I've been doing this work out along with x-hit's "10 minute ab workout: how to get a six pack" 6 days a week for the past two weeks, and i've seen great results. My stomach is flatter, that little pouch by my lower belly is going down, and my stomach over all looks more toned. My sister even complimented me. It's worth the work out, you should definitely do it! Hope that helps :)
I've lost 12 lbs in a months and a half by doing this and the fitness blender fat burning workout 6 days a week and stuck to a low carb/fat diet. Also didn't eat bypass 6pm. Still have 25 more lbs I want to lose before Christmas! Wish me luck!
I found this video in my saved workouts, oh my gosh. Brings back memories, this was my first ever workout video i started 7 years ago in my bedroom. I kept with it and did cardio a couple of times a week and it definitely works . You need to be consistent. I was wanting results ASAP. But it doesn't work that way. Fast forward 7 years I stayed at my workouts and I'm in the best shape ever.

XavianBrother i didn't really care about food but not eating too much,or eating sweets/junk food,but i eat what i want and the most important thing is you have to do it daily you'll have to wait like more than 3 moth but if you eat clean you may see the affect fast!you need to try!:)

I have been doing this for a week now and I have been seeing results. It is so worth trying, I feel like this is what I have been looking for. I was never really big but I had some belly fat to get rid of. Not only that my stomach is flatter, I got some curves (hourglass figure) which I didn't even expect and I feel a lot better about myself. Pallavi Sanyal I just did this workout everyday, then after some time started to add exercises that I like and got my goal body after let's say 2 months. BUT I have to add again that I was never really big, just had to tone a little.
Abs workout really work u just got to constantly keep working on them it actually doesnt work overnight but also u must eat healthy as well its up to u if ur serious about getting in shape u cant blame the exercises or the trainers for not having the abs u want ovednight it takes time patience and dedication if u dont have it dont do it and stop complaining

I did this excercise foro at least 2-3 weeks, plus diet of course, and now I can see a lot difference on my stomach! It looks more defined and soon I will see my six-packs-ab ! Praise GOD! Every morning xD Literally! I wake up early in the morning and did this exercise and the other core exercise with Rebecca Louise. All for abs, and in total around 15-16 minutes. And if I am in the mood, I did also before I go to bed xDDD I don't care if people call me crazy, but for sure I can't stand flabby stomach xDDD Every body has different reaction, but better that you've tried and see the result, instead of nothing xDD All the best!!!

this workout is really good guys. if y'all just started then keep going cause you wont easily see great results in 3 days or a week but i guarantee you all in a month! it takes alot of effort. my pooch is gone but i still do this workout to stay fit and healthy. When i started this workout, i almost gave up but i didnt.. and i realise ever since i started this workout i dont like carbonated drinks, chips anymore. i have chocolate twice a month.. but chips and carbonated drinks no more! i still eat white rice but i take a small portion :) x
I've been doing various XHITT's workouts for 2 years now, and at the beginning i couldn't last through one of them till the end, but now, this is more of a warm-up for me. Stay resilient guys, and remember that this is a life style.
Really good, I find its getting easier as I move on so I don't have to stop for a break at all or I modify the moves to make them harder! These moves are amazing...I feel like they cover my whole mid section for improving my strength👍

Yes definitely patience is key! :) and doing this workout alone won't really do anything to improve your stomach as fast as you want so don't forget your cardio and strength workouts too and do this after! I recommend Jillian and Bob harper workouts forsure :) and if you wanna get rid of something extra try teas that help with bloating in the midsection and push weight loss such as tiny tea or fit tea! And no problem at all :)
I did this every single day last summer and by the end of the summer, I loved my body. but winter happened and I gained weight and stopped exercising and so now I'm back to where I was. but today marks the day that I'm starting this again and hopefully the results come back :)))

Haha Yea this one are pretty hard but just keep it up and results will be fantastic!! I was also doing this exercises together with some diet (just google: "kates fitness journey diet" if you want to find it :)) and i can recommend it to everyone. Completed this for 14 days, and I've lost 8lbs. Between this and the 30 day jumprope challenge I did at the same time definitely contributed to these results. I also stuck to a plant-based diet with no meat which I think helped. All this and one green juice in the morning and a detox tea before bed helps my belly flatten. Weight loss for my body type takes time to really see, but I'm starting to grow more confident that if I stick this out, I'll be seeing great results!

