This works if you keep at it. I started it 4 weeks ago, no weights and not able to lift my legs very high or keep up with any of the exercises. 4 weeks on and I'm using 2 tins of beans as weights 😂 I can almost touch my toes on the leg raises! I do this 4 times in a row without a break now. Every single morning in my pjs as soon as I get up 😊 I'm Loving it! I've just ordered my weights. My waist is gradually getting smaller and I've lost 8lb just from doing this, calorie counting and getting out for a walk as much as I can. Thank you pop sugar! I really struggle to get down on the floor, and i have knees that crunch if i do exercises like jumping Jack's so this is perfect for me 😊😊

This is great! I have vertigo flare ups I can't lie down flat on my back to do ab workouts because I get dizzy and this exercise is great I can do ab workouts by standing. Thank u!🙂

Love this and being able to hear Annie's breathing is SOO helpful to me. I tend to hold my breath and never know when to inhale or exhale. I wish there were more videos that you can hear someone on the side/ in the back doing the correct breathing ❤ thank you Anna for another great work out!
