      +Ricky-Ann Lynch It wasn't always so easy! I started incorporating consistent exercise into my lifestyle about 12/13 years ago, so it's all about consistency over time LOL :) Keep at it.       It's very easy if you do it always. your body will train if you always exercise. and you will realize how easy it is.

    I've been doing this every day and it's only been a week and I've noticed more hardness in my torso plus it's looking flatter and a bit more toned, I'll keep this updated as more time passes on

      it makes it a little flatter, but for the most part it made it harder and it looks wayy better now. (more toned)

      Alina Parks ok this is a very important question, I felt a little burn while doing this workout but it wasn't very intense. I'm wondering if this is normal, seeing that everyone is different but did you specifically have a really intense burn?

      Alissa Lederer I know you’re not asking me, but you probably didn’t go as hard as you could. To burn, you should make the workout more intense

    ive done this 3 days in a row, combined with 3 min and 5 min abs, + eating healthy and i have already noticed immense definition!! so happy, i am now always motivated to do these workouts because im excited for the results!

      +Leigh Thapa workout about four times a week. 15-45 min in a day is good. eat some protein, u dont need too much and remember to rest.

      I bought one for this workout :D it's amazing^^ took one a bit expensive so that If I don't use it I can tell myself: shame on you to but something expensive and then not use it^^ and then I workout haha

    Last year I couldn't do this as fast as her and I had to stop a few times. But now since I workout regularly (since June), I did this without stopping and it was so easy.

    even though i dont have a fat stomach or a muffin top I've been doing the VS angel ab workout and the "no more muffin top" workout for a week now and I can definitely see results, I can't wait to see significant results in the next few weeks! love this channel :)

    I was very over weight 10 months so I looked for some workouts to make me look better so I did and still do all of the Victoria secret workouts every week and I look a lot better so thanks for these vids they really help

    I've been doing a lot of different ab workouts here on RUclips and this is the first time I did this one and it was easy! I haven't worked out in years and I've slowly gained weight and got weaker but I feel strong again (: it's a good feeling. Just keep pushing yourself if you're having trouble! It's all worth it in the end!

    It's the end of the day and I did this workout at 8am, and now I am feeling it. Geeze, this workout is no joke! You usually feel the aftermath of a good workout the next day, not the same day!! I am loving it!

    Gauge your own fitness level. If the routine seemed too easy, feel free to do it again. However, because this is an 8 minute workout, I would not recommend doing it more than twice on any day and definitely fewer than 6 times per week

    Have you tried our 10 minute intense lower ab workout? That will work to get your lower abs engaged and strong.

Hard work is key to success :) i was also doing this workout and it helped me a lot with losing additional lbs :) OF course diet is also important factor, i was using this one diets.elphyweb.com/fat-diminisher.php and it is the best diet i have ever used.     whenever I do reverse crunches my whole body moves down and if I do enough I end up at the other side of my house and it pisses me off >:-(

      You should really have at least 1 day to rest. If you don't, you could be shedding away more muscle than fat.

      ***** 2 years and no abs, well you're clearly doing something wrong. You will start seeing results after 6 weeks.

      maybe you just need to push yourself more to see more improvements (: also we all have different bodies so cierra could of got abs by then depending on how hard she worked.

      Doing 100 situps won't do anything if you don't have a clean diet and do cardio as well. the situps will just make your core stronger but if you want it to show then you have to lose the fat over your abs (everyone has abs underneath) and by losing the fat you need to do cardio and have a clean diet

      been doing this work out for 5 months now. 9-12 minutes, 5-6 days a week can make a huge difference. and diet plays a big role... if you eat fast food, results might take longer.

      You'll already see some difference after a month. But what really helped me was to drink a lot of water! About 3,5l a day. That helped me clean my body and it felt like I flushed away my bodyfat ;) Keep it going! :D

    Is there a big difference between this one (8:44 minutes) and the other ''best Victoria Secret abs'' video from XHIT (16:42 minutes) ? I have been doing the 16 minute one lately and decided to try this one but it is so much shorter. What do you recommend?

    Standing up crunches really make my tummy uncomfortable lol. Felt like my guts were touching each other. Aha. But this is a good exercise. That reverse cruches is really good!

    There's this video circulating around Facebook about how a lot of girls think they're fat and some starve themselves. I don't think I'm really fat, but I know that this passed year and a half I have gained a tad bit of weight since I started homeschool so I don't do P.e. and all that stuff. Since I watched it, I've been working out every single day. Ever since I've started laying around and eating junk food, I've started getting these random pains. I'm pretty sure it's from being lazy and not being as active as I used to be. The first day I started working out, I've never heard so many joints pop all at once xD. I've also cut out junk food and am trying to cut out soda. My dad actually got me and my sister brisk ice teas and instead of drinking it I got water instead (and I despise water. I hate it).
    So, long story short, I'M DETERMINED! I've been watching a lot of these videos and each time I just want to get up and do them all.