I’ve been doing this with 9 moves for a flatter stomach for quite a while now. I try to do it everyday, or at least as much as possible! I only do it once each (or more if I feel motivated hahahaha). And it really works! My friends have complimented me that I look thinner and I can see it myself that my stomach looks flatter and my waist is thinner! I didn’t measure my before-after size, but my pants are looser. I even had to make more holes in my belt. So, hope this motivates you and if you feel like giving up, just keep going, you can do it! You might feel like it’s hard for couples of days with those planks and some of the exercises, but it’ll only get better and better. I couldn’t do the planks or do those exercises with straight legs at first either, but after kept on doing it, I can do them easily and it feels really good and makes you feel a lot more confident doing them. Don’t worry if you couldn’t manage to do it until the end at first, if you keep on going, you can do it some day!
i used this video to get in shape 4 years ago, and I am now way overweight, but i made it my new years resolution to keep doing this workout everyday. Im on day 5, on day 8 i’ll be doing this workout twice a day as the workout gets easier with consistency.
This actually works I was 180 last year and after I saw this video I kept doing it every night so I can look healthy and skinny and I am 117 no lie I was a fat kid I was bullied for being fat and never ate right I started eating healthy and now it has actually paid off thanks so much

don't overdo the ab exercises, forcing yourself to do a huge amount of exercises in a small amount of time can actually make you more bloated. Hope this helps
Ben Phillips if you don't catch enough sleep your metabolism gets slower and you don't burn as much calories as when you would be sleeping 7-8 hours. Also I know that at first you might be tired sleeping more but you get used to it and will feel more energized. Don't know why it is that some people like you and me are tired when starting to sleep more though...
Im a 20 year old guy, i still have my 16 year old body, im 5'7 and im 140lbs, definitely not overweight but i do have stomach and side stomach fat touching my belt. Luckily i can handle this routine without stopping, its calmer than cardio and lighthearted which i feel can be appreciated by many. This is a great video and I've done this routine about 5 times but haven't really stuck with it, so, im going to do my best to get this done at least three times a week if not more, you can all do it too. This is a great video so keep at it everyone!
That side plank just isn't happening, at least not yet. When I get close to pulling it off, all the pressure is either in my back or on the arm holding me up. But all the other exercises feel great! Thanks for the video.
drop it down to your knees or even your hips. Tighten your core while doing it and challenge yourself to doing it for 1-2 min. It's do-able for beginners and you’ll feel it!

I have been doing at least 3 xhit workouts everyday for about 4 weeks, I can feel the burn most of the time but tbh I don't really see any result, now I know that it takes time but I have been working out really hard, Although I can see a certain progress for example I couldn't even do the side plank or leg drop 4 weeks ago ! you're not going to see big changes in just 1 month, i've been working out the last 4 months and i see pretty good and rasonable results. Keep motivated and constant! (and eat healthy :D)
Sophia Heaven Sophia, I've been an athlete my entire life and i'll tell you this: it does not matter how hard you work out if your diet is not on point. fitness is 70% diet. make small changes to you diet like drinking less alcohol or not eating past 8 at night and, remember you have a diet you do not go on one so make sure the changes you make are sustainable with your lifestyle.
Sophia Heaven I have been trying to loose weight for over 3 years working out regularly, and i have only gained weight! I know how you feel! :D I think my biggest issue is i sit too much, i notice when i sleep over 7 hours, and sit for more than 10 minutes during the day i don't see the results because i'm bloating for some reason, but if i stay up and active through the day i start to see the work iv'e done. It's just asking yourself is it worth it to push yourself that hard? I'm absolutely miserable! I started taking up 10 lb weight workouts to help, i heard if you do the workouts with added weights it works harder cardio and fires up your muscles to keep burning though the day, i have yet to see the fantastic results as promised, but i do get an energy boost afterward! :D Good luck & take care!

