    Doing this for 3 months and have lost 4.3+kg of fat.
    I started from body fat 27.6% to 18.2% left.
    Such a workout!

      @@Kaka-og8uj No, just this workout every other day or sometimes everyday and avoid any type of processed food.
      The key is being consistent 👌

    Wow! My first try on this particular Tabata workout. I have done a lot of other types of workouts on You Tube, had seen this one, but didn't feel that I would be equal to the challenge due to my age (60+) and because I tend to gravitate more towards beginner - intermediate low impact exercises, so I was a little intimidated. Boy, I surprised myself tonight b/c I actually completed all 5 rounds and am pouring in sweat. Thank You....this was great.

    I recently discovered this channel and I really recommend it. I have been doing home exercises for some months now and most workouts I do don't leave me sweating and this workout does and I am very satisfied because I like to feel the exercise you know, I have done this and the 20 minute standing workout and they worked wonders. Have fun doing your favorite workouts and take care of your body.

    I think it depends on each type of body, weight, and age. I'm 24 and this workout burned almost 200 calories. But I also have to say it's one of the best I ever found.

      Yes, I agree with you. I'm 43 and this also burned about 200 calories, less than 22 minites jogging, (speed 5.5) , which cost me 250 calories.

    I wish I knew about this type of workout sooner! I've been doing regular HIITS on this channel but felt like I wasn't getting enough work in because I would stop every 20-25 seconds out of exhaustion. This feels like it was made for me! I didn't stop once!

    I finally did this workout it's been on my workout list for a while. A word of warning ⚠️.. Dont let the 20 minutes fool you. This is a very intense total body workout. I'm poured out in sweat 🥵🥵..It kicked my butt tfs😊

    Great workout!! Loved it, sweat pouring! Only thing I am not a huge fan of is posting the calories burned or could be burned-I was no where near 400 calories and I went hard-messes with your mind a little bit☺️

      It’s a hiit workout so you lose the calories over some time!!!

      @@kgaming3132 hiit workout burns calories 2x so if you burned 150 cals you burned 300 thru out the day plus the more heavier you are the more it will burn.

      I don't think everyone's fit watches can calculate muscle burning only movement correct? I never use one so I don't know but I don't see how it could and this is working muscles especially legs so hard. I can't imagine it's not burning that much.

    nice, i like these shorter IN workouts, rather have 20 sec in and 10s rest, than 40 sec in and 20 sec rest

    The workout wasn’t too hard, I loved it! I don’t think you can burn 400 cals in 20 mins but it still burns many calories (I burned 140 calories)

      I think it depends on each body… some people might burn 400 calories and it also depends on the intensity done
