Hey! Just wanted to leave a comment and say I really appreciate this workout! Coming from C Ting, I felt as if the workouts (HIIT in particular) weren’t challenging enough and I’m not the most athletically inclined. This workout makes sense. I know what the workouts I’m doing. It defines “high intensity intervals”. The workouts aren’t really hard but they’re meant to keep the heartbeat going. I swear after every workout. This is my go to lunchtime workout and I’ll forever do it!! Also, I love the fact that you both are in sync. I watched another couple’s video and not being in sync with the workouts is confusing and not motivating. I also love no talking and minimal intro. You get right into the workout. I don’t like when people talk over the workouts, or try to explain the workout we’re doing. Show me, and I’ll get it! I love this one. It may not be for everyone but it works for me. Also, for everyone starting out, do what you can. The point is to workout through the entire 45 seconds and get through the entire 30 minutes. I obviously don’t do the workouts as fast as Oliver and Julia but in due time I will. Also, I have joint pain so I may do my own modifications on maybe 1 or 2 but I’m always moving. I love it and thank you both for making for making workout fun and sensible!

Hello! I watched this last summer and started out at 62kg and ended up at 54kg. At first it was extremely difficult to manage this but I went on a strict diet(calories deficit) which was extremely difficult but made sure to keep working out and never missed a day even though I had extremely busy routines. So just make sure you show up so will the results sooner. I first perfected my workout and then added another video gradually to push it to around 1 hour workout I started as 13 mins workouts to 55 mins the max I was able to reach. So just keep pushing guys your body will tell you.
I love your videos as there is no repetition ! So much fun ! It helps me twice or three times a week to move my body again with fun and no pressure ! Thank you for all this free videos, trainers are fantastic and the music is juste perfect ! 🤗

I did one of your other 30 minutes workout yesterday too and now I'm tired. LOL. Keep it up. Definitely love the modify versions added for when we need a little break.
