okay, this is my result.
1.Did I lose weight? yes I did. about 1.3kg(2.9lb)
2 How often did you exercise? 50min jump rope almost everyday. plus Miley Cyrus workout 4times a week+10min stretching
3. How about my leg? my thigh circumference definitely decreased and toned up!! but not that dramatic..
I hated my inner parts of thighs, when I put on skinny jeans. but those parts of fats are gone!
, I wanna talk about my calves and ankles. they are amazingly became thin. I didn't expected this but I'm very happy about it
4.conclusion
first of all I learned that recovery time is very important when you do weight training. cuz during first a week, my thighs just became thicker and thicker, so it was too hard to continue... and I quit three days,, but surprisingly, my legs looked like little bit thinner than I begin the challenge. I think it was just swelling.
second of all if you want dramatic change, pay attention on diet is essential. cuz about 1.3kg, I lost it only last 7days by reducing meals

my legs after doing this workout excercise : “ IM FEELING LIKE A WRECKING BALLLLLL”
This is possibly the hardest legs workout I've ever tried.
To be honest, I've tried to do it fully for a long time. I started with only doing first 2-3 exercies, but today I've made a goal to finally complete it. AND HELL YEAH, I'VE DONE THIS!!
One important thing I've undrestood is this workout is great for all the legs muscles, so if you feel about to give up, just remember: the muscles you're working at the moment will stop aching in a couple of minutes (couple of minutes is nothing!), just keep pushing yourself, you're stronger than you can imagine!

I know its late to ask but did it show a difference in the first 2 days and for how long have you been doing it?
Mary :3 yea this workout is really hard but belive me, its worth it :) i was doing this for some time and now i really see nice results. And i also lost some lbs but i think that this is because i was using then this diet diet.elphyweb.com/lose_weight_fast.php . Anyway workout works and this diet is BRILIANT so try it if u want :) Good luck

I have done this for almost a month, with some rest days. My thighs are so much thinner and my calves are now shaped and toned. This is the best workout, I saw results a week in and decided to keep going

Sharmielyn Cruz yeah, but it wasn't a strict one. I just cut my calorie intake and drank more water. I usually ate my normal foods, just less of it.
basri egin You feel the change, and there are minimal changes in your legs by 4 days, but the more consistent you are the quicker you'll see results

UPDATE!
IT WORKS!!! guys, ive been excersising for 15 days in a row. i had 2 days of rest. i also combine this workout with miley cyrus arms + some warmup at the beginning ( Ewa Chodakowska or Other youtubers) . It really works. guys you need to be SUPER CONSISTENT and PATIENT. FIRST WEEK was a horror- i was sweating like a pig, and my legs were shaking like jelly. after 1.5 week i saw the improvement. usually i see improvement after a REST DAY. my legs are slimmer, i have more visible tight gap, i can make all squats excercies with no pause. definitely i see improvement. keep working and be PATIENT. we have coronavirus pandemic now. YOU HAVE TIME to do this excersice with others for arms , abs and etc. its only 1 or 1.5 hour per day and after pandemic you will feel totally better. TRUST ME. i went through first terrible 1.5 week , i was sweating, red , shaking like crazy but now im patient, im more STABLE. do it and you will never regret!!! :) i will write my update next week as well!

@@nainaagarwal6329 yes, of course. actually i am having now, 1.5 week of a break to re-generate muscles and to rest. its ok because im not 'puffy'. tomorrow im startng to excersice again everyday for 14 days. its ok for me this routine. i dont care if people recommend not to have so long breaks and etc. i know my body and i know that this long break is good. i lost waight. im slimmer and more toned after just 14 days.

@@nainaagarwal6329 hello yes! i do some random youtube warm up excersice that last 5 or 10 min before this excercise. I also do xhit miley cyrus arm excercise with 2 and 4 kg weights.
@@ryuu6543 hey! thanks for the comment. how are you doing with this excersice? I have done 2 week break after i have done about 3 week of straight training. Today is 1st day after this 2-week break- period. I really see improvement in my legs, tight gap and calves. My arms and stomach are slimmer and i do nt have any diet. I eat what i have in the fridge during this covid pandemics and i drink many liquids preferably water and black coffee. cross fingers for you!!
It's insane how I used to DESPISE this workout with my entire being when I was doing it in high school, when I was treating it as punishment for my body, when I was probably at my lowest regarding ED and mental health, and now, 9 years later I am LOVING it, doing it without difficulty and with much pleasure as a reward for my body for being able to move in such a way. I love your videos, Rebecca, and they're really helping me establish a healthy relationship with fitness for the first time in my life

I've been doing this exercise everyday for two weeks and all my friends have told me that they could see the difference in my legs. If you do it regularly it works. And it makes you feel soooo much better ♥
i have a question regarding abt kneeling leg lifts & kneeling heel press, my veins felt like it was being squeezed when i performed them, is it natural or my execution is not just right?

