    honestly, this was one of my least favorite workouts this month. I'm 200+ pounds with no upper body strength. at times I felt like a weakling. then I realized that even though I struggled with my inchworms, at least I actually did inchworms vs last month when I would just fall to the floor. its the little things. I just wanted to comment on this for anyone else that felt weak during this workout. WE DID IT Y'ALL. Sydney, thank you for being such a bright light! Sending you so much love on this day!

      Jazmin Nicole ...You chose to actually DO the workout! That is a HUGE success, regardless of if it was hard or your favorite. :-) The fact that you showed up is the crushing it mentality to keep rocking through life. And that is way more than a little thing. 😊 Keep it up!

      It was so so hard the hardest workout by far for me. My upper body is so weak but we did it together!!!! Your 3 weeks ahead of me I hope your feeling incredible I can’t wait to see how much stronger I am. Your amazing!!!

    I’m sorry my my condolences.this year marks the three-year anniversary that my dad passed away from brain cancer. I’m sure Zack is very proud of his sister(you)! I know I am look at YOU GO! You never gave up and you keep going! 💪🏾✊🏾💪🏾✊🏾💪🏾 much love 💕

    Hey everyone!! I know I've asked this before, but I'm asking for one simple but HUGE favor for myself and my fiancé, Dustin.     My love to you my darling Sydney blessings to you for your positive attitude. I found you in 2018, that year in February I lost my 28 year old son . I was down and out for the most of that year. I found you September 2018 I was just browsing the tube and I have been following you ever since. I'm not always consistent but. I'm always watching you.     I loved this workout! A note for anyone with wrist issues--I use a closed first for the push-ups, planks, and crab-walks, and that felt a lot better on my wrists.

    Please do some more bodyweight arm workouts!!!! I've done this one about 100 times hahaha I have no weights at home at the moment so it would be great to have a couple more staple no equipment arm workouts. Thank youuuuuuu

    Omg thank you so much for these workouts Sydney. You’ve changed my life. I hadn’t been to the gym in 8months until I started your workouts and I’ve never been stronger. I’m still on day26 and I love every minute of it. I have to be honest, when I heard body weight only, using arms, I felt a little blah, but girl, I LOVED this workout, and really pushed myself, things flowed smoother than anticipated.     Thanks Sydney for this workout! I’ve developed tendinitis in my right middle finger so working with weights put a bit of strain on my hand causing me to have to lift lighter weights or no weights. This work out was definitely on point because sculpting my arms is one of my top body goals. Thanks and looking forward to more of this style of arm workouts🙌🏽🙏🏽

    Perfect workout for my out of town family visit. I had very little space to work with in my tiny room, but it turned out to be a sweat and burn fest. Thank you, Sydney and thanks to Zach who pushed you to become the trainer we all needed.

    Hugs 🤗 to you my friend and favorite trainer of all time!!! I dedicated this workout to my Daddy. He passed 3 years ago and this is the week of his birthday Sunday the 28th of June. He was strong 💪🏻 so I gave him all my strength and crushed it!

    I’m with you in this special day! I know how u feel 😢my dad past away 2 years ago June 12 & is really hard . But I remember him with his happiness y his love for us & the hard worker man that he was❤️💜😢 love u Sydney & my condolences for u & ur family 🙏