I've been doing this for a week and I see results! My belly is a lot more defined, I can feel and SEE a little bit of abs which is amazing, but the belly fat is still there, 😞 ill do this for one more / two weeks and tell ya all the results (if the belly fat went away or it didnt)
Update: i stop doing it because the belly fat didn't go away and i kept getting abs.. So i instead run every night and will probably try to lose fat that way and then start doing this workout!
Update: I came back to doing this and one more XHIT flat stomach workout and running (more like walkin) some nights and I see drastical changes! The belly fat is almost gone, my abs are showing and I think it will be completely gone til the end of the month. If anyone wants, I'll link the second workout I'm doing. :) *I do these two workouts everyday but I have knee troubles so I won't do them for two days :p *
I've been doing these 2-3 times a week for about a month and just noticed I've developed those "v" lines in my lower abs, which I've never had! I'm also able to more easily fit into some shorts and pants that I could barely button the last time I tried them on. There are other ab exercises that I've been doing for a while that I still do but adding these and putting myself on a work out schedule has really helped me target that tricky lower area.
I have been doing this and a variety of other workouts from XHit for the past 2 and 1/2 months every single day. My abs are toned and my legs have become strong. I HIGHLY recommend this channel for every kind of workout that you would like to try. However, remember that consistency is key!
Well this definitely had me screaming. I was fake crying through the planks but the burn feels so good. Since I do have tummy fat, I'll be continuing with this religiously. Remember guys consistency is key. And the more you practice something, the stronger and more resistant your muscles are. So after a while, I guess I wouldn't have to take cry through the planks. I'll try this out for a while and tell you guys if I see results and how long it took.
I did this at the end of a long intense one hour workout and you have no idea how proud I am to say I got all the way through! Today was my best workout in a super long long time! Loved it

I am doing this workout since four days now. for the first 3, I had so much pain in my stomach that I couldn't even laugh or cough without feeling pain. But on the 4th day, it felt as though the pain had never come. I think that my body is getting used to it. And the fact that I have never done even remotely tough workout also adds to the reason of the pain in the start. And hey, I am already starting to see a little results. My tummy is starting to lose fat and return to how it used to be. I will continue doing it. Love you Kelsey Lee!

im gonna try to update yu guys!! just letting you guys know i eat WHATEVER i want but I have pretty good genes and still stay pretty skinny! ive been doing a bunch of other workouts with this too! like the lower belly from lean RUclips channel or one of Chloe tings workout! also letting you guys know I have been working out a few days before this too so that might’ve been a reason why I see results quicker! day 1: hurt like a mfffff!! obviously didn’t see a difference! day 2: hurt more than yesterday buh yu just gotta push through!!💛 day 3: before i did this workout i checked my stomach and my line down the middle of my stomach is showing a little more! but the workout still hurt haha day 4: hurt less but still hurt. my body was superrrrr toned yesterday at night so clearly this is helping a lot!! day 5: these workouts hurt still which is super great bc that means it’s helping a lot!! my body is a little slimmer!! day 6: was easier today!! i noticed my belly pouch is going away!! day 7: i was tooo tired! day 8: im sorry i was busy!! day 9: hurt way less! my stomach is getting sm thinner! day 10: hurt less!! day 11: i did Chloe tings 11 line ab workout instead!

Nicely done! DOMS is pretty common (delayed onset muscle soreness) and generally just reflects a great workout (there is some truth to "no pain, no gain", after all)!
Try doing an upper ab workout rather than a lower ab workout. But good thing about these exercises is it kills two birds with one stone haha. The thighs and the lower abs

