    loved it, but burned 246kcal with this one. This is too short and too low intensity for burning 500kcals, though it's a very nice workout! :)

    The workout is lunges focused one.Well, this was present in every other exercise. On a serious note, burned lots of stubborn fat calories and charged up those muscles!! Yeahy! Day well started!!

    There are some people who say they don't consume 500 calories, but do you mean that they can consume 500 calories including afterburn after finishing this exercise?

      If you have longer hair you can try to tie AND braid it, so it doesn't fly around too much 😄 Or use some hair oil before and after!

    No way this could’ve been 500 kcal, because there were a lot of low impact modifications! But still, good workout for warmup. NOT for a main sweaty workout though.
