    Super girl!!! Definitely my favorite trainer of all. I am doing the one hour hiit but I don't know why, this is my hardest. I am so glad I found Demi. She brought me back to start exercising. After 3 children in 5 years I feel like my self again. Today I started my second month of training and I will never stop again. My body changed so much. Thank you!

    The burn is REAL! 🔥
    The workout is not too tough or too easy. Even a beginner like me for the HIIT feels this workout to be at a right pace. When doing the Glute Bridge hold, I can feel the warm burn all throughout my body, and I swear I haven't felt that in a long while. Loved the workouts, totally!     Heyy, I saw this video last week and 2 seconds in I just gave up. Today I felt like working out and doing something to loose weight before my vacation. My crush is also going nd he likes me abit or I hope so. He likes skinny girls and I have a natural hour glass but my hip dips and belly fat in the centre ruins it most of the time. I'm 10 mins in and I'm acc .proud of my self. Every day for 2 weeks im gonna do this and also go on a no sugar diet but I'll try to not eat sugary stuff. I won't eat after 8pm even if it's my cravings always have to remind myself to behave. Anyways I'm gonna do tbis workout since I have 21 more minutes left. After I do that i will put more detail on it
    Current weight is 80kg. Goal is too loose atleast 10kg. I'm on 10:20 rn so wish me look 😂😂❤❤
    Day 1: completed it was hard but I did it
    Day 2: my abs were burning so I went for a walk
    Day 3 : I'm back at it again and doing a the 30 minute one again I skip a few wcervises like the side plank one si nce of my weight but rn ik doing this byeee

    I’m 49 as of 7/11/24 & consider myself fit. I strength train four days a week and do one day of HIIT. Great workout overall. I had to modify a couple of the exercises, because I’m not as fit as I thought; however, I still feel like I got a great workout. Thank you!💪🏼💚
