Just going back to this video after so many years. Been using this workout up to now. It’s really effective. You’ll get toned arms. I started from 3lbs then 5lbs. At first, you can’t do it all. Just do what you can and you’ll get addicted to it.
I remember when I first started a month ago I could barely get through this exercise😩. Now I’m doing this effortless 4-5 times a week. Now I’m working on strengthening my leg muscles. Unfortunately I was in a car accident a few years ago & suffered a back injury so I’ve been out of shape for years. Now I’m trying to gain my core strength back & get toned up. Everyone always says that they will do follow up for results and they never do I;'ve been doing this workout in my routine along with 6 other of her videos 5 days a week fr the last 2 months along with cutting out a decent bit of food restrictions to my daily diet, you WILL get results, but you HAVE to be vigilant in your diet, and you HAVE to push yourself. Start with a diet change and 30 minutes everyday, I'm at 1 and half hours a day now and I;ve lost 30 pounds in the pst 2 months now because of this. Just keep up all the good work!! you can do it!

I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.
I did these arm exercises for a year or so prior to the pandemic. Once I started working from home, I languished...and quit. I'm back now, and planning (fingers crossed) to stick with it. Thanks for making this video available. I love it.

After doing various arm workouts from xhit daily for a few weeks, I noticed my arm muscles getting more toned and I also felt as if I was getting stronger. Their workouts really help, but you need to workout EVERY DAY in order to see results. And just doing it for one weeks won't get you anywhere either, but it's really worth it.

Just fantastic. I found your channel today and this is the first workout of yours that I ever did. I couldnt stand up as right now I have a broken ankle so i sat on a backless armless stool and elevated my casted leg. The only one i couldnt do was the last one which is arm dips so I just repeated another of your exercises previously done. I will be sore tomorrow thank you so much. I used 3 pound weights. Hopefully one day I'll be able to do five pounds.

I have been doing various workouts of yours everyday. i have been dieting/ working out and losing weight. They are really great and make me feel the burn. Could you make a video about how to strengthen the core. Because I have a weak core and it's hard to do these workouts that are made for cores that are already strong. If you can talk then you aren't working. Working requires oxygen and oxygen requires breathing. Lot's of work requires lots of oxygen and lots of breathing and you can't breathe hard and talk at the same time.
Love this workout! I have a bit of shoulder trouble sometimes so I use light weights or no weights for some of these but slowly I have made my way up !! Is there a workout on hip dips??????

Another great workout, my arms are burning!! As someone who's unfit and very self-concious about it (I used to be a dancer) I steer clear of gyms and other public exercise places out of embarassement. I've been doing this workout and the how to lose arm fat workout (also found on this channel) for three weeks now and I have really noticed a difference I have muscle in places of my arms that never had muscle.
generally spoken, it takes about 12 weeks to build muscle, you won't be seeing a change if you don't do them consistently (e.g. workout 3 times a week for a quater to an hour)
I tried this one just now and I feel sooo happy and grateful to follow this work out. Wish to toned my arm, especially the saggy fats under my arms. It doesn't looks nice. Love this channel! I like this workout even more than Rebecca's other "arm tone" video which I already really liked. I like to switch it up a little I get bored. Really like the big 30 and 12s!
fat never turns to muscle is muscle and fat is fat. Muscle, however, is more dense than fat so weighs more and more importantly takes up more space so it will displace (burn) the fat, that's why the more muscle you have, the less fat you have. So, any workout with weights aimed at building muscle (not strength) will help you lose fat. Hope that helps. :)
+genii. M you know how difficult it is for men to build muscle? And they are full of testosterone! no, you will not turn into Arnold and nowhere near that. And don6t be afraid to lift heavy weights, again, you don't have the chemical makeup (testosterone) to bulk up. Pump iron with confidence and without fear, your body will thank you.

Well, depends. My brother and I (we were both a little overweight) did it. I paired it with better diet and he just did it more often. I lost more fat and gained less muscle but Im younger and a girl... Took a month for me to see results, my brother 1 and a week, but he had more muscle. Just realized this comment is a year old... Body Weight Dips look easy but my lord they burn. I used a 3Kg (About 6.5 lbs) the entire workout and I definitely feel it.

Check out her plank video. Planks are great for core! Also, you could try yoga as it improves balance and the core. :)

4 sets, 12 reps should do it.
generally spoken, it takes about 12 weeks to build muscle, you won't be seeing a change if you don't do them consistently (e.g. workout 3 times a week for a quater to an hour)

Karina Xiong The same thing happened to me, I had already done many of the exercises but with a different intensity. I did this routine and I hardly feel anything.

i have fat arms is doing this workout with weights making fat turn to muscle or making them slimer
fat never turns to muscle is muscle and fat is fat. Muscle, however, is more dense than fat so weighs more and more importantly takes up more space so it will displace (burn) the fat, that's why the more muscle you have, the less fat you have. So, any workout with weights aimed at building muscle (not strength) will help you lose fat. Hope that helps. :)
That first line should read: fat never turns to muscle, muscle is muscle and fat is fat, two different things. I guess I went too fast. lol.
+genii. M you know how difficult it is for men to build muscle? And they are full of testosterone! no, you will not turn into Arnold and nowhere near that. And don6t be afraid to lift heavy weights, again, you don't have the chemical makeup (testosterone) to bulk up. Pump iron with confidence and without fear, your body will thank you.

Well, depends. My brother and I (we were both a little overweight) did it. I paired it with better diet and he just did it more often. I lost more fat and gained less muscle but Im younger and a girl... Took a month for me to see results, my brother 1 and a week, but he had more muscle.

30 minutes minimum. Admire your dedication, but be sure to build in at least one recovery day.

i don't understand how when i watch the video and workout, my arms hurts while doing the workout AND when i do it without the video it's easy for my arms... why is that??
When you watch the video your brain subconsciously corrects mistakes you make resulting in a more complete workout thus more pain and better results.

Wow, that is amazing strength! Is this class ok for men? I did this lesson but it was soo difficult 😞I could only manage with 1 lb weights but my arms completely gave up and I stopped at the 7 minute mark😟I wish I can be so strong, muscular and empowered like everyone here!
