Loved your message at the end. For some reason I struggle with giving myself a rest day...i know it sounds dumb, but I don't do it enough. I'm going to challenge myself to taking the rest day and feel good about it.
I didn't like taking rest days either but forced myself to. Just one day a week and I've found it really does benefit me and feel super ready for the next workout and probably work harder than had I not taken a rest day. I do some yoga on rest days sometimes. I do yoga several times a week in the evening but might do a longer yoga session on rest days.
Sydney - this workout was so inspiring! I realized that I have been holding back on stepping into my full strength. Day 40 workout was full of ah has. I am strong and getting stronger. For balance, this weekend, I am going to pull myself into more time in silence. Thank you for your tremendous gratitude and stellar spirit 😍🏋️♀️❤️💪🏼😊
One of my biggest challenges is to finish a great book i've been reading and ofcourse to keep drinking more water than before which i have been successfully doing for about 2 weeks now. I have been loving this format. Three circuits of each exercise is definitely my favorite. For some reason today my weights felt like boulders! 10lbs felt like 50lbs lol. But I finished and crushed it! Hello Jello! 🤣❤

Used to hate workout , clean healthy eating and everything in between. Lost 130lb and still have another 30-40lb to losse but damn your workouts made it even better. Never knew I would LOVE to workout. Hate cardios but still do but all the rest upped lower glutes abs anything heavy weights I LOVE IT. I love this workout, when gyms where open I needed to relie on the machines and pullup rack to hit my back muscles ,this particular workout is the same if not a better workout for all the muscles in my back ....thankyou so much for your energy and enthusiasm ,it set's me up for a great day 🌞

My challenge this weekend wil be to overcome some mental barriers with my panic disorder, caused by head trauma many, many years ago! !!15 yeras ago started my first panic attack and nothing could really helps me, but one year ago the scanner showed head traumva that cause panic episods! But Im here and trying and fighting every day with this stuff! And dont wanna sound like a victim, just wanna share with you guys and say- never give up!And today I have already make a little step and Im so proud of myself because I was scared but I did IT!

Today I am going to get back into painting. I have been trying to learn how but messed up on a really easy base on my canvas and got super discouraged and stopped. So, since today I was able to push through this without my biceps falling off and using heavy weights (for me) I think I should keep that momentum going! Your messages are always what I need to hear. Last week, especially on Thursday, I could feel my body telling me I needed to scale back and take a rest. I really didn't want to because I haven't missed a workout with you this year. But physically, I was feeling low on energy. I did a stretch and then took the weekend off and headed to the mountains with my family. I am picking this up on Monday (7.13) and I am so glad I did. Back and feeling much more energized! Crushed it!

My favorite upper body workout so far! 🔥It was super challenging but enjoyable! 👍It’s amazing how 10 lb are easy when I do biceps but 15 lb are super tough. 💪Working on mastering the 15 lb then moving on to 20 lb!! 🏋️♀️Can’t wait for cardio tomorrow!! 😅My goal for the weekend is to make good choices when eating at a restaurant! 🥗Thanks for the workout! 🤩

Hey Sydney! Love your videos a lot! You've helped me achieve some of my physique goals through lots and lots of practice and perseverance. One of the things that initially drew my attention towards your channel was how often you mentioned you appreciated us being here and watching your videos and doing the workouts with you. Those comments and reminders helped me a lot with motivation and perseverance. I did notice that you don't do so as much anymore and instead focused more on pushing yourself to go up a weight or more reps (which I think is amazing as well), but what would help me a lot is if you could continually mention that you appreciate our being here doing these workouts with you. agnes yau she is not bringing it back. She decided she did not want that to be the focus for someone working out as it’s unhealthy to obsess about the calorie burn, she also received tons of emails telling her she was lying because others didn’t burn what she said it did for her. Aside from that being an awful thing to do they obviously don’t realise what she burns does not reflect what someone else burns due to height, weight, body composition, she talks throughout, room temperature etc. Just work hard in every workout or save up and buy a watch for yourself.
My arms are sore from today’s workout but I crushed it! I’m feeling better today. I wasn’t sure how my left forearm was going to feel since I got a tattoo on Tuesday. My left forearm did well and the workout made it feel better. Please know that I took COVID-19 precautions before, during, and after I had my tattoo done.

Added 10-20 reps each of 5 kinds of push up at the end and rather did shoulder and triceps in the last circuit. Felt amazing! Thank you Sydney! 💗

I crushed it, 💪after working out continuously since May ,with some ups and downs, with my eating habits, my scale finally moved. 😊

Hey Sydney! Love your videos a lot! You've helped me achieve some of my physique goals through lots and lots of practice and perseverance. One of the things that initially drew my attention towards your channel was how often you mentioned you appreciated us being here and watching your videos and doing the workouts with you. Those comments and reminders helped me a lot with motivation and perseverance. I did notice that you don't do so as much anymore and instead focused more on pushing yourself to go up a weight or more reps (which I think is amazing as well), but what would help me a lot is if you could continually mention that you appreciate our being here doing these workouts with you. That would help me a lot. Thanks so much for everything Sydney! keep up the hard work:)

Crushed it!!! Used my 10lb weights almost the entire time. Used my 5 for two rounds of chest flies but bumped it up for round 3! 💪🏻

Loved this upper body workout! Crossed my weights to get some added weight since I cant find any dumbbells to buy and I could definitely feel it!

Hi Sydney, can you please continue to put an indication of the calorie burned for the workouts like you used to do? Thanks.
agnes yau she is not bringing it back. She decided she did not want that to be the focus for someone working out as it’s unhealthy to obsess about the calorie burn, she also received tons of emails telling her she was lying because others didn’t burn what she said it did for her. Aside from that being an awful thing to do they obviously don’t realise what she burns does not reflect what someone else burns due to height, weight, body composition, she talks throughout, room temperature etc. Just work hard in every workout or save up and buy a watch for yourself.
I agree even if her calorie burn is different it helps gage the workout I'm here to lose weight not get a trophy for partticipation

My arms are sore from today’s workout but I crushed it! I’m feeling better today. I wasn’t sure how my left forearm was going to feel since I got a tattoo on Tuesday. My left forearm did well and the workout made it feel better. Please know that I took COVID-19 precautions before, during, and after I had my tattoo done.

Crushed it modified style! Due to tendon issues on the right arm, I relied on the mind muscle connection and just move without weight.
