No way this could’ve been 500 kcal, because there were a lot of low impact modifications! But still, good workout for warmup. NOT for a main sweaty workout though.

If you have longer hair you can try to tie AND braid it, so it doesn't fly around too much 😄 Or use some hair oil before and after!

Then you were most likely slacking off. If you put your all into the workout then you definitely should have burned more than 300 kcal
