I have done a lot of other types of workouts on You Tube, had seen this one, but didn't feel that I would be equal to the challenge due to my age (60+) and because I tend to gravitate more towards beginner - intermediate low impact exercises, so I was a little intimidated. Boy, I surprised myself tonight b/c I actually completed all 5 rounds and am pouring in sweat. Thank You....this was great.

I think it depends on each type of body, weight, and age. I'm 24 and this workout burned almost 200 calories. But I also have to say it's one of the best I ever found.

I don't think everyone's fit watches can calculate muscle burning only movement correct? I never use one so I don't know but I don't see how it could and this is working muscles especially legs so hard. I can't imagine it's not burning that much.

Hello! May I ask a question? I’m a fitness beginner, also a little discouraged and confused because I have started many “fitness journeys” in the past without never actually seeing results... This time I’m determined to get my info right. May I ask, what makes a workout a HIIT? Why are some called like that? And what’s a tabata workout? Thank you to everyone who takes the time to reply :)
Reminder: it's not 100% sure you'll burn 400 calories, it depends on your height weight and gender. Also it's a HIIT workout which means your body will burn these calories within 24 hours, not immediately

Yes, I agree with you. I'm 43 and this also burned about 200 calories, less than 22 minites jogging, (speed 5.5) , which cost me 250 calories.

The workout wasn’t too hard, I loved it! I don’t think you can burn 400 cals in 20 mins but it still burns many calories (I burned 140 calories)
