Ok, as a trainer and fitness competitor I’ve done more booty workouts in my life than I could ever count and I’m giving you HUGE props!!! In 10 minutes I felt the “ouch” exactly where it should be!! I love this workout!!
I came here after my kettlebell workout (with Roxanne) to add a bit more glute work - I coudn't believe how bad this video is made and her annoying talking... I thought she is an amateur but then I got shocked that she has more than 9M subscribers!! crazy. I'll check if she got any better in these 4 years since the video came out.

Bands are great. I love lifting with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc. but I’ve come to really appreciate the bands as well. They’re not just for folks who don’t have access to other equipment. They’re really good in their own right.
I would recommend doing this in the morning, especially if you can’t make it to the gym. It will help keep your glutes active throughout the day. By doing this in the morning, rather than before bed, you’ll get the most from your workout

I've done this workout a dozen times with one of those thin rubber (cheap) booty bands and I just did it with a new higher quality band like hers and I gotta say... completely different workout!!! It's definitely worth getting a good quality band the first time around.

Thanks for creating these booty band workouts. I use them almost daily to help stabilise my hips and prevent knee pain. A quick booty activation / burn in the morning really helps to keep me pain free. Thanks!
Here’s the thing. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

I bought Glute Loops months ago but never felt motivated to use them. I found this video in February and have been doing the workout once a week and am noticing a huge difference! Not only in my muscle tone and filling out my yoga pants better (lol), but also ability to maintain good form in other workouts, including yoga. I appreciate that you make shorter workouts because I work 9-6 Monday through Friday and occasionally the weekends. I typically don’t get home until 7, and I was doing your other workouts before I began this job. However, adjustments needed to be made and now I’m using these shorter workouts and getting just as much of a burn as I was previously. :)

I'm new here and I have to say this is the best booty burn ever! After just 3 weeks I can feel my legs and booty strengthening and getting round again. I've just started to work out, maybe 6 weeks ago, I have been working my way up from 15 mins a day to 20, 25 and now 30. Is a short, intense workout, just as good as a long workout? Some days I feel like I'm not doing it long enough. Thanks in advance

I’ll be honest, I do these after a 20 min Full body workout! I use it as an opportunity to work my booty/thighs a little extra, which is a weak area for me. Love all your workouts, Maddie! 😍

You can still do this workout with the band! It obviously won't be as intense but you definitely can still do it! I ordered a 3 pack on Amazon and got it in three days. Maybe it's time to just order from elsewhere lol. If you do though I suggest the fabric bands. They are so much better than the rubbery ones!

Maye your resistance band is not strong or tight enough. I use a set of 3 different bands. There is a light, a medium and a heavy one. I usualy use the medium one and the resistance is strong. I guess the quality of the band matters. My butt is burning after this workout!

Omg Lord have mercy!! My cheeks were tire at 9:50 lol. But i keep going! Because your glutes workouts have changed my life! My butt went from flat to shapely & lifted.
Doing this for idk how longg❤️❤️ Day 1:✅it was surprisingly not hard AT ALL, i only lost my breath at the squats. I really didn’t expect that but i hope this workout will really help my but grow!! Day 2:✅ it was definitely harder than yesterday, i literally can not breath. The thing is that i felt so much burn in my but yesterday and today because of yesterdays workout. Thats why i think that this will improve the thickness of my but really much! Jung Bts are you using latex bands ? Because they tend to roll way more than fabric resistance bands
Practice helps. I make sure mine sits just above my knee pit. Seems to hold up better. Yet to look into fabric ones though!

As long as it's intense you'll be fine. HIIT training is really good with dumbbells. Short but it'll leave you in a pool of sweat every time.

I’ll be honest, I do these after a 20 min Full body workout! I use it as an opportunity to work my booty/thighs a little extra, which is a weak area for me. Love all your workouts, Maddie! 😍

@@lisbethdc yes, it was on wish! Well, I'd rather have it here already, but at the same time I understand, unfortunately Covid-19 is getting in the way! I actually ordered it in May, so it's been a while. Anyways, Maddie has plenty of other workouts to do so I am still able to keep myself busy! :)

You can still do this workout with the band! It obviously won't be as intense but you definitely can still do it! I ordered a 3 pack on Amazon and got it in three days. Maybe it's time to just order from elsewhere lol. If you do though I suggest the fabric bands. They are so much better than the rubbery ones!
@@asmoada123 i played sports my entire life. When i do exercises without bands it doesnt do anything so thats why im waiting for them . But meanwhile i've been doing weighted exercises.

Maye your resistance band is not strong or tight enough. I use a set of 3 different bands. There is a light, a medium and a heavy one. I usualy use the medium one and the resistance is strong. I guess the quality of the band matters. My butt is burning after this workout!

Day 1:✅it was surprisingly not hard AT ALL, i only lost my breath at the squats. I really didn’t expect that but i hope this workout will really help my but grow!!
Day 2:✅ it was definitely harder than yesterday, i literally can not breath. The thing is that i felt so much burn in my but yesterday and today because of yesterdays workout. Thats why i think that this will improve the thickness of my but really much!
Day 3:✅ it was so hard i wanted to give up, i kinda saw results already tho

Day 5:✅ it wasn’t really hard AT FIRST, but when i got to the last 2 excersises i practically died.