Guys, this really works! When I started my legs were 56 cm of circumference and now they're 44cm!
Just keep going, walk about 40 minutes a day and eat healthy, that's all.

day 14, yes ive done it EVERY day plus the abs, for anyone who is not sure if this gives you results, IT DOES. My legs are toned and butt is firm, my legs have also become thin and long!!! I know results may differ depending on how hard you work and how big you were to start with but you will definately see a difference! good luck guys!!!

So I started with this at June 1st, I was trying to do this workout everyday and I was also doing Miley Cyrus abs workout. I'm also running 2-3 km per day. I'm not really on diet, I just don't eat much sweets, junk food and meat in general. Today it's June 23rd and I already see effects. I lost 4 kg (about 8 lbs) and my legs and abs are looking much better and slimmer. But it's not the end yet. I'll definitely exercinsing as before until I'll achieve my goal. Stay motivated!

This workout does make your legs a little muscular but in a toned-slim way. Theyre thin but also have muscle. They look nice, trust me I know I've done this workout for 2 weeks and I saw results on the second day

Oh my God, her squats. Anyone please if you do this exercise (even if you have plus weight) pay attention that your knees NEVER drop in like hers. Look out for your knees doing squats, do not let them point into the middle, they always have to 'look' into the two corners of the room. Like a V-shape. She maybe does not feel the pressure on her knees because of her light weight but anyone who is not really skinny (and even if you are) can fuck up your knees easily doing squats like her.
And her back too. Do not drop your upper body before you, you have to hold yourself, look a little upper than your horizon, and do not let your back bend and fall over like a pile of noodles. Please look for some bodybuilders on how to do regular squats correctly because you can easily fuck up your knees, your hips, your waist and even your spine if you learn squatting uncorrectly and you will do it with weights later

I did this workout every day for about 5 weeks and the results are so good. My calves are so toned & thighs have slimmed. My legs slimmed so much many people said that my legs looked longer as they were slimmer. I did this in the mornings which is a good idea as you can get on with your day and walking around is like a cool down. 100% recommend & good luck!!!

I've been doing this workout 6 days a week for 2 weeks now. My sister notice that my legs look slimmer and more toned. If anyone hesitate to do this workout, just do it, it's worked! Result takes time plus I love Rebecca, she is sooooo encouraging me to finish the exercise! Love it!

Results are visilble, my thigs and buttocks are harder and slimmer, but you have to do this regularly. I saw the results smth like three, four weeks after first workout.

I'm 17 and i'm a ballerina. I work out every day for many hours, i haven't to do this, but i'm sport obsessed. Dancing ballett & zumba, going to the gym and doing workouts at home is my life. I feel so great in my body! I want to motivated you, because when you work out regular (you don't have to train so hard like me), you become a great body and feel so confident. So don't give up! ♥

I've been doing this workout 3 times per week for two months and I have seen AMAZING improvements in my legs. They've gotten so much thinner and my quads and hamstrings look so toned and lean! They aren't getting big or bulky, it's the perfect amount of muscle. I also do the "9 exercises for a flat stomach" every day and I can see an insane improvement in my body. I love XHIT! :)
Amedeoo o I eat very clean. Oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, salads for lunch, lots of lean meat and whole grains. I always eat healthy, but now I'm just focusing on getting some muscle. I have virtually no body fat so it wasn't really a matter of losing weight for me, which is a plus because I didn't have to lose before gaining muscle.

Maria Luis Paz Yeah! Thigh fat for sure, but I don't know about belly. Just make sure to do cardio for belly fat, and lots of water.

가끔 먹는것달려도 쉽게살찌지않는 체형이되었어요 물론 한달동안운동안하고계속먹으면 조금찌지만 확살찌는건 아니구. .꾸준히 일주일에 세번하고 복근하고 러닝 취미로생각하고 하세요.
체지방률많이줄었어요 현재살빠진것은아니고 160에 50키로 근력있는상태로 유지중이에요.

having thick thighs and arms had always been a problem to me since childhood. was afraid to wear anything sleeveless or shorts even during summers. started doing these workouts everyday (especially this video) since half a year ago, it's seriously life changing! wearing shorts almost everyday now, can fit into all the strapless dresses too! all thanks to Rebecca Louise!