I used to do this workout for months leading up to basic training. Back in 2015 & here I am 7 years later. I have 7 months left in the army. & I’ve come full circle. I’ve gained 50th since then & this exercise always gets my abs burning. I’m hoping to get back to my pre-army weight. Of like 155lbs I’m 190
I love XHIT Daily it really works and it works fast and to be honest with u I'm a very unhealthy eater i love pizza,French fries,steak,Mc nuggets,fried squash,coca-cola,fried chicken etc. But to really stay in shape all u have to do is exercise u don't need those stupid healthy diets just exercise it works for me and it can work for u
Valerie Martinez Actually, it's been proved that exercise does more than diet. However, that doesn't mean diet should be left out, only with both do you actually have a winning combination.
96jortegaall you have to do is burn more calories than you eat and you'll be fine. Thats where the diet comes into play. The healthier you eat the less you need to exersize but if u just ate McDonald's and steak sandwiches all day then you got some working out to do.
Everyone is different, not everyone has the same metabolism so please don't endorse that it's fine to just eat anything as other people may not see the results you see! But lucky for you, you can enjoy such food!
I love these XHIT videos. I've been struggling with motivation and consistency when it comes to my workouts until I came across these videos. Rebecca Louise Smith and Kelsey Lee are so motivational and keep me looking forward to my next workout. I now have gone from 2-3 days of working out to 5-6 days because of these videos. I absolutely love these videos and they have changed the way I look and feel about exercising. My workouts consists of 1 leg video, 1 ab video and 1 extra video(depends on what I want to work on). I also add in a kettlebell workout (Mike Donavanik) and do two mile on the treadmill or elliptical. My night routine consists on 100-200 crunches. There are a variety of ways to do these crunches. If you mix them up and spread them out throughout the day, they will seem like no big deal. Within 4 days I have already lost an inch from my waist and my legs/thighs look a lot slimmer. I felt results after the first day and after the third day I could hardly walk it hurt so bad. The fourth day I did use as a rest day. These workouts do work and will give you results. Not only that, the hosts are very motivating.
THIS WORKOUT REALLY WORKS! I used to run a mile everyday and eat a really clean breakfast (smoothie w/ a tiny source of carbs) but I still wouldn't lose that much belly fat. I started to ad this to my routine and I have seen so much change! THANK YOU XHIT!!

I've been doing this workout along with "how to get a six pack" and "thigh exercises for losing fat" for a year now, at least twice a week (minimum) and my body has totally changed. If you wonder if it works, it does and it makes wonders !

I've done this 2x a day, everday for two weeks, and let me tell you, my stomach has already gotten so much flatter, im seeing it start to tone and my little, not so little (they were huge at the start) love handles, have slimmed down so much! I did this for a month, 3 - 4 times a week, sometimes even less, no special diets, I eat lots carbs due to my country's culture way of eating and I still lose 3 kg and my waist is getting slimmer and so does my belly. i started with belly full of fat and very bobbly but now it gets flatter and firmer. I still doing it till now, hopefully i could do reps so I could see the ultimate result before new year!
You have to bend your hips forward and flatten your back. always think about a straight back, else way you're gonna put tension on your back witch is bad for it. this is harder but pays of better. ;) this offcourse is only for the excercises where you actually lay on your back

If anyone thinks this will get rid of your muffin top, you are mistaken. I doubt even this girl thinks it will get rid of a muffin top, but just put the title there for attention. this will only help tone your abs and make them stronger, but it won't get rid of the fat on your stomach area. There is no spot fat reduction. You have to lose fat over your whole body by burning the most calories and consuming the least calories. The only way to do that is to eat lower than your maintenance calories if you don't work out or eat your maintenance calories and burn some during a workout. This will ensure that your calorie output is more than your calorie input which is the only way to lose fat. Also you shouldn't starve your self to limit your calories, you have to make sure you are getting your nutrients still otherwise body will go into hibernation mode and slow your metabolism. To do this, you have to eat healthy foods like fruits and salad and nuts/seeds and chicken breasts etc to ensure you are still getting all the food groups. You should eliminate all processed sugary fast food like burgers, muffins, chocolates, coke etc. Also eliminate beer if you drink. The key is to minimize your calories while still getting the nutrients. Basically you have to get the most nutrients out of the least calorie food. And only healthy foods provide that which everyone already knows what they are. As an extra tip eating brocolli, green tea and lemon juice will also help speed your metabolism. Good luck in your fat loss journey. When you think about it, it's really simple. You already know what you should and shouldn't eat, but it's so commonplace to eat shitty food that it becomes a habit. You have to break those habits to lose fat and adopt a lifestyle of eating good food.

