Thank you so much for these workouts! After having a gym membership for a year and not going once, because going out the door felt like too much effort after working and taking care of my kids all day, I found these workouts and finally found something that works for me. Although at first it felt like I was dying 5 minutes in, I now easily finish a 30 minute workout. It's so easy to be able to do this at home, whenever I have a spare 30 minutes, that I now do these 4 to 5 times a week. I've lost two dress sizes and for the first time after two pregnancies, I feel sexy and energetic again. It almost feels like an addiction, because I can't stop now and really feel like I'm missing out whenever I'm not able to work out...

Loved this sweaty workout! I burned 316 calories, and I am 4"11 and 97 pounds. During rest time I did a light jog, which helped increase my calorie burn.
@@danaenicolaou6680 yes jt is, but the guy Olivier is heavier than us therefore burning more calories. The heavier you are the more calories your body uses, so the smaller a person you are the less you burn. I guess the smaller you are the less you need to loose also

For beginner this kind of HIIT is way better than other hiits I was doing for a week and gradually increase stamina and loose about 2 lbs I highly recommend for beginners and it keeps you motivated rather than hard HIIT exercises which are impossible to do as a newbie
269 active calories with 127bpm average heart rate, so I am quite happy with that. I finally realized why I have a problem with the a-skip and that is because having been very overweight I don't tend to hop, but since I have been losing weight I decided to go against my nature and start to do more little hops and I was able to finally do that, so thank you. The extra 6 pounds on each ankle from weights helped me with the situps as it gave me more support. :D
Thank you for this exercise. I had to rest during a few because my legs are so out of shape, but i did my best. I know my body will feel it all tomorrow!
Way to goo!! And yes it's okey to take extra breaks if you need to. Come back again in a few days after your muscles have recovered and you will notice that you'll get stronger little by little until you won't have any problems keeping up with this workout 💪🔥
I'm a 250 lbs 6' tall dude built like a butter ball. This workout whooped me, and I had to take a 5 minute break in the middle. It wasn't so hard that I couldn't finish, though! Thank you for posting this. I will do it every day for 6 months unless I break something. I want to get down to 205 lbs. Wish me luck!

I liked it a lot coming from a U.S. marine’s perspective. Felt like I was at PT with my platoon. Criticism: the beginning workout felt more like dances, I had to study the technique for a couple replays before understanding.
NOT AN ATHLETE- But for anyone else looking to maintain a steady, endurance heart rate (I like a workout that keeps me at 160 for most of it but you do you) - I modified this by extending all exercises to run through the break (except the 30 second break in the middle), adding a jump to all the slam movements and burpees, and removing the middle steps in the deeper movements (straight squat jumps/lunge jumps). Very pleasant workout, brought a sweat but the movements required little thought so it was easy to really focus. If you're not there yet, i recommend just challenging yourself by extending the movements 10 seconds into the break, or even five, and go from there :) Hope that helps!

From November 17 2023 i started my calorie deficit diet and i lost around 4.5 kg till December 15 (85-80.5 kg) then from 20 th December I started his Hiit workout .. In January 17 i measured my weight around 78.4 kg i.e i lost around i losed around 7 kgs in 2 months...and still going... The more you become less heavy the less you burn calories..
