ive done this 3 days in a row, combined with 3 min and 5 min abs, + eating healthy and i have already noticed immense definition!! so happy, i am now always motivated to do these workouts because im excited for the results!
I bought one for this workout :D it's amazing^^ took one a bit expensive so that If I don't use it I can tell myself: shame on you to but something expensive and then not use it^^ and then I workout haha
Last year I couldn't do this as fast as her and I had to stop a few times. But now since I workout regularly (since June), I did this without stopping and it was so easy.
It has been about 2 months since I started with about an hour of abs toning per day, and the difference is amazing! Thank you soooo much Xhit, these exercises really do work!
even though i dont have a fat stomach or a muffin top I've been doing the VS angel ab workout and the "no more muffin top" workout for a week now and I can definitely see results, I can't wait to see significant results in the next few weeks! love this channel :)
I was very over weight 10 months so I looked for some workouts to make me look better so I did and still do all of the Victoria secret workouts every week and I look a lot better so thanks for these vids they really help

I haven't worked out in years and I've slowly gained weight and got weaker but I feel strong again (: it's a good feeling. Just keep pushing yourself if you're having trouble! It's all worth it in the end!
It's the end of the day and I did this workout at 8am, and now I am feeling it. Geeze, this workout is no joke! You usually feel the aftermath of a good workout the next day, not the same day!! I am loving it!

Gauge your own fitness level. If the routine seemed too easy, feel free to do it again. However, because this is an 8 minute workout, I would not recommend doing it more than twice on any day and definitely fewer than 6 times per week

Doing 100 situps won't do anything if you don't have a clean diet and do cardio as well. the situps will just make your core stronger but if you want it to show then you have to lose the fat over your abs (everyone has abs underneath) and by losing the fat you need to do cardio and have a clean diet

Is there a big difference between this one (8:44 minutes) and the other ''best Victoria Secret abs'' video from XHIT (16:42 minutes) ? I have been doing the 16 minute one lately and decided to try this one but it is so much shorter. What do you recommend?

There's this video circulating around Facebook about how a lot of girls think they're fat and some starve themselves. I don't think I'm really fat, but I know that this passed year and a half I have gained a tad bit of weight since I started homeschool so I don't do P.e. and all that stuff. Since I watched it, I've been working out every single day. Ever since I've started laying around and eating junk food, I've started getting these random pains. I'm pretty sure it's from being lazy and not being as active as I used to be. The first day I started working out, I've never heard so many joints pop all at once xD. I've also cut out junk food and am trying to cut out soda. My dad actually got me and my sister brisk ice teas and instead of drinking it I got water instead (and I despise water. I hate it). So, long story short, I'M DETERMINED! I've been watching a lot of these videos and each time I just want to get up and do them all.

It's very easy if you do it always. your body will train if you always exercise. and you will realize how easy it is.

Have you tried our 10 minute intense lower ab workout? That will work to get your lower abs engaged and strong.
Just do what you can! Always take a break if you need it.