It's been 2 and 1/2 years since I started this. I easily gain fat around my legs, so I tried it out. The first few months was quite amazing, my calves got nice and thinner, but my thighs were still the same thickness, just more toned looking. I did this 3-5 times a week. 6 months in, I started to have a slight thigh gap, which I never knew could ever happen to my body. Starting with the next year, I slowed down on this exercise because I hit a plateau and my abs constantly hurt (overworked them with running and ab workouts). But since I've toned up from the first year, my body maintained the muscle. Halfway in the 2nd year, I only worked out occasionally and focused on my diet to lose weight. Although I slowed down on this exercise, every few months I see my upper thighs get slimmer and slimmer because my muscles are still there and strong but I do cardio as well. Now, my legs look very healthy, toned and slim, which I thought was never possible. This is by far, the most amazing workout ever.

@@mcheng7021 this exercise makes you toned, which in turn makes it more likely you'll burn more fat. If you aren't getting toned and your thighs do get bigger, then you need to do cardio to burn the fat. The calves remain slim, but the thighs look more healthy and firm. just keep at it!!

@@N.Kishore It doesn't directly result in either. It makes you toned like halle berry or kate hudson. You need to do cardio to shed a significant amount of fat. The best this exercise does is make you stronger and increase muscle density, which increases fat-burning potential at rest. But cardio is still the key to fat loss. An increase in muscle and toning is the key to maintaining the results for longer. That's why I like strength training more than cardio. You only did this for 2 days, continue it for the rest of the month with some HIIT and ab workouts. You will see a difference. Men can do this, I don't see why not. But I doubt men would gain a lot of leg muscle unless they add weights as they lunge or do more reps.

I've been doing this for over a month now. I started around second week of December. Before, whenever I lift my feet up (while lying down), I couldn't see any form in my thighs aside from it looking just like a blob, almost a big and fluffy triangle (my quads). But now, I can fit in my boxers again. I used to get M or L for shorts, but I can fit in S too. I did this EVERYDAY, along with the 9 Exercises for A Flat Stomach (which also uses your legs a lot) aside from cardio workouts.
I'm planning to continue this because it actually works. My thighs are slimmer (not muscular, because stretching helps A LOT). If you ever want an update, please bug me about it HAHA. I'm going to try to do this for 100 days everyday or something.
I do it once a day, 6x a week. If I miss one day, I do it two times the next day. I DRINK 2000 ML OF WATER THIS IS VITAL

Bianca Eva yes it did! but if you have scoliosis you might want to look for a different core workout. i just prefer it (even though I have scoliosis, i just mix it up a bit so it doesn't hurt my back) because it also uses the legs so much. my legs got toned.
i recommend that you partner it up with cardio still! :) i do warm up and cardio before this video because my muscles are all warmed up by then.

Used to do this workout about 3-4 years ago(when I wasn't even that fat), saw progress, and quit doing it. Now I weigh heavier then ever, and I'm starting this again...and it's damn painful...

@@N.Kishore I honestly think this workout works well in toning but the posture must be fixed or else it will bulk your thighs .. I saw her doing these workouts in her new personal channel and her posture somewhat changed a bit.. especially the squats.. are you perhaps working on your thighs as well?

I've been prepping for a hike up Volcano Villarica after not working out at all for about six months. I've been doing this video along with other Xhit leg videos for the past four weeks and the difference in my endurance is shocking. I'm nervous, but I feel ready!
Day 4: My legs are more toned than they were when I started a few days ago, less visible bad cellulite fat, it makes legs look more healthy and longer. I'm going to update for 10 days more
Day 5: It's Sunday and I let my muscles take a rest, so they can recover for next days. I think it's important to give your legs a breathe, then it's easier to work your best. Cheers! :)

Results: after 2 weeks the effects are pretty good, the legs look slimmer and more toned. Also, my butt appreciates it. :D Do lunges, do squats and you'll be surprised by effects on this part. I recommend you "8 minute buns" video, I've done it for 1 month and my boyfriend was really happy. Haha.

so i've been doing this workout for the past 3 weeks and i am so thankful i found this video. the first couple of times i did it, it was really hard and i had a lot of leg pain. but after a week, i got the hang of it. a little into the second week, i got worried because my thighs aeemed to get bigger but i still continued doing this workout. after about 3 weeks i got results; my thighs have gotten notably smaller and toned and my calves are starting to decrease in size as well. overall, my legs are VERY toned & i have also lost about 2kg. my experience with this workout is great, so for those of you who comce across this, DEFINITELY DO IT. trust me and do it consistently.

