Hey there, I am nearly 2 months cigarette free but the down side of that is I have put a little weight on in the tummy area. Therefore thought I would check out this channel. I am very new to exercise so glad I found the beginners area lol. I just did this one and it made me realise how unfit I am. I had done some of your exercises in the past and I was able to do the 40 min workouts so I really have a lot of catching up to do considering I was worn out after only this exercise. Crasy! Anyway want to thank you for still uploading after all this time and I wil keep coming back. Btw I have taken all junk food out of my diet and really increased the veggies and fruits. I even have a calorie app to keep an eye on how many calories I am indulging in a day. Shall keep coming back everyday to get rid of this tummy flab :)) Thanks

I am very glad that I found this video..last month I was doing the shredded stuff workout, 20 minutes per day and it was hard for me but I really wanted to loss weight so I had to do it. I got a quick result but i stopped because I also got body pain..Thank you guys for creating this easy workout...I really recommend this to everyone..God bless!

I love the variety you have. This morning I did 8 different videos of your and I wanted to keep going. If your doctor approves, try strength training - for your entire body not just your abs. It builds lean muscle (you wont get "bulky") that helps your body burn more calories, even while you're resting, which is an excellent ally for getting rid of belly fat. Studies have shown that it benefits people of ALL ages and practically all fitness levels. Cardio and healthy eating are of course important, too. Thank you for the compliment!
I am supplementing my beginner yogi status with standing abs workouts to work on my core. LOVED THIS too much! Thank You. Short, Serious and to the Point and so great that it incorporates cardio too! I despise traditional work outs and am easily distracted so I can see using this alone first thing in the AM or stacking it after my Yoga work out or on top of another area specific workout! Loved it!

That's a fun one, thank you for this! 💚 I simply used it as an Add On to a longer abs workout, but I think it might also be great as a warm up or standalone first thing in the morning to just start the day with a couple minutes of activity! I'm sure gonna try! 😄🥰

You will want to talk to your doctor. There is not a lot of stressful upper body movement in this one but I don't know what you have done to your arm, so talk to your physician to be safe. Hope you get feeling better quickly!

I can't do traditional abs because I have bad GERD, so thank you for including standing abs in your workouts! However when I did this workout I felt it everywhere but the abs. Any tips will help! Maybe my form was wrong?

thanks for the answer :) I'm gon try to eat as healthy as it's possible cuz in school there's nothing but junk food but I'm definitely gonna eat less and very small meals more often! good news are that I started training volleyball again last week so I have 1h 30 min training 2x a week and I die!! so can that be count as a cardio cuz we do all of the exercises to get in shape..is that enough cardio for 1 week? and I'm gonna do toning and strenght training almost everyday do u have some of them?
I've done yesterday the 5-5-5 workout for arms and i think i've hurt my right shoulder because i can't raise my arm without pain. Can i do this workout or i should take a day or two off?
Kelli or Daniel can you buy these adjustable dumbells from any high street store such as Argos lets say or can you buy them online, they look great as you only need one set of dumbells then easy to store and can set the resistance based on your physique and how it changes

Don't do "some sort of diet" - eat healthy, indefinitely. Steer clear if diets. If you mix up our videos & eat right, yes you will lose weight.
I used to do this one all the time when I first started working out! I tried it again today, and I felt great after!:)

since my back can never stand 1 minute lying on the ground crunches, so those standing abs are my favorite for moving those ab muscles.
