This one was really tough!! I'm a fit female and burned 274 but it was a really good one! There are lots out there that claim the same 500 cal burn but this one was actually a great, tough workout. Great job for anyone who completes it!

Not felt this energized in a long time, my body felt like it really did a good work out, heart rate up etc.. There's something about the combination of fast mountain climbers, tuck jumps , bunny hops and burpies gives that added all over body workout including the core. Keep them coming, you are doing such a good job with these vids. Thanks guys!
I just finished this workout and I'm out of breath. I didn't burn 500 calories but I did burn 399kcal. If you guys want to reach the 500 just add jumping rope ☺️

I played some nice kpop songs while exercising to motivate myself. Day 2: Still struggling but i didn't gave up like yesterday. My legs, arms and tummy area are quite sore. We can do itttttttt!

Hands down, one of the hardest workouts i've done in awhile. I workout 5 days a week, usually doing only hiit. I knew I was in trouble on exercise #2 - 50 seconds of mountain climbers. Idk what it was about this one, but wooow. FIRE.
First time doing this workout, I’m kind of picky with workout videos that you can do at home but this one got me sweating and burned and was all around a good workout ! Definitely got that cardio in with this video
Completed this workout in one go . Few modifications made for few.of the exercises but I m happy that I made it to workout complete part. In 30 mins and in winter season sweat drenched my body.

Normaly I don't do cardio or thinks like that am even more in lifting weights but the last year I start whit running to train my stamina and push up my cardiovascularity but after a while it's get boring to me so I searched cardio vids an now I'm addicted to your workouts tank you for this 💪🏼🙏❤️
This is one of the workouts that makes u feel good... No need to complete the time 30 sec 20 sec even 10 sec ..main thing is u will be flexible and be able to move freely and very good for reducing back injury.. ♥️

The beginning of round two is CRAZY. It is a killer. I had to take an extra 10 seconds after the first two exercises, and I workout a lot. lol! Liked it though.