I don’t know if lots of people still watch this video/read the comments. I do not comment often on videos, but I am so happy how this exercise has transformed my legs and butt, so I really wanted to share my experience. I have quite an ‘average’ body type, slightly lean I would say. Only my thighs and butt were always a problem to me. Since I started this workout I noticed after two weeks my legs had gotten a lot more toned. My legs were always a ‘blob’ but now they actually gained shape and firmness. Most surprised and happy I am about my butt though. The workout had managed to give my butt this more ‘lifted’ look and its sooo much more toned. I do understand when people say ‘it makes your butt bigger’ however, I would say my butt is now clearly defined from my legs and is nicely shaped. After a month now I started to combine it with the Xhit sixpack workout (doing 5 minutes) and I added in 20 minutes of yoga from another vid. It just feels AMAZING. I have never felt a workout being so effective as this one!! I don’t do diet but I drink lots of water and watch the calorie intake. Goodluck if you’re starting this exercise!! How is it SO far?
I've not lost a whole lot but my thighs are a little smaller and more lean . I'm very skinny already my only problem zone are my upper thighs . My for sone reason I lost some reason I lost some weight exactly between my thighs at the very top . Kinda looks like a thigh gap :/ 😏

I have been doing this workout all summer and yes the first week I would have to fall down and collapse in order to sit because I was so sore but over time I didn't feel sore the next day. I have seen such amazing results after adding 10 pound weights when I do the squats. I have already lost 8 pounds and my legs are looking GREAT.

I did this for like 2 months maybe once every 3 days and got some great results, then I stopped for an year. So now I’m going to do this again, combining this with healthy eating some hiit exercises and maybe some compound exercises
Many of you are worrying that this exercise will make your legs bulky however it only tones up (and not builds) your muscle so there will be no need to worry:) Lunges are great for your thighs so Just keep working and in 2 or 3 months you will be able to see a huge difference. It has only been a month for me since I have used this workout and IT'S GREAT. I feel more healthy and already feel more light. Also as a tip, stretching is great because you will get less cramps and also this will stretch your legs(hence the name) and even make them more lean. Second, drink more water. It makes you less craving for food and gives you energy(for those suffering from any type of acne, water can remove some of that too). Lastly, WORK HARD, YOU CAN GET THROUGH THIS.

Same! I added a stretch by gloria song 10 min leg stretch before and after. My legs got slimmer.
No matter how many other workouts I do, i'll always come back to this one! It's my all time favorite and it REALLY works! Btw i've been doing this for a couple of years now and even though sometimes I change to other workout routines this is the definitely ONE! You can totally feel the burn and the results are amazing and pretty fast!

I did this exercise and other xhit exercises like (abs, arms) for 2 months and eating only fruits and vegetables ... and honestly, i dropped quite a lot of weight:) 54-51kg:)) I noticed that my legs were wayyyy toner than it was before and fats from my thighs were less and seeing those results was very satisfying:))) my body was obviously more tight and toned :-) no pain no gain guys !!!
But....sadly,I messed up and gained all those weight back ,now I'm starting over again :(

So after half months later I wanted to share my result:
I suddenly decided to do this exercise after I noticed my terrible thick thigh. Started 2020.12.10 approximately...
First of 3 days was hard because my muscles were hurting, but it is okay after 4 or 5 days ( I have been usually did 11pm between 2 am lately)
Almost 2 week after you might feel little better about your thigh (while I have doing this exercise, i skipped only 2,3 days for reason, but I pushed myself everyday)
About 1 month, not enough for me, but I add more times for each exercise, because doing same exercise with 50 times was feeling not enough for me. And I added more upper body exercise, it is better to build up your whole body equally I guess.
My thighs cellulite was horrible but that orange peels disappeared!!
Now it is 2021.1.24 I’m feeling soo happy about my result and I will keep doing it!!
Tips: It is possible to do these exercises without watching the video, I counted myself.
It is better to do it in the morning or afternoon, after half hours breakfast, or something.
You better take a photo of every 14 days, but I did not 😢
If you really want to confident for yourself!! Do it everyday with hardworking!!! No pain no gain 😇🙏🏼
