    I am so excited to really work your arms and abs today! I am using 5lb, 8lb, and 10lb dumbbells today and we are isolating your triceps, biceps, and shoulder muscles! We are working for 40 seconds and resting for 20 seconds. In between arm muscle isolation groups we will work our abs isolating the abs in a rotational circuit, an upper abs circuit, and a lower abs circuit! Make sure you challenge yourself but keep technique the most important part of this workout to really feel the burn so we can tone our arms and flatten our tummy!
    Lets burn 300 calories together but most importantly, lets challenge our muscles today!

    I really love how real you are! I’m not new to exercise, but I’ve restarted recently. And I keep coming back to you because you do have so many workouts, and the range is incredible.     Hi Sydney and #sydneysquad. Crushed it with you all this morning 💪🤛🏼 Have to admit that my arms were shaking at the horizontal lifts, even with a 2 lbs dumbbell but I carried on. Sydney I cannot thank you enough in words for how you have made me build my stamina and strength as a mother of a toddler. I had upper body ache and shoulder issues long after delivering my son.. Today I was able to let him hang on my right arm and he weighs 33 lbs! To say that it brought tears to my eyes would be an understatement. Thank you so much!

    Used this on my rest day. Training for a 10k and my legs and body were just done today, plus emotionally in a weird space. But that's no excuse to let fitness slide and I enjoyed going at a pace that suited me physically and emotionally. Feels good to have done a workout today. Thanks for your awesome videos.

    💖💖💖💖 so much love for this workout!!! I pulled out my bosu to stand on for the arm moves and then after the last abs I rewound to the beginning and followed the pattern but substituted leg work on the bosu then abs on the bosu🙊 So much fun! Finished with some foam rolling and stretching to balance me out✨ Have a fantabulous day most awesome squad!

    Sydney this was great! I wondered if you could do a resistance band work out? I have a hip injury which means I can do anything high impact for a few weeks and I really want to get back on my resistance bands during this time. 😊

    Hi Good people! So today I just thought I would touch base on my situation. Sorry I am catching on late, but hey...Today I needed my reggae music playlist loud on my earphones to workout. I am did two workouts today to catch upon the two workouts I missed for two days. I did the Pilates workout in the morning and then the tabata workout this evening...followed by the 30-minute deep stretch because my body needs it after crushing two sydney workouts today. I have the next two days off work and wanted to catch up on the workouts I missed. So I shall do this workout tomorrow morning. Good job to you all for crushing this arms and abs workout. You are all beasts:) #sydneygang

      LOL! Thanks Esli! I ended up closing my eyes for like 10 minutes after that 30-minute resistance band deep stretch! That's how relieved I felt after doing those two workouts today and being crazily sore!

      Mendi Njuguna sometimes we need 10 min to decompress and relax. It’s your bodies way of saying Aaaaaahhhhh 😌sometimes after we stretch I’ll lay on the floor and just relax bc I feel so good about the workout

    That’s a wrap? Wow it went by so fast! And who knew, I have abs?!? I haven’t seen those abs in yrs but Sydney says they are there 😆 This was a great workout and even though I used lighter weights that doesn’t mean I wasn’t feeling the burn 🔥 Sydney thank you for all the little tidbits you give us. How to stand correctly, hold in our belly buttons, squeeze our glutes, push our arms out...You take the time to teach us about our bodies and that is a sign of a great trainer! 🙌🏼 Plus you’re silly and honest so who doesn’t love that? Lol
    Great workout today, Russian twists are becoming my favorites. Gotta find those abs!! #sydneysquad 💪🏼
