice some results. If you can't maintain diet, then I'll take time but still would work.

    Emma , aqui no Brasil estamos gostando muito ! Gostamos desses exercícios, música e ritmo animados ...Comecei faz umas duas semanas , estou fazendo quase todos os dias ....Vou tirar minhas medidas e volto daqui algum tempo para dizer o resultado

      @@Bhoomiiiiikaaa since i never fat or over weight the result is my healthy has been improving. Before i start doing aerobic i can't run or walk fast. If i do under my eye will be swollen. But now its gone.
      Secondly, i can control my weight without diet since i love eating whatever. I still 45KG. And i'm 156 cm tall..i hope my answer is help :)