When I do the leg circles and leg drops, I can both hear and feel my left leg popping out of place at the hip. Should I continue doing these exercises? Is this 'normal'?
Same here. I feel like I damaged mine when I was in high school and tried to do the splits too far. It's uncomfortable cause it feels stuck and then pops. I hate it.
+xxSweetCandyKarlixx ! I don't think that it is bad. It is just your muscle/tendon popping across the bone. I know that sounds weird, but it's normal. It's ok to continue unless you feel pain. Hope this helps!

I've lost 12 lbs in a months and a half by doing this and the fitness blender fat burning workout 6 days a week and stuck to a low carb/fat diet. Also didn't eat bypass 6pm. Still have 25 more lbs I want to lose before Christmas! Wish me luck!

I found this video in my saved workouts, oh my gosh. Brings back memories, this was my first ever workout video i started 7 years ago in my bedroom. I kept with it and did cardio a couple of times a week and it definitely works . You need to be consistent. I was wanting results ASAP. But it doesn't work that way. Fast forward 7 years I stayed at my workouts and I'm in the best shape ever.

I have been doing this for a week now and I have been seeing results. It is so worth trying, I feel like this is what I have been looking for. I was never really big but I had some belly fat to get rid of. Not only that my stomach is flatter, I got some curves (hourglass figure) which I didn't even expect and I feel a lot better about myself. I already got my dream belly, but I am going to do this everyday until summer.

Pallavi Sanyal I just did this workout everyday, then after some time started to add exercises that I like and got my goal body after let's say 2 months. BUT I have to add again that I was never really big, just had to tone a little.
Abs workout really work u just got to constantly keep working on them it actually doesnt work overnight but also u must eat healthy as well its up to u if ur serious about getting in shape u cant blame the exercises or the trainers for not having the abs u want ovednight it takes time patience and dedication if u dont have it dont do it and stop complaining

I did this excercise foro at least 2-3 weeks, plus diet of course, and now I can see a lot difference on my stomach! It looks more defined and soon I will see my six-packs-ab ! Praise GOD! Every morning xD Literally! I wake up early in the morning and did this exercise and the other core exercise with Rebecca Louise. All for abs, and in total around 15-16 minutes. And if I am in the mood, I did also before I go to bed xDDD I don't care if people call me crazy, but for sure I can't stand flabby stomach xDDD

this workout is really good guys. if y'all just started then keep going cause you wont easily see great results in 3 days or a week but i guarantee you all in a month! it takes alot of effort. my pooch is gone but i still do this workout to stay fit and healthy. When i started this workout, i almost gave up but i didnt.. and i realise ever since i started this workout i dont like carbonated drinks, chips anymore. i have chocolate twice a month.. but chips and carbonated drinks no more! i still eat white rice but i take a small portion :) x

Really good, I find its getting easier as I move on so I don't have to stop for a break at all or I modify the moves to make them harder! These moves are amazing...I feel like they cover my whole mid section for improving my strength👍

Yes definitely patience is key! :) and doing this workout alone won't really do anything to improve your stomach as fast as you want so don't forget your cardio and strength workouts too and do this after! I recommend Jillian and Bob harper workouts forsure :) and if you wanna get rid of something extra try teas that help with bloating in the midsection and push weight loss such as tiny tea or fit tea! And no problem at all :)

I did this every single day last summer and by the end of the summer, I loved my body. but winter happened and I gained weight and stopped exercising and so now I'm back to where I was. but today marks the day that I'm starting this again and hopefully the results come back :)))

Completed this for 14 days, and I've lost 8lbs. Between this and the 30 day jumprope challenge I did at the same time definitely contributed to these results. I also stuck to a plant-based diet with no meat which I think helped. All this and one green juice in the morning and a detox tea before bed helps my belly flatten. Weight loss for my body type takes time to really see, but I'm starting to grow more confident that if I stick this out, I'll be seeing great results!
The position of the timers and name of the exercise is in the absolute worst place. So much free space up top yet it's constantly covering her entire body.
Also the music is a little bit too loud, competing with her voice!

