Jeanette Jenkins changed my life!!! I started out doing these youtubes w a friend during the beginning of quarantine.. fell off, wrote a book, spiraled into depression and came BACK in september by signing up for her hollywood trainer club website. I’m only here because I wanted to show a friend a “short” workout of hers 😂She is a game changer. I never wanted to admit how much working out helped my MI until working out is exactly what I did! Get on it peeps!
This is my go to work out I love Jeanette Jenkins shes my favorite. I Love all her videos and since I have been doing her workouts my body has transformed I have muscles i didnt know existed. Lost over 40 pounds. She makes it fun and her energy is just amazing.
Jeanette's workouts are so good...I did the 45 minute one two days ago and burned 540 calories, the 60 minute one yesterday and burned 650 calories, and this one today and burned 305 calories. I am glad the calories line up to what they say they should be, but I also feel so athletic and powerful when I do her workouts! I need more from her ASAP!
I really was nervous starting these popsugar workouts. They're long and intense but Jeanette Jenkins has been incredible. I never feel like giving up because she's an amazing motivator! Keep coming back, you get stronger every time!!
I've never had a designated towel for sweat until I met Jeanette. I feel like an absolute BEAST doing workouts with her. This is only the second one I've done. The first was the 45 min ab workout which I did 3-4 times a week for about 2 and half weeks and I saw results! My core felt stronger and I lost inches off my waist. Love the no-nonsense approach to the workouts and the short bouts of cardio in-between (cardio-sculpt). Thank you!

Signet Snow- the whole purpose in any class is to go at YOUR own pace and follow the moderator when just starting out. This is not a competition it I s a way of life, a lifestyle. If they are doing 16 of something and you an only do 4 that's awesome just do it with good form, and if you have to stop, get a drink, keep moving, take some deep breaths then continue when you can. You CAN do any of these classes just do what YOU can do and you will be successful.
Love how she gives modifications and talks about the exercises etc so well. She kept saying "you can do this" and that really helped me not quit or stop! Definitely not easy but I feel alot better💪

Being a college student it can be really hard to make time to go to the gym, but watching these videos at home are so helpful and I can really feel the sweat and the hardwork. I have been watching Popsugar videos for quite some time now and cant thank you enough because I am seeing changes in my body over the past few months, and lost weight, because you guys keep making these videos! The first time I did this workout I was DEAD by the end of it... I even wanted to cry :D :D Now, a few weeks later, I did it almost like a boss! I just love Jeanette. Her workouts challenge me more than workouts from other instructors. She's a beast!

I would like a *preview* of the sculpting moves and knowing reps , * like a countdown timer for each exercice* . It helps if you are not that quick in balance and coördination.I got to min. 20 because I could not follow that rythm and felt like I did not get what the order of the moves was , purely of demotivation.🙁

I'm getting stronger doing these Popsugar workouts every day! Granted I'm still overweight, but my overall muscle tone is increasing, as is my metabolism. This one was a killer 😀
So, I've been doing her 45 min and hour long cardio kickboxing 3-4x a week. With that and diet, I've lost 5 pounds in almost 2 weeks. I'm also not really overweight so I can even imagine what it could do for someone who is. I'm integrating this and a 15 minute core workout into my routine 2x a week.

FINALLY! i was so burnt on my old routines, I gained 4 lbs! That may not seem like a lot to some, but seeing how it has taken me almost 3 years to lose weight I gained when I started taking something my body also needed. But this workout is a KILLER! i love the 500 CALORIE BURN VIDEO, but I just couldn't find it, and instead; I did this AHmazing routine that I can already feel the burn! Great Cardio Video! Just burned 320 calories according to my heart rate monitor and majority of the time my heart rate was in "fitness" level. Added bonus: it was fun! you guys are awesome!
I enjoyed this workout after a long day's work. I ran 6 miles this morning, did speedwork, and was feeling tired/sleepy in the afternoon. This really woke me up, and was a really fun way to get some cardio in! I'll definitely do this one again!

2 years ago I lost 10 lbs doing only Popsugar workouts. This stuff is effective and timeless, no doubt about it. Now I gotta get back on that train!
Oh My Holy Goodness Jeanette Jenkins and Jake Dupree are the most INSANE that I've ever seen on PopSugar Fitness which is why they are my favorites.
It is a nice workout but for some reason I find it much less demanding than Kelly's FitnessBlender workouts!
I get a better workout with Jeanette than Jake....with Jake it's good toning, but I barely break a sweat

Yeah she does. So many times I was like "I'm done.." , but I managed to keep going and feel good afterwards.

I do alot of online exercise workouts and this is one of the best! It's amazing what she packs into only 30 minutes.

Thought I was doing an easy one because I usually do Jeanette's 45 min or 60 min cardioboxing workouts but this 30 minute one killed me twice as hard.
