Been in self-quarantine in Beijing for 21 days now due to the coronavirus outbreak. This routine has played an essential part in maintaining my basic mental health.
Hang in there people. All I can say is social distancing works. It could be incredibly irritating and stressful at times, but give it three four weeks, things will get better considerably. I’ve been back in the office for two weeks now. Gym has not been allowed to reopen yet. So still working this routine. Stay safe, healthy and fit everyone 💪🏼
I did it for 20 minutes yesterday, and I'll do it again today. I won't be able to accomplish much more for a while, but I will. To be honest, I've never seen anything like it in my life; I'm speechless. I'm not sure how to explain it, but what I can say now is that it's like having a family that doesn't judge you but supports you unconditionally. I adore that lady in the black outfit; she's the reason I clicked on this video. I want to express my gratitude to all of the professors who are on stage and off stage for instilling in me a spirit I never had before and wish I had known a long time ago. Just to give you an update, I've been doing this on and off for the past 5 months, and I'd want to thank Rachael and her crew for everything! Keep up the wonderful job, you guys! 💖
I am a combat junkie and closure of my gym because of CV19 really distressed me until I found this! Fabulous guys. By the way I am 64 and have done combat for decades - right since the beginning. Love it!
The most killer part of this whole workout was the leg session for me. Lunge pulses + kick had me so behind . But it was my first lesmills workout, didn’t even pay attention to time! Great.
It's like dancing!! This is so great!! The beats are great!! Ever since LMC I loved these two!! But this program says it all!!! All of it!! I've done all these videos about 5 times each already and I feel stronger and faster than I have in years. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fitness workout change.

I taught kickboxing and fitness boxing (with bags and pads) for 25 years. Whenever I look at kickboxing sites on youtube, the cueing is usually awful and the explanation of body placement and alignment is non-existent. You are all excellent in motivation, combinations, technique and explanations!!! Thanks!! it's so nice not to have to think for myself and follow an kick ass routine.
Laurie Ann exactly, their cueing and explanation is wonderful, I hate to be thinking during workouts and with this it just goes on smoothly powerful and effective

I attempted to finish the whole video. Though I got out of breath several times even thought about giving up, I didn't. I crushed it in 45 minutes and burned roughly 450kcal. My HR was up to 178bpm. Thanks Les Mills for such amazing work.
I came across this video during the pandemic and have returned since then because I believe is the best and complete bodycombat workout I've ever done. Also, I couldn't do the full 45-minute video because it was too intense for me, however, over time and consistency, I am happy to say that I can do it all at once! 💪🏼Thank you, guys!
Thank you Les Mills! I did this workout yesterday + jump rope and this morning thought my legs were gonna drop off 😂, this lady was sore. I sooooo had to get mentally prepared to do Les Mills Grit this evening. My mantra: focus…discipline…physical pain won’t reign. It got done. With your workouts you don’t mess, all in every time. 👍🏾
Same here, but the real tragedy here is that my gym has reopened but they’ve DROPPED ALL LES MILLS WORKOUTS, NO MORE COMBAT! I’ve been going to the combat classes weekly for 6 YEARS, and it’s the ONLY reason I kept my membership since I have a home gym. So glad I’ve run across these on RUclips. Honestly, eff my gym!
I like doing different styles of workouts, my favorites are Barre and Pilates, but when I do Cardio I like high intensity and something keeps me moving, while also being fun. This I can't wait to try.
I love and enjoy combat workouts. I get pumped out and always looking forward to combat. It's a high cardio which I know I can keep fit and sweat a lot. The higher the workout. The fitter I am. The combat teachers are fit and always pushed us to our limit. The techniques are also helpful in doing any fitness correctly so careful from injuries. So thank you. I think Combat is callings for me! Lol

Incredible workout for even the laziest of us all! For those wanting to start working out, it's perfectly safe (did this workout without the jumps and lowered the intensity a bit due to a twisted ankle) but you'll fall in love with LesMills instantly! This has been a godsend, now 8 months straight!!!! I feel amazing I tried also paying but it is not available in Mexico. My husband tore my rotator cuff lifting him up continually just before he passed away. It's 7 months later, and today I had enough strength to complete this great class. My all time favorite.

Been doing body combat on oculus! I love it. Very true to the Les Mills Brand ❤️ doing it every day. Really effective having targets to hit and obstacles to dodge for slips & squats. Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys Les Mills.
Excellent class! 45 minutes of correct guidance and beautiful energy. Do you really want more people to know who you are and subscribe to les mills? Release more of these full classes using you tube. People will have the complete picture and not just short videos that do not allow them to understand the les mill concept and how all your different classes are structured. I did this so many times but it always felt like first time. Lying on the floor, breathing through my mouth and nose while sweating like i just went swimming.

The energy and the vibe they gave off is so addictive it actually makes you think you can do it with ease. Awesome workout and I am completely smashed and i can say that i burned off around 360 calories that with barely keeping up with the steps XD.
Such a work-out that I've looking for. Just need to burn my kcal, now I am 85kg, 183cm and my target is down to 75-78kg. I've done this every day for like 30mins, let's hope it works.

Found this video on my recommendations and decided to try it because it looked fun. Could do it decently until 22:46 came around… I barely could do the lounges and I couldn’t even kick 😭 but I didn’t give up, did it slow and deep. Had to pause two times more though, after the first set of push ups (didn’t have a mat and was killing my knees lol) and after first set of muay thai (it was so fast!!!). I guess if you’re accustomed to long sessions of cardio or take body combat classes frequently it will be easier to keep with the pace? Maybe I will try again some other day and see how it goes lol. Tldr ;: it was hard asf but it is doable and over all super entertaining an fun!!! Everyone should try it!!

OMG ! Im so happy to find that this video has kept all of its original music. I noticed yesterday they changed the music on the app for this section and I was very sad because this track and the music IS AMAZING! So glad to see this is still with the original music that gets me going through this specific lower body track! 🎉

Been doing body combat on oculus! I love it. Very true to the Les Mills Brand ❤️ doing it every day. Really effective having targets to hit and obstacles to dodge for slips & squats. Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys Les Mills.
Excellent class! 45 minutes of correct guidance and beautiful energy. Do you really want more people to know who you are and subscribe to les mills? Release more of these full classes using you tube. People will have the complete picture and not just short videos that do not allow them to understand the les mill concept and how all your different classes are structured. Congratulations for all you have done for more than my one decade!

My first time doing martial arts-inspired workout. Such an amazing workout with wonderful energy-packed track mixes.
This is seriously so good. It is the best workout here on youtube. Because of this I am thinking of joining a MMA club.
The energy and the vibe they gave off is so addictive it actually makes you think you can do it with ease. Awesome workout and I am completely smashed and i can say that i burned off around 360 calories that with barely keeping up with the steps XD.

Such a work-out that I've looking for. Just need to burn my kcal, now I am 85kg, 183cm and my target is down to 75-78kg. I've done this every day for like 30mins, let's hope it works.

Found this video on my recommendations and decided to try it because it looked fun. Could do it decently until 22:46 came around… I barely could do the lounges and I couldn’t even kick 😭 but I didn’t give up, did it slow and deep. Had to pause two times more though, after the first set of push ups (didn’t have a mat and was killing my knees lol) and after first set of muay thai (it was so fast!!!). I guess if you’re accustomed to long sessions of cardio or take body combat classes frequently it will be easier to keep with the pace? Maybe I will try again some other day and see how it goes lol.
Tldr ;: it was hard asf but it is doable and over all super entertaining an fun!!! Everyone should try it!!