I’ve been doing this with 9 moves for a flatter stomach for quite a while now. I try to do it everyday, or at least as much as possible! I only do it once each (or more if I feel motivated hahahaha). And it really works! My friends have complimented me that I look thinner and I can see it myself that my stomach looks flatter and my waist is thinner! I didn’t measure my before-after size, but my pants are looser. I even had to make more holes in my belt. So, hope this motivates you and if you feel like giving up, just keep going, you can do it! You might feel like it’s hard for couples of days with those planks and some of the exercises, but it’ll only get better and better. I couldn’t do the planks or do those exercises with straight legs at first either, but after kept on doing it, I can do them easily and it feels really good and makes you feel a lot more confident doing them. Don’t worry if you couldn’t manage to do it until the end at first, if you keep on going, you can do it some day!
i used this video to get in shape 4 years ago, and I am now way overweight, but i made it my new years resolution to keep doing this workout everyday. Im on day 5, on day 8 i’ll be doing this workout twice a day as the workout gets easier with consistency.
This actually works I was 180 last year and after I saw this video I kept doing it every night so I can look healthy and skinny and I am 117 no lie I was a fat kid I was bullied for being fat and never ate right I started eating healthy and now it has actually paid off thanks so much

try to combine this workout with other from fitness blenders it will take a month to noticd a result. all the best
don't overdo the ab exercises, forcing yourself to do a huge amount of exercises in a small amount of time can actually make you more bloated. Hope this helps
Ben Phillips if you don't catch enough sleep your metabolism gets slower and you don't burn as much calories as when you would be sleeping 7-8 hours. Also I know that at first you might be tired sleeping more but you get used to it and will feel more energized. Don't know why it is that some people like you and me are tired when starting to sleep more though...

Im a 20 year old guy, i still have my 16 year old body, im 5'7 and im 140lbs, definitely not overweight but i do have stomach and side stomach fat touching my belt. Luckily i can handle this routine without stopping, its calmer than cardio and lighthearted which i feel can be appreciated by many. This is a great video and I've done this routine about 5 times but haven't really stuck with it, so, im going to do my best to get this done at least three times a week if not more, you can all do it too. This is a great video so keep at it everyone!

That side plank just isn't happening, at least not yet. When I get close to pulling it off, all the pressure is either in my back or on the arm holding me up. But all the other exercises feel great! Thanks for the video.

drop it down to your knees or even your hips. Tighten your core while doing it and challenge yourself to doing it for 1-2 min. It's do-able for beginners and you’ll feel it!

I have been doing at least 3 xhit workouts everyday for about 4 weeks, I can feel the burn most of the time but tbh I don't really see any result, now I know that it takes time but I have been working out really hard, Although I can see a certain progress for example I couldn't even do the side plank or leg drop 4 weeks ago ! I'll just keep on working I guess ! Thanks for this great workout !
you're not going to see big changes in just 1 month, i've been working out the last 4 months and i see pretty good and rasonable results. Keep motivated and constant! (and eat healthy :D)

Sophia Heaven Sophia, I've been an athlete my entire life and i'll tell you this: it does not matter how hard you work out if your diet is not on point. fitness is 70% diet. make small changes to you diet like drinking less alcohol or not eating past 8 at night and, remember you have a diet you do not go on one so make sure the changes you make are sustainable with your lifestyle.

Sophia Heaven I have been trying to loose weight for over 3 years working out regularly, and i have only gained weight! I know how you feel! :D I think my biggest issue is i sit too much, i notice when i sleep over 7 hours, and sit for more than 10 minutes during the day i don't see the results because i'm bloating for some reason, but if i stay up and active through the day i start to see the work iv'e done. It's just asking yourself is it worth it to push yourself that hard? I'm absolutely miserable! I started taking up 10 lb weight workouts to help, i heard if you do the workouts with added weights it works harder cardio and fires up your muscles to keep burning though the day, i have yet to see the fantastic results as promised, but i do get an energy boost afterward! :D Good luck & take care!

