One thing that seems to help a lot with getting visible abs is doing cardio workouts here and there, it helps lose any extra bodyweight that might be sitting on top of your muscles! it's also great for endurance and your heart! also congratulations!

I've been doing these for 9 months every day for 14-30 minutes a day and I have a completely flat stomach with some definition but I'm definitely NO WHERE near a 6 pack!! I'm lean and 5'8 and weigh 124 and I eat a ton of protein but I just don't get why I haven't built a 6 pack yet. Am I doing something wrong? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
It could be from genetics, maybe you just aren't built for a six pack which is completely ok! God knows I am no where near a six pack. Don't over due a certain nutrient, incorporate fats, vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbs, and water especially in your diet. ,aye do some more cardio?

Thought I'd share my results with you guys :) I'm 14 and I'm relatively slim, though I have no core strength. So I do this workout 4 times a week (to allow my abs resting time) whilst doing a 10 minutes stretch BEFORE AND AFTER each workout, and doing 10 minutes cardio and 5 minutes arm workouts daily to really build muscle, but slowly and subtly. I have eaten quite healthily, though have had a few pieces of chocolate and a slice of pizza or two since I started two weeks ago (I wanna be fit, not dead haha). And I can tell you already i am twice as flexible and my arms are quite nicely sculpted. Using this video and cardio, my stomach is noticeably flatter and more toned - it's also becoming quite hard to touch (sounds so weird). I reckon another two months and I'll be forming a six pack!! Keep going girls (and boys, if you're here) - it's really worth the effort and you feel so proud afterwards!

because your using your neck muscles more then your ABS. it is easier for us to use shoulder and neck muscles. start off a little easier and get used to holding your ABS tight for a minute at a time. practice squeezing your ABS together. they don't explain posture the best unfortunately, but are good exercises.

My waist line before is 26 but when I did this workout my waist line goes down to 24... Yeah, I know I'm too young to do this BC I'm just a 14 year old girl and I'm doing this workout twice a week but this week I decided to make it a 3 day workout... This woman is in insane shape. I've been listening to the whole things, watching only small sections at a time. In any case... it's ridiculous that she can do this. That she can actually talk the whole time, making sense mind you and even throwing wit and charm into the running monologue (and it's audible! And it makes sense) is absolutely mind-melting. I mean it would be enough to just have kind of a flat expression, most people would be grimacing and wincing and grunting. But she is smiling, laughing, and cracking jokes. This is just crazy. I don't even really believe it's happening, maybe she's a robot? Anyway, Kelsey, can I have an ab transpant? I'm probably bigger than you but I'm sure I'd still get ahead on the deal. Jeez
This is the toughest xhit workout I've come across. I do 3-4 videos of theirs a night, and usually don't even feel a burn (in my abs - whenever I do flutter kicks, leg drops, etc, my quads hurt like crazy!) but this video I really started to feel it. Probably will be coming back to this one! (I'm going on vacation on the 14, so I really want to hit my goal by then)

Whenever I try to do the single leg drops or anything of the kind, my right hip pops. It doesn't hurt, it just feels like it's doing damage. What should I do about that?
I heard that it was just the bone abnormally grazing over the other bone. They said to help prevent this, do some easy stretches like putting the leg that pops over the other, or sit cross-legged, etc. I also discovered that not lowering my legs all the way helps prevent the popping. I hope it helps!

Instead of straight leg drops, do it with your legs bent 90 degrees. Instead of guiding the drop with your feet, focus on guiding it with your lower abs.
I'm your age too. It was like that for me but I now find it much easier (because I've been doing it for so long) I only have a four pack but am aiming for a 6 pack. Just wanted to say good job!!
Honestly I have been doing this for such a long time. Last year I had a six pack which took me about 6 months, but I was anorexic (still recovering) so the abs were easier to see. Now I have to flex really hard to see them, but I can sure feel them. Since not being anorexic, it has taken me a lot of hard work but I am starting to show again, I still don't have a six pack only a four but I know it's coming. Not certain about the points made but you need to know that follow wrong exercises without a proper plan just waste your time & can make you get injure, if anyone else wants to get belly flat, try *Imodstyle Lose Belly Fat* (should be on google have a look ). I've seen some amazing things about it! My sister lost 3 inches off her belly, in over 3 weeks! She lose about 10 pounds in first 2 week just by follow these exercises!
I have been doing a variety of XHIT workouts, and I can see definition of my ab muscles higher up. Thank you so much, I still cannot do a full double leg drop to the bottom without my lower back raising. Working on it though!

