    Hey everyone!! I know I've asked this before, but I'm asking for one simple but HUGE favor for myself and my fiancé, Dustin.     Hey guys I know it has been a hard week and our muscles are screaming 😱! It has been a while since I did this but today I searched for one of Sydney’s foam roller exercises. If you don’t own one I highly suggest getting one! Your body deserves it!

    Just wanted to thank you for all of these workouts. Your videos are the only workouts I’ve been able to consistently do and it’s because of all the options you provide. They are very challenging but not intimidating, which I’d why I think I’ve been able to keep it up. And each video has different moves for the muscle groups, so my muscles keep stimulated, which I love. I feel so much stronger than I did 2 months ago when I started. I’d love to see more videos of you talking about nutrition advice, I would definitely watch those. Thanks again Sydney!

    Hi! I didn't my work out since 2 weeks as I started to work.
    Was so tired...
    Today I decided to start again and I feel so much better!

    I’ve been following Sydney for a couple of years now. I used to supplement my gym workouts with the videos, but throughout this pandemic, I’ve been able to keep my fitness regiment on track using the daily videos, sometimes pairing with older videos.     Woo hoo hoo! This Upper Body and Abs workout was killer! 👍💪🔥 That triceps section was super challenging for me, with not much rest in between exercises 🔥😲 My tri's might be sore tomorrow 😃 I sweat tons with this workout, and my arms were shaky by the end, and even afterward for a while!

    Ahhhhhh!!!!! I just hit a PR for hammer curls and side raises! I usually stay at 15 lbs. for hammer curls, but decided to "go heavier", and lifted 17.5 lbs.! What?! And my side raises increased from 7.5 lbs. to 10....TEN! So pumped and proud of myself for not giving up and going harder. Never would I have thought that I would hammer curl 17.5 lbs.! Thanks, Sydney!

    Thanks for all of your workouts! I have been doing 3-4 per week since quarantine started and I feel like I’m better shape than when I was going to the gym. Thanks so much for all the content you put together! I find your methods very effective and your approach to fitness keeps me motivated during otherwise challenging times.

    I am so thankful for having found you Sydney! These are great workouts and I love the variety and the length. At times I don't want to workout and then I think, it's only 30 or 40 minutes!

    Wooo that was fab!! As always. Pushed myself really hard today and feel great from it. 'Elvis lip' was well and truly out today haha, thats how heavy my weights were haha. Thank you sydney x

    Another AWESOME workout!!💪🔥I wanted to say that I've noticed so much more strength and definition in my abs since I started consistently doing Sydney's workouts a little over a year ago.😁 I am SO happy to see this channel grow so steadily.     i just did this workout this was a good workout i love the abs and arms because i been trying to loose my baby fat for the longest i eat salads but i just have to stay committed to my diet but i love the workout im getting stronger and better health thank you for taking your time to post the workouts and train me its been a blessing my workout fitness jounary i love the stretchs i just wanna get up early

    I must be a glutton for punishment. After this workout I had the time, so I did an add on of 10 minute bicep/triceps and a 10 minute abs burnout from Sydney's playlist. OMG! I will be feeling this tomorrow! 💪💪🔥🔥
