Bro I’m m so happy with the results, been doing this for a 2 weeks straight with normal eating and i lost about 3kg im so proud. Ik its not enough but its the only thing that works for me. The first time i did it i was sweating and dying and now after 2 weeks later i still sweat a lot yet the exercise seems more comfortable. I agree with Skeptical Idealist: I think I have asthma... my lungs are burning and I have a hard time swallowing water :/ I got to about 10 min in full mode: I did the rest almost walking on the floor ! I think I’m getting a bit old for this lol

That is good, keep going, muscles have memory so, with time, will be better and better, but the nutrition part is super important if you want to loose weight, both things and lifting, will help out all transformation! 🙏
Me too on that scissors time I don't like it coz it's so hard for my legs and feet but I have to so it for the sake of loosing weight and to remove my fats on my body my sweats and sickness in my body ;)

I LOVEEEE this workout !!! I am 17 years old and I wanted to loose weight for a few years now. FINALLY lost about 20kg (44 lbs) in a few months!!!! This workout made me loose about 4kg (8 lbs) in like 2 weeks. To loose weight I was on a very strict diet but never really did complain about that. I weight about 51kg (110lbs) now 🥳. My goal is to reach 45kg (99lbs). I‘m 1.57m (5 feet 2 inches) btw. (The date is 27.4.2023) I will keep going with this workout and keep you guys updated !! (29.4.2023) Did this Workout again ! Nearly at the end of the whole workout I felt like I had to throw up.. was a really bad feeling….. But still I definitely will try again next time! I don’t want to give up my goal. (30.4.2023) Feeling great cause I finished and it was easier than last time ! (6.9.2023) It has been a LONG time and I achieved my goal to get skinny also I had a HUGEEE glow up!! Just completed it for the first time. Didnt realize just how intense this was! Holy f. I feel so out of shape now. I had to stop halfway, stretch out my calves and breathe for a few mins before continuing. I vow to do this on a regular basis until i master it 💖💪. Good luck, all.

I've been doing a little bit of 30 min cardio exercises and wanted it to be more harsh so here I am. Day 1: Wish me luck lol (I managed to finish it and I feel very great. At around 8 min I stopped tho since my hip muscles hurt a ton but I continued on afterwards with the rest. Very hard but very fun to do) Day 2: I stopped and rested a few days cuz I was busy but will still keep going. (I observed a lot of changes. Around the soleus muscle in my legs hurt but afterwards mothing hurts. This happened in my first run so nothing serious going on anyway what I observed was I feel like wanting more at the end. I didn't realize that was finished. At my first run I had a lil bit of hardships but not in this run. Very good improvement) Day 3: Same thing not much changed but I could stretch a bit more now Day 4: I'm running out of things to write so ima stop here. Will still continue this tho (I managed to do all of it without breaks except for the water break which is pretty cool) UPDATE After 5 Months: I really like this exercises and I can easily do them but with slight problems but is cool
Man I've done this workout several times, but after a covid diagnosis and being asthmatic, I had to take a long break. I already struggle with flexibility. Let me tell you, I barely was able to modify, I had to just break for breath and my muscles were super tight. I will be doing this again this week until I can get fluid again. I wish yall had DVDs with only Al Lee as the instructor. She's the best.
I saw the whole video I thought it’s not that tough coz I go gymming regularly but when I started my god I was sweating like hell and had to pause like 5 times for 10 seconds in the whole video it’s been 10 days I am doing this and now I have started to catch up with you guys Zumba is absolutely different from gymming because there you focus on one part at a time here you focus on all body parts together without a break and increases your stamina 10 times more Don’t give up guys do it you will feel a difference very soon