I love these videos I do them every other day I try to switch it up but this ab video is my favorite and how to lose your muffin top is my favorite. I'm on day 4 and I feel a huge difference I walk/jog a mile every other day and rest on Friday and Sunday remember everyone your muscles need that time to rest and build don't over work yourself. Exercising should be a challenge not a punishment. Go at your own pace ✌ Thanks again for all of your videos !! 💪
This is a great workout! I've been doing this for 15 days now and I can really see the difference! I first started by doing it every day and then I started doing just 1 set in the morning before breakfast and 2 sets in the evening! I've been really frustrated with not feeling the burn in my abs and my hip flexors keep taking over but this video has really helped me actually burn. The hip flexor thing goes easier every day.
Justice Johnson if your kinda skinny but want abs then 3 weeks with no break days. If your a little fatter then I'd say longer than 3 weeks. But keep exercising because its good for you..oh and eating healthy helps to! :)

15 minutes INSANE to spin on abs alkone i felt like my abs were on fire after the first 3 minutes! 5 minutes is all you need for abs no more than 10 minutes

I think everybody need to remember that just doing abs workout isn't going to make your abs show. You have to eat clean to cut down the fat on the tummy area so the muscles will pop. "Abs are made in the gym but shown in the kitchen". So doing abs workout but eating a bunch of junk food isn't going to help at all.

I'm gonna try do this workout as well as the muffin top workout every day. I will document my process for 4 weeks! (I don't have a small body, my shape is quite athletic so I'm quite chunky every where 😂) Day 1 (yesterday) • I FELT THE BURN!!! If you squeeze your abs at the right time you can really feel it. I was defiantly sweating 💦 Day 2 (I was so sore all day. I added this to my everyday workout... Plus my annoying p.e teacher made my class do an intense fitness program today 😩) • My shoulders Legs and a small part of my lower abs were aching. I completed it, it was a tad bit harder :(

This is the toughest xhit workout I've come across. I do 3-4 videos of theirs a night, and usually don't even feel a burn (in my abs - whenever I do flutter kicks, leg drops, etc, my quads hurt like crazy!) but this video I really started to feel it. Probably will be coming back to this one! (I'm going on vacation on the 14, so I really want to hit my goal by then)

Whenever I try to do the single leg drops or anything of the kind, my right hip pops. It doesn't hurt, it just feels like it's doing damage. What should I do about that?

I heard that it was just the bone abnormally grazing over the other bone. They said to help prevent this, do some easy stretches like putting the leg that pops over the other, or sit cross-legged, etc. I also discovered that not lowering my legs all the way helps prevent the popping. I hope it helps!

Instead of straight leg drops, do it with your legs bent 90 degrees. Instead of guiding the drop with your feet, focus on guiding it with your lower abs.
As a fourteen year old it's hard that's why I pause this video sometimes and just have a small rest. Lovely workout

I'm your age too. It was like that for me but I now find it much easier (because I've been doing it for so long) I only have a four pack but am aiming for a 6 pack. Just wanted to say good job!!

Honestly I have been doing this for such a long time. Last year I had a six pack which took me about 6 months, but I was anorexic (still recovering) so the abs were easier to see. Now I have to flex really hard to see them, but I can sure feel them. Since not being anorexic, it has taken me a lot of hard work but I am starting to show again, I still don't have a six pack only a four but I know it's coming. Is your neck support to hurt a lot? I could feel the burn I my neck more than In my abs. Did anyone else experience this and if so how do I prevent it ?
Anna Webster make sure you are pulling up (in sit ups or whatever the move) with your shoulders and chest leading, not your shoulders
Also, keep your eyes fixated at something on the wall so you keep your neck still

Not certain about the points made but you need to know that follow wrong exercises without a proper plan just waste your time & can make you get injure, if anyone else wants to get belly flat, try *Imodstyle Lose Belly Fat* (should be on google have a look ). I've seen some amazing things about it! My sister lost 3 inches off her belly, in over 3 weeks! She lose about 10 pounds in first 2 week just by follow these exercises!

Thank you for your quick but effective workouts that we can use at home! I love the clock countdown in the corner and that you feel our pain whilst doing it but carry on too which shows your human and motivated!

I love these videos I do them every other day I try to switch it up but this ab video is my favorite and how to lose your muffin top is my favorite. I'm on day 4 and I feel a huge difference I walk/jog a mile every other day and rest on Friday and Sunday remember everyone your muscles need that time to rest and build don't over work yourself. Exercising should be a challenge not a punishment. Go at your own pace ✌ Thanks again for all of your videos !! 💪
This is a great workout! I've been doing this for 15 days now and I can really see the difference! I first started by doing it every day and then I started doing just 1 set in the morning before breakfast and 2 sets in the evening! I've been really frustrated with not feeling the burn in my abs and my hip flexors keep taking over but this video has really helped me actually burn. The hip flexor thing goes easier every day.

Justice Johnson if your kinda skinny but want abs then 3 weeks with no break days. If your a little fatter then I'd say longer than 3 weeks. But keep exercising because its good for you..oh and eating healthy helps to! :)

I think everybody need to remember that just doing abs workout isn't going to make your abs show. You have to eat clean to cut down the fat on the tummy area so the muscles will pop. "Abs are made in the gym but shown in the kitchen". So doing abs workout but eating a bunch of junk food isn't going to help at all.

• I FELT THE BURN!!! If you squeeze your abs at the right time you can really feel it. I was defiantly sweating 💦

(I was so sore all day. I added this to my everyday workout... Plus my annoying p.e teacher made my class do an intense fitness program today 😩)
• My shoulders Legs and a small part of my lower abs were aching. I completed it, it was a tad bit harder :(
