Ever since basketball ended (and before it started) I have been doing POPsugar fitness. I used to be really overweight but I lost 20 pounds last year and I feel great. Thankyou popsugar you may have saved me from a future filled with a lot of health issues. Also this workout is amazing I love how you focused on the abs while doing cardio at the same time.

This was perfect for my Monday - I want to sleep a little later, but still get in some good heart pumping to start my day. I really liked the 40 on 20 off format and all the exercises were fun (except those mountain climbers!) - thanks for another great one, Anna!
I've done this workout so many times in the last 3 years and I still find it challenging at times. But definitely find it easier then when I first ever did it! 😋
My heart is pumpin'. I'm just starting to ease back into exercise. I'm trying to build up my heart strength so that I don't get light-headed so easily and I want to increase my muscle strength too. Thank you for this great workout. I will be trying some others in days to come :D
Thanks for the tip on mountain climber. I never put my weight into my upper body before - it makes all the difference!
I’ve been doing popsugar videos since the pandemic started. This is the first one that made me feel like I was going to vomit. I made it through with some modifications, but be prepared, this one is not easy.

Love this workout. I'm going to use some of your exercises in my next Cardio Pilates class. You're such a great instructor giving so many modifications, progressions and verbal cues whilst going full out. I know how tough that is. 💪💚
Hey Anna! I am absolutely OBSESSED with your workouts!! Just one little comment as I've been doing a lot of them- I notice sometimes you forget to verbalized when to switch legs during the exercises and stretches, and as I'm not always facing the TV, I've often missed the switch. Usually, you're just excited and talking about something else that's also important, but if you could remember to say this it would help a lot. Thank you for all the great videos!

holy shitt! one of the best videos I have ran into. Since I entered college Ive been working out less. However, I do workout at least 3 times a week with short effective workouts. This is soooo goooood!!! IM DRIPPING SWEAT. This and eating healthy has maintained my weight!!! On to a short ab exercise and I am done for the day. YASSS GIRL GIVE ME MORE OF WHAT YOU GOT!!

love that there are modifications but I still sweat. I have collapsed arches and even with orthotics low impact is best for me. I've traded in my running shoes for bike but this is great on a rainy day

I have been off my workout schedule for a month and this almost killed me. It's crazy how fast we can lose our capacities... but I did it! I would love to have a workout with less exercises on the ground. Do you recommend any?

Since I discovered you couple of good months ago, I keep coming back to you.
Your videos are super nice, I like that you are doing it along with us, and I feel that I am actually working my muscles.
I had some issues with one of my leg and I couldn't run for few weeks, so I had to find an alternative at home, so to keep going with my sport. And I found you, online, but still it helps a lot.
You are funny, you have a great voice and you invite different trainers, so hopefully some of them will fit us, now, later or just create our own set at home.
I just want to thank you for bringing this alternative of exercises online, and make it available to us all.
I wish you all the best, and thank you for sharing with us so many nice exercises.
I still question myself where from "popsugar", cause I would call it more "popbody" or "top-body" ...but I don't see the sugar in here :)

woooo weiii that work out had my stomach in my throat and my heart about to burst out of my chest. That is what i get for taking five months off to recover my shoulder from bursitis. Still trying not to use too much weight this was a perfect way to get my heart beat wayyy up and burn those calories.
