    Hey everyone!! I know I've asked this before, but I'm asking for one simple but HUGE favor for myself and my fiancé, Dustin.     I love every workout that Sydney provides daily for us, so I seriously struggle with understanding why anybody would ever give her workouts a 👎. Sydney works hard, and yesterday was proof of that!! She takes time to build us up not just physically but mentally so all she should be getting is ❤️❤️❤️!

    I did this workout 3 days ago but I replayed the last 5 minutes of this video for the past 3 days to hear Sydney’s encouraging words. I’m having so much anxiety and doubt in myself and hearing her words and enthusiasm help me feel less anxious. I wish she would post motivational only videos too! 💗💗

    I am a teacher and will most likely be teaching through a video next year. My HS students need encouragement and a place to be heard and I love how you give motivational encouragement after each workout. Im going to incorporate that into every lesson next year for my kids and I hope it helps them mentally and emotionally as much as it helps me.

    Nice combo of upper body strength and cardio! 💪🤸‍♀️ The cardio wasn't too strenuous, but kept my HR up the whole time. 💓 I paired this workout with a 30 minute No Repeat Legs and Glutes workout, which gave me a complete 1-hr workout👍😄
    Your comments at the end are always spot-on, Sydney! I DO have confidence in my strength, I prove to myself every time I do these workouts that I CAN do hard things! 🏋️‍♀️ When the going gets tough, I have that to draw from.     I need to continue to be confident in the strength that was given to me! It's tough when you have that mentality of, "I'm not strong enough!" I need to tell myself, "I'm confident in my strength and my given abilities!"❤️ As always, I love these workouts!! Thank you for the continuous love and support Sydney Squad! 🥰

    Thanks so much Sydney for all your hard work and great workouts. I would never been able to have a personal trainer and I love that I do with you! I can’t do everything you do but that’s ok. Love your inspirational thoughts at the end, I never know how much I need them until I hear your words.
