@@سميةعصام-ه6س If you haven't worked out in a while, I personally would tell you to start at the June 1 workout, it will give you the endurance for the the strength moves of July. But if you are confident in yourself, start today. They are all great and she does lots of modifications. And remember she is a wonderful goof ball who makes corny jokes. Good luck.

She has an extensive variety of workouts you can also check out. I have done a few different Beach Body programs and Jillian Michaels and followed lifting programs and I have never gotten results like I'm getting from doing Sydney's workouts each day. I say just jump right in !
I am 13 and I play basketball. Due to the lockdown I haven't been able to train, but thanks to Sydney's amazing workouts, I have managed to stay in shape. THANK YOU SYDNEY!!

This was a great workout! Feeling STRONG! I am going to work on completing my nutrient/macro information that is included in the Sydney Squad. I eat very clean, however, I know that I can do better. I am so thankful for all of the information provide when you join the Squad. I have no problem showing up every day here to workout, now to put some finesse into my nutrition. I am already on Low FODMAP diet because of autoimmune. I love this community and I love you Sydney and Dustin!

Woo, girl, you go! 💪 My shoulders are my weak spot, so I've been trying to build up my strength in that area. 8's are about all I can handle for now for the Arnold Press, but I hope to build up to 10's like you, at some point!

I need upper body definition and today was a great workout to get there. I am motivated but still need to work on fueling my body better! Thanks Sydney for all the motivation and workouts. My favorite move was the front extension with bicep curl. I have never seen that or new you could combine that move. I also liked the on the knees tricep pull up and extension. I feel great after this upper body. Can't wait until a cardio boot camp.

Favorite move? Tricep in front then overhead press. Least favorite, tricep over head lying down with arms straight out, only because It felt a bit awkward and I needed to lessen my weight. Quick workout. Love! Thanks Sydney.
i was so unmotivated today, it took me until mid-afternoon to workout when it’s usually the first thing i do when i get up, but this workout was so worth it! It went by super quick, i was able to push myself, and i always feel energized and confident after upper body work. Thanks as always Sydney!

Crushed it today! That isometric hold at the end was a killer even with a lighter weight! was able to push up to my 25's for one round of Arnold press and I am pumped at the progress I'm seeing in my strength. I need to get some other weights to have more variety to challenge myself but I love the progress I have made! Keep crushing it squad!!!

Love all the positivity! Came ready to workout this evening and feeling so strong! My upper body has always be weak. But now I have proudly moved up in weights and I thank Sydney for pushing me!! Telling me to push for that next weight. I would always stay in my comfort zone.