I've been doing this for a week and I see results! My belly is a lot more defined, I can feel and SEE a little bit of abs which is amazing, but the belly fat is still there, 😞 ill do this for one more / two weeks and tell ya all the results (if the belly fat went away or it didnt)
Update: i stop doing it because the belly fat didn't go away and i kept getting abs.. So i instead run every night and will probably try to lose fat that way and then start doing this workout!
Update: I came back to doing this and one more XHIT flat stomach workout and running (more like walkin) some nights and I see drastical changes! The belly fat is almost gone, my abs are showing and I think it will be completely gone til the end of the month.

I've been doing these 2-3 times a week for about a month and just noticed I've developed those "v" lines in my lower abs, which I've never had! I'm also able to more easily fit into some shorts and pants that I could barely button the last time I tried them on. There are other ab exercises that I've been doing for a while that I still do but adding these and putting myself on a work out schedule has really helped me target that tricky lower area.
I have been doing this and a variety of other workouts from XHit for the past 2 and 1/2 months every single day. My abs are toned and my legs have become strong. I HIGHLY recommend this channel for every kind of workout that you would like to try. However, remember that consistency is key!
Well this definitely had me screaming. I was fake crying through the planks but the burn feels so good. Since I do have tummy fat, I'll be continuing with this religiously. Remember guys consistency is key. And the more you practice something, the stronger and more resistant your muscles are. So after a while, I guess I wouldn't have to take cry through the planks. I'll try this out for a while and tell you guys if I see results and how long it took.

I am doing this workout since four days now. for the first 3, I had so much pain in my stomach that I couldn't even laugh or cough without feeling pain. But on the 4th day, it felt as though the pain had never come. I think that my body is getting used to it. And the fact that I have never done even remotely tough workout also adds to the reason of the pain in the start. And hey, I am already starting to see a little results. Nicely done! DOMS is pretty common (delayed onset muscle soreness) and generally just reflects a great workout (there is some truth to "no pain, no gain", after all)!
Feeling it more in my top thighs than stomach...
Try doing an upper ab workout rather than a lower ab workout. But good thing about these exercises is it kills two birds with one stone haha. The thighs and the lower abs

I used to do this workout for months leading up to basic training. Back in 2015 & here I am 7 years later. I have 7 months left in the army. & I’ve come full circle. I’ve gained 50th since then & this exercise always gets my abs burning. I’m hoping to get back to my pre-army weight. Of like 155lbs I’m 190

Valerie Martinez Actually, it's been proved that exercise does more than diet. However, that doesn't mean diet should be left out, only with both do you actually have a winning combination.
96jortegaall you have to do is burn more calories than you eat and you'll be fine. Thats where the diet comes into play. The healthier you eat the less you need to exersize but if u just ate McDonald's and steak sandwiches all day then you got some working out to do.
Everyone is different, not everyone has the same metabolism so please don't endorse that it's fine to just eat anything as other people may not see the results you see! But lucky for you, you can enjoy such food!
The thing I like about xhit workout is that it's very manageable! It's not too easy and not too straining so it's very easy to keep myself motivated 🤩

I love these XHIT videos. I've been struggling with motivation and consistency when it comes to my workouts until I came across these videos. Rebecca Louise Smith and Kelsey Lee are so motivational and keep me looking forward to my next workout. I now have gone from 2-3 days of working out to 5-6 days because of these videos. I absolutely love these videos and they have changed the way I look and feel about exercising. My workouts consists of 1 leg video, 1 ab video and 1 extra video(depends on what I want to work on). I also add in a kettlebell workout (Mike Donavanik) and do two mile on the treadmill or elliptical. My night routine consists on 100-200 crunches. There are a variety of ways to do these crunches. If you mix them up and spread them out throughout the day, they will seem like no big deal. Within 4 days I have already lost an inch from my waist and my legs/thighs look a lot slimmer. I felt results after the first day and after the third day I could hardly walk it hurt so bad. The fourth day I did use as a rest day.
These workouts do work and will give you results. Not only that, the hosts are very motivating.

