I am so blessed to be where I am at today. A year ago depression took over and I was in pain because of a knee injury. I was deflated and I din't know what to do except eat and be sad. Today, I am happy, moving, and becoming stronger. I found hope again when I found you. I modify moves but still work up a sweat and I am eating better. There is hope and light at the end of a dark tunnel. Thank you!!!!
Fire arm day! I loved the cardio circuit in each round! The mountain climbers at the end were a spicy surprise! I was just thankful you didn't say burpees! 😆 thanks for a great one!
Crushed It! I don't know how Sydney has such strong E.S.P., but she seems to say exactly what we need, right when we need it right?! I came off a 12 hour work day with little to no breaks--and I was just mad. Then she admitted she didn't sleep well, and I thought---"Sydney struggles too. I can do this with her." Then at the end of a GREAT workout, she talks about looking at each day as a blessing instead of something we have to get through. That's exactly what I think of my job every.single.day--something I have to get through. This is where I need to do more work--gratitude work, all the things Sydney talked about. THANK YOU SYDNEY! (and Dustin)! These workout videos are amazing from Sydney's incredible coaching, to the visual feast with the amazing stage, lighting that matches Sydney's killer outfits, and great, consistent--yet different every day--formats. My physical therapist gave me the go ahead to try the higher impact moves and it was awesome! I’m so blessed to be able to move and exercise! Crushed it!
I did full pushups on my toes for the first 30 seconds! I'm so proud of this progress! I've been practicing pushups for several weeks since Sydney told her story about practicing pushups and now I'm here! :D
Holy SWEAT! This was by far by favorite upper body/cardio workout. I was never able to do push-ups on my toes until about a month ago. Now I can do about 10! Seriously the best feeling ❤

Yessss me tooooo, I realized this today as we did mountain climbers for the last 30 seconds, I used to barely make it to 15 seconds and take a rest, lately I’ve been able to do the whole 30 seconds easily 🙊💪🏼 thanks to Sydney ❤️
I have been working out with Sydney for almost 8 months now, it was hard for me to do it even on my knees but now i can do it perfectly, try harder you will for sure one day do it perfectly 💪🏼
I have started watching the video ahead of time just to have an idea of the overall workout since it helps me to transition faster between sets. A shout out to Dustin and Sidney for the stage decoration. Adding the light accents to the background, and combining it with Sidney’s outfit color makes it visually soothing. Of course once I’m actually following the exercise routine I do not notice the lights, or anything else but my heartbeat and sweat.
I wake up every morning and check what workout Sydney posts today. And I always think 'oh I cannot do that', but well I do everyday! Feels getting stronger each time! Thanks!

I didn’t sleep well either - it was really helpful to know you didn’t either and still pushed as hard as you could. Shots in both knees yesterday to counteract pain from osteo-arthritis, by bedtime one hurt so much I thought I would have to go back to the Dr. What worried me more was that I had already looked ahead to today's workout and was sure I wouldn't be able to do it. I planned to look for a solid upper body to get me by, but wasn't happy about it. Overnight everything changed and I crushed this workout without all the knee pain I have had in squats and lunges! Yay!
Woo this was a great one! I added an extra 10 minute cardio at the end and feel SO energized and refreshed. Definitely started this not with the greatest mindset, but my head feels so much more clear. THANK YOU!!

I'm glad that I could follow the workouts this week, I can't doing them with full intensity (kneesurgery 3 weeks ago) when it becomes to legs or jumping, but it's great I can modify. So I can train to come back to the level I was and even better and stronger 😁💪🦵. And.....I can't do pushups from knees now so I have to do them on my toes, but hey it worked 😃🤩!
Loved this workout, normally a leg day so I had to push myself and I ended up doing the butt and thigh burnout as well! Thanks Sydney for the multitude of workouts to choose from! Love it!!!

I was happy to work on my upper body because my legs are sore from the last few workouts! The cardio in between was challenging, but I did my first full on burpee! I haven't been able to do them before, I had to walk them out. I was pretty proud of myself!
