Great workout. How many of these workouts can a zero endurance person do in a week for maximum stamina ? Can one get injured for starting this workout instantly without having a more subtle exercise?
I would recommend if you are fully beginner to start off with workouts that don't have much jumping and then slowly go more for the intense workouts. Always warm up also before the workout and go in your own pace at first
I love it's the only fully standing exercise on the whole chain. why answer you must have been exhausted with your hits... It's not at all for internet users it's just you who were tired! (I understand all the programs on the channel, it's for experts or people who want to get back to the gym. Not at all for beginners and novices, just exercises standing up in bed, jumping stupid like all the gym stuff on youtube! !!! ) Nothing better to shoot your body there are no cool exercises ... ⛔⚠

Exactly. I don’t mind doing 20 minute sections of the same exercise like three separate times but when it’s done 10 times, it’s like come on.

I like this workout, but think it might be unnecessarily stressful to the joints with so much high impact jumping.
I just love jumping and it makes me so happy! There should always be a good mixture of low impact as well as jumping videos
Every exercise can be regressed to suit your fitness level.

There’s always modifications. You can still get a great work out without jumping.

I would not call this full body, but it is good. It definitely works your legs and abs, but not really your arms.
