Thank you so much for these workouts, Sydney! I am 62 years old, and when I started the summertime fine challenge, there were a lot of exercises I couldn’t do. Each day my strength and confidence has grown and now I can usually keep up-with much lighter weights than you use! Lol. My energy level throughout the day is SO much higher and I am inspired to drink more water, eat healthier, and use my foam roller. (Which I had never even heard of until I watched your tutorial.) You have an amazing way of creating workouts that are challenging, yet fun. And your pep talks at the end have brought me to tears a few times because they were exactly what I needed to hear! All that to say, I am so grateful to you for all of your hard work in putting together these videos. They have changed my life on so many levels and it feels great to have my youth back! God bless!❤️

I do struggle lately with arranging my dumbbells, picking them out, catching my breath and watching the move in the allotted times. I hate having to crawl to the pause button so much, but literally every time I hear the "Ready? 2-1..." --I'm not ready! And it's not for lack of trying or slugging. But still, she's by FAR, by serious FAR, the best!
Great workout! I love when cardio is mixed into an upper body workout. I also respect that Sydney does not incorporate shugs into her workouts. As a massage therapist, I have seen so many weightlifters with a lot of upper trap and levator scapulae issues that are worsened due to shrugs. For most people, those muscles are hypertonic anyway, and do not need additional strain. Thanks for knowing your stuff, Sydney!

Well, this was INCREDIBLE but it is Sydney so OF COURSE it is incredible.....every workout I do with her, I love her even more!!! This one was an arm BURN!! She had me right from the beginning with two words, "no burpees"😂 This one works the entire upper body and I really enjoyed the cardio bursts!! I'm totally hooked on Sydney!!!❤👍❤

Anybody else surprised sometimes with how man reps they can do, or how easily they can lift a weight they used to think was way too heavy?? We all push ourselves as hard as we can and level up without even realizing. I did all my push-ups w/out dropping to my knees today and was genuinely shocked haha. Recovering from covid tried to workout on Monday and suffered so much with not being able to get my heart rate to slow down. I stopped working out only for less then 2 weeks when I was sick! I was so sore on Tuesday and Wednesday mainly my quads and hamstrings like I never workout before. I am so glad I was able to do today without suffering or modifying! Completely loved it! Cannot thank you enough!
Loved ending this week with upper body! I am going to go light a candle (or 5) and rock out in my shower - so proud of the progress I've made over the past 7 months and especially over the past 3 and change since I found this community!

I had to go up a size in shirts because my deltoids are more defined 💪🏾. A year ago, I would have viewed a size increase as a failure. But oh no honey! It means my arms are strong and I am strong. Loved this workout format. 💪🏾🏋🏾♀️👊🏾

Here it is Oct 16, 2022, and I'm re-visiting this awesome upper body and cardio workout! I love to go back and do the older workouts on the channel sometimes. This was a good, solid strength workout that hit all the muscle groups. I liked the format of repeating the exercises, because this is what leads to strength and muscle gains by progressive overload. Such a great Saturday workout! Yesterday I realized I was craving an arm workout b/c, in July, we had 2 arm workouts a week, and this month has been a lot of full body work. I realized "OMG, I know which body parts are craving attention! Who am I? What have I become?!" This is progress for me. Learning when I'm not hungry, noticing when a muscle group needs activity, looking forward to workouts. Im so different than I've ever been! Thanks Sydney, Dustin, and Sydney Squad!
I’m SO looking forward to the shoulder and neck stretches tomorrow! I normally don’t stretch much, but my shoulders are in awful shape - I’ve had 7 surgeries on both shoulders so every muscle in the area is so tight you can bounce a quarter off them! Thank you for all you do, Sydney & Dustin!

Wow! Absolutely loved this workout. I've got shoulder tendonitis (suffering) and I was hesitant to do this workout today but I used lighter weights for my shoulders and it was amaziiing. When she said we've got shoulder and neck stretch tomorrow I was like YEEES! After that I feel encouraged to move on and do my best every day with the best trainer ever! 😍😍😍

such a fun workout!! I used to hate upper body days because I couldn’t do anything super heavy or anything, but now I’m feeling so strong and I crushed those one-leg push ups!!!! I never thought I could do that!! Thanks Sydney!!! ❤️❤️

Wow! Absolutely loved this workout. I've got shoulder tendonitis (suffering) and I was hesitant to do this workout today but I used lighter weights for my shoulders and it was amaziiing. When she said we've got shoulder and neck stretch tomorrow I was like YEEES! After that I feel encouraged to move on and do my best every day with the best trainer ever! 😍😍😍

Great workout!!! Biceps and triceps are jello🤪💪💜Feeling stronger each day!! Hell yeah I accepted the push up challenge with stacking my ankle on top of the other and surprised my self with my strengths! Sydney you have changed my life in so many ways!! Loved this workout!!! I have low blood pressure so it’s hard to keep my heart rate up with upper body workout. Please add cardio to all upper body work outs!!!!😜
