Keep up the good work, Angela! I’m in my mid-fifties and have to modify many of the moves, too. It’s important to keep moving and challenging yourself!

I feel bad for anyone who leaves before the stretch and misses the daily motivation at the end. It always puts me in a good mindset :) today my back was hurting so I felt like I couldn’t give it 100% but looking around at my meal prepped breakfast and lunch and realising I had set myself up for a successful rest of my day made me feel better. ❤️

Started my period and felt like crap before and during the first half of the workout. But my attitude totally changed after 25 minutes. Which is exactly how long science says it takes to feel endorphins from exercise. So thankful for Sydney and science

Sydney, you should do a tutorial on how you style your hair for workouts so that your bun keeps in place. :))) I never succeed on keeping a bun in place when I work out or even when I walk normally. Apart from that, amazing workout. Some months ago I started pushing myself into succeeding to do push ups and I began with easier versions but then I discovered your workouts and they help me improve my posture and make me succeed of doing the push ups.
I did it. I did push ups on my toes. I fought for this workout today. I pushed myself and I told myself that I can do it. Thank you. I am stronger today physically and mentally. 💕💕
