I was very lazy and tired this morning, but I did this workout and now I feel absolutely amazing!
This could be by far my most favorite fitnessblender video of all time! everything about it is so good
starting with Kelly's gorgeous outfit! I love the colors so refreshing, I love the strength+ pilates mix, so intense and slow paced, allows you to spend a few good seconds in each repetition which burns harder! as always I love the calorie count and showing the (next workout)

Fitness Blender has been the best source for my training for tough mudder on strength and endurance. I applaud your many videos and truth be told I like to see when they are obviously tired and not some over powered duo that never seems to feel it. LOL Good job guys.
I was so excited to see that this posted this morning! The workout I had planned was not very difficult so I tagged this on after for a nice total body day. Can I just say how adorable Kelli is? That she still gets nervous filming, and has her slip ups with counting reps or what have you. I love it - it makes me not feel so stupid when I lose count or make a mistake. We are all human, even stunning Kelli and awesome Daniel :) Keep doing what you do, I completely appreciate it!!!

I didn't get a chance to work out until really late and this was perfect because it was quiet! It was relatively slow paced with no jumping or intervals but still really difficult. I'm so glad I did this one!

Seriously, no gym is needed to get fit! All you need is your body, and some FitnessBlender ❤️. It’s 8:33 pm and I just finished my workout. I hope I can make a habit of doing these type of strengthening workouts at least 4 times a day. It’s exactly what I need to start shaping my body after I’ve lost 17 lbs. I’m ready for some muscle 💪💪💪💪💪