Hell na I don’t have what it takes just yet! Lol. It holds true that you should have a variety of work outs. I have been doing hiit cardio and killing it. Then I come here and MAN! I could barely get through it. But I modified and finished up with my best. Thank God for RUclips trainers who take out the time to do this. To everyone who may read this, I’m proud of you!!!!! I cannot recommend this enough! Perfect for me, I can do it from my own home with nobody watching, but it is really good exercise. I do it two time in a row and there you have it - a 40 min workout. So so so good, I've been using this video for 4 or 5 months now. Love!
I can't express how grateful I am for this workout, it has changed me, I never had "time" to workout due to work and laziness but being at home made me realize I had no excuse and I can tell you that in a month and a week doing this workout and eating better I have gone from 220 lbs to 207 lbs and counting, I just needed some motivation and guess who I got it from?? My D*mn self! if I can do it YOU CAN DO IT, I am still no where near my goal BUT I STARTED which is what needed to be done!

This is not for the faint of heart, lol. I made it a little over 10 minutes. I'm going to work my way up to 20 and THEN try an actual class.

Me and my friend nearly died doing this workout. Lol, they really push you to your limit in just a measly 20 min. Makes me wonder how Shaun T’s T25 workout is. 😫😫

I did this 2 times through and I can't imagine doing it a third time for a 60 min workout, my God this was HAAAAARD! You should deffinitely post more workouts for people outside the US💕
I've been doing a little bit of 30 min cardio exercises and wanted it to be more harsh so here I am.
Day 1: Wish me luck lol (I managed to finish it and I feel very great. At around 8 min I stopped tho since my hip muscles hurt a ton but I continued on afterwards with the rest. Very hard but very fun to do)
Day 2: I stopped and rested a few days cuz I was busy but will still keep going. (I observed a lot of changes. Around the soleus muscle in my legs hurt but afterwards mothing hurts. This happened in my first run so nothing serious going on anyway what I observed was I feel like wanting more at the end. I didn't realize that was finished. At my first run I had a lil bit of hardships but not in this run. Very good improvement)
Day 3: Same thing not much changed but I could stretch a bit more now
Day 4: I'm running out of things to write so ima stop here. Will still continue this tho (I managed to do all of it without breaks except for the water break which is pretty cool)
UPDATE After 5 Months: I really like this exercises and I can easily do them but with slight problems but is cool
It’s been the fifth consecutive night I’m doing this. I haven’t see any changes but I’m sure I’ll do wish me luck. Current 65😢
Man I've done this workout several times, but after a covid diagnosis and being asthmatic, I had to take a long break. I already struggle with flexibility. Let me tell you, I barely was able to modify, I had to just break for breath and my muscles were super tight. I will be doing this again this week until I can get fluid again. I wish yall had DVDs with only Al Lee as the instructor. She's the best.

I saw the whole video I thought it’s not that tough coz I go gymming regularly but when I started my god I was sweating like hell and had to pause like 5 times for 10 seconds in the whole video it’s been 10 days I am doing this and now I have started to catch up with you guys Zumba is absolutely different from gymming because there you focus on one part at a time here you focus on all body parts together without a break and increases your stamina 10 times more

Hell na I don’t have what it takes just yet! Lol. It holds true that you should have a variety of work outs. I have been doing hiit cardio and killing it. Then I come here and MAN! I could barely get through it. But I modified and finished up with my best. Thank God for RUclips trainers who take out the time to do this. To everyone who may read this, I’m proud of you!!!!! Sweat hugs for everyone. Haaha😌🙏🏾

I cannot recommend this enough! Perfect for me, I can do it from my own home with nobody watching, but it is really good exercise. I do it two time in a row and there you have it - a 40 min workout. So so so good, I've been using this video for 4 or 5 months now. Love!

I can't express how grateful I am for this workout, it has changed me, I never had "time" to workout due to work and laziness but being at home made me realize I had no excuse and I can tell you that in a month and a week doing this workout and eating better I have gone from 220 lbs to 207 lbs and counting, I just needed some motivation and guess who I got it from?? My D*mn self! if I can do it YOU CAN DO IT, I am still no where near my goal BUT I STARTED which is what needed to be done!
