    For anyone wondering, I've been doing this since the video came out, and my arms look the best they've ever looked, and I NEVER go to the gym! They are super strong and lean, and I've only been using this arm workout, so it really makes a HUGE difference. Thanks, Astrid!

      It definitely did not bulk me up at all, and I did 5lbs for the first month, and then upped it to 10lbs and they're still not bulked up, it just gave me nice lean arms & shoulders. I started doing it 3x every other day, and then every day and it made a noticeable difference in just a couple of weeks.

    6 weeks now into this work and the results are amazing! If I can do it from a wheelchair, you can definitely do it!

      I do the set once every other day. My nutritionist said if you do it every day, you don't give your muscles a chance to rest . I also do a medicine ball workout with it. I do the medicine ball ever day though. I also have an arm cycle and a dvd done by a woman in a wheelchair. I have all these things , so I don't get bored.

    I've been doing this 5 minute workout for a week tomorrow. I also do 33 minutes of light aerobics and 7 minutes of an arm cycle. The arm workout is the most intense! I LOVE that I can do it from my wheelchair! Thank you for this! It really challenges me!

    I'll be 24 next month, and I love a lot of Popsugar Fitness videos, including Blogilates. Been working out since I was about 18, because I was diagnosed with major anxiety and stress around age 11, and that's 2-3 (ok maybe 2) days a week. Either in the morning, or night. You can totally do this workout without weights, and I have to say that it's a good arm stretch. Thankyou Popsugar Fitness for making workouts easy for anyone, no matter what age they are. Some are so easy, that even kids can do them. If I didn't workout (not for hot looks), I'd probably not be in a good state, be sick from all my stress, or gain a lot of weight! You guys are AWESOME!!!

    Sitting here at 164cm and 52kg wanting to put on a tad more weight and tone up my booty. After buying my first resistance band and following a 30 day glutes bridge challenge, 7 months of 55 daily squats, yoga (and gentle running which is like a zen for me, especially if stoned) which I started about 2 months ago, I am starting to see results! I weigh the same but have turned my fat into muscle with a way to go! This definitely created the habit of needing to do my glutes bridges and WANT to go for a quick run to tone up, feel better and build some muscle. I have been planking for about 7 months too and have been looking for an arm workout. Thank you for uploading this, love it!!

    Sweet greetings to Astrid and Anna Renderer, I just wanted to say a big thank you to you both. I have been doing this work out 3-5 days a week for last 4 months and I have seen a big difference in my arms. I have used this video mainly and Astrids other video with Mixed Up with Anna Fixrell and my arms have never looked this GOOD in MY WHOLE LIFE. I am very thankful, from the bottom of my heart. If you have patience, the results will show. Very thankful for the form tips. Form is everything. Will continue to watch more videos to add to my playlist.     Finally I found a video that works for me. I have arthritis in my left elbow and it's difficult for me to straighten it all the way and still get a good burn from it. By following the work out, I am able to get an equal amount of burn in both arms.

    its a great vid workout I lost 5lbs on this and my arms are leaner too not as puffy my upper arms I did it for 2months every day once, with 5lbs weight on ea. arm, I will try 8lbs next month.

    I really, really liked that triceps Kick-Out exercise. I will have to incorporate that into other routines. (I also prefer all standing workouts, so thanks!)

    I always do this 2 times and love it. I started with 1,2, and 3 pound weights and am working my way up to heavier and heavier weights. With my body type I need more strength training to help me lose weight and not muscle. Thanks ladies. SIDE NOTE: I have a daughter named Anna.

    I've been doing this workout for about a month now (4-5 days a week, at least twice) and my arms are feeling stronger. My arms are my problem area and I'm not seeing any visible results, but I FEEL it. I'm going to keep up with it for the next month and check back in. It's SO easy to stick to because it's fairly easy to do without a break. I'm upping it to 3 times a day, 4-5 days a week, and mixing in the Madonna Arms workout.

    This 5 minute workout is great to do at your desk at work. I do it while wearing headphones with 4 lb. weights. I plan to have sexy arms on my wedding day!

    I just found out about this today and did it after my treadmill run. I love that it's not something that requires a whole lot of strength or previous expertise to do, too.

    Since the lockdown I have been doing this mini-class along with 7 min scientific workout as my gym is closed; the other day I looked in the mirror and asked myself "why do my arms look so buff?"       Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can as weight but could not last even 1 set when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover😟 My MIL did 2 sets with 12 lb dumbbells!! Her biceps bulge powerfully and she has immense strength !!! I feel really low and defeated.

      When using 5lb weights for the biceps, and 10lbs for the triceps, I did it every other day and saw results within two weeks. If you're using lighter weights (I sometimes now use 3lbs for smaller arms), you can do it every day, unless you're sore. Definitely a minimum of every other day, though.

      No, muscle burns fat and sculpts the arms. Women don't get big arms unless they are body builders and then they still can't get anywhere near the size of men's.

    Does this work for the armpit area too?

    I am 2 weeks or so in this workout. Very intense! But, not impossible to do. I do it from a wheelchair. So, no excuses! You can do it! :)
