Bullshit, don’t set unrealistic expectations for people. Your weight is changing for around 1-2kg per day and thats totaly normal.
You definitely can loose weight doing this workout but not 2 kilos im one week 🫠
2hours is average that one loses with a good diet.
I lost around 2 kilos in one week doing this with cutting off sugars and carbs ! So glad i discovered you! This is now a part of my daily routine

I take short sips of water in every 15 minute rest cause I just keep sweating haha! Good job! Keep it up. I want to reach the point where I find this workout easy. Maybe some day~

This is such a fun intense workout! I love that most of the moves require concentration on coordination, so I am focusing less on the time. Great focus on abs at the end too!
I've done a lot.... and I mean A LOT of RUclips HIIT workouts and this one is by far my favourite!! The 15 second break between each move is so key! I burnt way more than any other HIIT video... the workout is hard but with those 15 second breaks in between, it kind of tricks you into thinking it's not hard... if that makes any sense LOL! In love!

i did this last year for about a month, no joke i went from around 115 ish to 102. sadly, i’ve gained back the weight but im starting this workout again! good luck!
i’ve completed this workout 3 times! the first time i took so many unscheduled breaks and i even took a longgg one i between rounds. my second time through i paused it minimal times but i skipped exercises i found challenging. this third time through i skipped none, had no extended breaks and i completed it till the end! i feel less sore and more able to do these exercises. 🥳

I'm an experienced weight lifter and have been going to the gym for years but been in a bad month motivation/schedule wise so on days where I genuinely can't get myself to the gym doing this really makes me feel right again as I still get to be active on a daily basis as I would be. Not very challenging for experienced levels but definitely more than enough to get your heart pumping and a good full body sweat going 💪 love the routine compared to many other (but would have loved more upper body engagement 😜)

I managed to this for 25 minutes for the first time and then I give up. My legs are shaking. But I will definitely do this workout everyday.

im a male weighing 206 lbs, my apple watch said i burned an active 348 calories and a total of 368 total calories. I burn the same running 2 miles, i prefer this method because it left me crazy sweating and my whole body feels worked out! I'll still do my running a few times a week tho

I feel like giving up in middle of the exercise. But believe me once I finish it im proud of myself. Take your time, finish it in 1 hour rather than half n hour but do finish it. Remember weight loss is a journey not a race. ❤

Really enjoy these workouts so no shade but I’ll be straight up …. Anyone logging this as a 500 calorie workout is setting themselves up to fail. I logged it on my Fitbit and burnt 150 calories. For reference I’m pretty fit, 5’9 and weigh 135 pounds. Just thought this could help people who don’t have the benefit of a fitness tracker 😊

starting today. 36 yr old mom of three with kids 5, 2, and 6 months. wish me luck, ill update every couple of days, going to Florida for a trip. current weight is 183 (my normal weight is 145).
I power walk uphill every day over hour n half. With another Canadian winter coming I don’t want to stop all my progress. I’m going to do these videos on days that are too cold to walk outside. I can probably burn more calories in half the time with these types of videos. Took me about a month walking to loose 10 pounds.
10 lbs in a month is actually a lot. I only lose 1.5 lbs per week with constant exercise and a calorie deficit. Wish I could burn more but that’s all I can do 🤷♀️

I have not been in shape for years which caused some health issues and knew I had to do something about it. I found your work out and love it from a beginner's pov. The only thing I would change about the vid is to do some stretch excercises or a streatch warning in the beginning of the vid. Half way through I had to stop, pause the vid and stretch out some leg muscles. Great video!

Great workout, fun, easy to do on busy days and when I am traveling. One small quibble with the description- no way it burns 500 calories. My Apple Watch has me at around 200 calories consistently for this workout, might be a little more than that for some people, not 500. Realistically, if you want to burn that many calories in a workout, run a 10k.

I spent months losing weight with these youtube videos. No matter what I did, I could not get good results. Then I met with Slimmer and fitter clinic. I lost exactly 50 pounds. I would suggest you to take such a treatment as well.
Fatma Hanım, i think you are from the same country as I am but i'll write this in English. I have lost over 65 pounds (32 kg) with diet and "these RUclips videos". And didn't have to go through two surgeries!!! It took me a year but this is not surprising since I had conditions such as insulin resistance and PCOS.
Everyone, please realise what she is recommending is the last exit before the trap so to speak. If a 157 cm not healthy woman can do it, so can you. And I don't have any loose skin either, except in my upper arms a little (this is my fault, i should've work the upper body more.)

If done daily, I would suggest people wear knee caps as the pressure on knees is very high. I mismanaged the knee however after knee caps things are fine.
Stating this workout burns 500 calories is like saying my humble Nissan march is a Lamborghini. You wouldnt burn 500 calories, only clocked in 200 and doing it the full potential. Got my heartrate up which is good
