@@nahbhagat21 at home! I’m too awkward to go to a gym 😂 I followed Kayla Itsines workout plan back then. Now I just do an hour or so each day and I’ve dropped 5kg so quick. Consistency is key, and diet 🥗🙂

Great workouts, Maddie! I love the variety in both content and length. One small request: can you please say a bit more instruction when getting into more of the uncommon positions? For the leg lift on the floor and the clamshell, it wasn't totally clear where your legs were placed - how far in front the knee was supposed to be, or at what angle from the torso... and with the leg lift, does the leg stay at the same angle going up and down? Are you trying to keep your toes angled towards the floor? Stuff like that would be helpful. Thanks!!!
Girl same. I know most people come here for the abs but I'm here for her badass leg workouts. My thighs are a mess from so much rapid weight loss and gains. I'll never be 100% cause of some skin losing elasticity, but my legs have improved a great deal from her videos and I have become a whole Hell of a lot stronger!!
I dont know why but for me these are the best videos for exercising at home. Nice and slow, controlled but no easy at all, i feel each muscle. The videos are just right for what i need (and as far as i can see, many people here!). Thank you for such great videos!

Lol she's just far more coordinated than me so I feel you. When she does like 5 moves at once I'm like... Yea. No. I usually just modify them to something I can do until I can work my way up to something closer to what she's doing lol.

I just tried your exercises today and I has a little bit of trouble with the exercise on my knees. My knees have been injured so as a suggestion if there's another exercise to target the thighs and if you can group the standing exercises all together and the floor exercises all together that would be great because I had some trouble getting up and then down and it's just easier. Thanks 😊
How would I describe this after finishing it with two breaks in between: like a slow painful death 😂😂 But I’m lovin’ the burn in my inner thighs! Thanks for the video Maddie 💕
These are the most awesome video exercises to do at home....you are a life saver. We are in lock down in Toronto, Canada - no gyms open for the last three months. I typically do weight training, however, love your exercises with the weights and the bands. Thank you!

I love your workouts!! But, can you make a leg/thigh and butt video where you do all the floor exercises at once and then the standing ones? I’m 65 and have RA so it’s very hard for me to get up and down. I try to follow you but it gets exhausting getting up and down😔 Other than that, I think you’re awesome 🥰
I do one of your thigh workouts each Friday and I use bands regularly, but this was harder than it looked from my first investigation. Luckily there's no shame in going back to the lighter band haha.
Does this workout bulk up your thighs? I want to slim them rather than bulk. I have a difficult time slimming them down, but I’m afraid I’m doing exercises that counteract my goal. Thank you for these free exercises I really appreciate them 💜

Hi Maddison I have a question I'm 69 years old I am having trouble with my left knee i've been diagnosed as patella Malaysia very painful and I was told to strengthen my thigh muscles quads it's been over year and still giving me a problem it seems like it's slips out of place And sometimes goes too far back as well ,can it be fixed without surgery ..?and can you recommend a certain exercise I can do at my age to strengthen the quad before the other knees gives out too I do the leg raises but the squats seem to agrivate the knee I was walking a mile a day before this happened now I'm lucky to get 2000 steps inI know you're not a doctor but I was hoping to give me some good tips what is your opinion take Maddie. theres lots of different fabric ones on amazon! the reviews i read they dont bunch up like the other ones do
Try the arena strength from amazon, they never slip