THIS WORKOUT REALLY WORKS! I used to run a mile everyday and eat a really clean breakfast (smoothie w/ a tiny source of carbs) but I still wouldn't lose that much belly fat. I started to ad this to my routine and I have seen so much change! THANK YOU XHIT!!

I've been doing this workout along with "how to get a six pack" and "thigh exercises for losing fat" for a year now, at least twice a week (minimum) and my body has totally changed. If you wonder if it works, it does and it makes wonders !

So sorry to tell you guys, but I got sick 1-2 weeks ago, and had to stop exercising as it could make it worse (and I have exams). But I will definitely get back into this after this week is over, getting into my holidays. I promise I'll be back x
I've done this 2x a day, everday for two weeks, and let me tell you, my stomach has already gotten so much flatter, im seeing it start to tone and my little, not so little (they were huge at the start) love handles, have slimmed down so much! I'm going to keep doing this :))) and if you're a beginner, like I am, push yourself because its worth it in the end!!!

I did this for a month, 3 - 4 times a week, sometimes even less, no special diets, I eat lots carbs due to my country's culture way of eating and I still lose 3 kg and my waist is getting slimmer and so does my belly. i started with belly full of fat and very bobbly but now it gets flatter and firmer. I still doing it till now, hopefully i could do reps so I could see the ultimate result before new year!
Great exercises but i'm frustrated over having to pause it just to figure out where the hands go, how she's aligned ,how far back should my hips be?
If it burns then you're doing it right
You have to bend your hips forward and flatten your back. always think about a straight back, else way you're gonna put tension on your back witch is bad for it.
this is harder but pays of better. ;) this offcourse is only for the excercises where you actually lay on your back

If anyone thinks this will get rid of your muffin top, you are mistaken. I doubt even this girl thinks it will get rid of a muffin top, but just put the title there for attention. this will only help tone your abs and make them stronger, but it won't get rid of the fat on your stomach area. There is no spot fat reduction. You have to lose fat over your whole body by burning the most calories and consuming the least calories. The only way to do that is to eat lower than your maintenance calories if you don't work out or eat your maintenance calories and burn some during a workout. This will ensure that your calorie output is more than your calorie input which is the only way to lose fat. Also you shouldn't starve your self to limit your calories, you have to make sure you are getting your nutrients still otherwise body will go into hibernation mode and slow your metabolism. To do this, you have to eat healthy foods like fruits and salad and nuts/seeds and chicken breasts etc to ensure you are still getting all the food groups. You should eliminate all processed sugary fast food like burgers, muffins, chocolates, coke etc. Also eliminate beer if you drink. The key is to minimize your calories while still getting the nutrients. Basically you have to get the most nutrients out of the least calorie food. And only healthy foods provide that which everyone already knows what they are. As an extra tip eating brocolli, green tea and lemon juice will also help speed your metabolism.
Good luck in your fat loss journey. When you think about it, it's really simple. You already know what you should and shouldn't eat, but it's so commonplace to eat shitty food that it becomes a habit. You have to break those habits to lose fat and adopt a lifestyle of eating good food.
It tones your lower belly, and, more often than not, it's where the fat lies. Toning it would be of help. That's what matters
I've been doing these workouts for the past few days, and I am starting to see a slight change. I feel much healthier and better of myself, and I'm actually excited to do these short, but very helpful workouts.

did a thigh workout before this and then did this and I feel AMAZING I could feel the burn and sweated like no before other workout. I will keep you guys updated!!! starting this on August 8th I'm gonna try and go for a month! and if I see more results I am defiantly going to go longer
When I do the leg circles and leg drops, I can both hear and feel my left leg popping out of place at the hip.
Should I continue doing these exercises? Is this 'normal'?

Same here. I feel like I damaged mine when I was in high school and tried to do the splits too far. It's uncomfortable cause it feels stuck and then pops. I hate it.
+xxSweetCandyKarlixx ! I don't think that it is bad. It is just your muscle/tendon popping across the bone. I know that sounds weird, but it's normal. It's ok to continue unless you feel pain. Hope this helps!
