    This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ruclips.net/user/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

      @@kaddiedean15 well I used to do them everyday but I realized I wasn't letting my glutes rest and repair so now I work on my glutes 3 days a week and then the other free days I use them to work on my arms or back

    Love Sydney’s old workouts. Given my knee problems and lower back issues, I can’t life the heavy weights. These older workouts are so great, easy on the joints and back but still a fantastic workout!

    It's March '22 and everyone is doing the Energize program. But I'm 3 weeks post double mastectomy so I can only do lower body bodyweight workouts for now. Of course I couldn't do the ones on your hands and knees so I did squat pulses. I was just beyond happy to be able to do any workout at all !

    I know I'm very late on this video... But because of the quarantine, I've started looking up mini band workouts on RUclips (I only have the heavy red at home, planning on ordering more). I've watched various videos over the past two week, but let me tell you, NONE made my butt cheeks BURRRRN like this. I'm not exaggerating, I was on the verge of giving up at some points.
    Funny thing is I'm very athletic, I did olympic weightlifting which means besides snatches and clean and jerks I squat pretty heavy and isolate some muscles a couple of times a week. I'm truly at awe and thought I would leave a comment and Thank Sydney, and let everyone know this right here, is the real deal!

    This was great! I am almost 60, fit but looking for a butt/thigh/hip workout with bands that didn’t require jumping. I was able to do this entire workout and feel the burn. Thank you! I am definitely going to check out all your other videos!

    Burns so good. Thanks for the challenging workout Sydney. I've gotten incredible results alternating resistance bands and weights in my lower body workouts. Wish I had starting using bands sooner. I highly recommend the bands/weights alternate workouts to anyone wanting to get results fairly quickly.     As outrageous as this sounds, a year ago I did this workout everyday after work switching between this video and another video you created. I later got pregnant and found it difficult for me to workout. I now have my sweet baby and have been back at your workout video. I know it by heart I have done it so much simply because I enjoy it and I see results. Thirty minutes work outs are the perfect time for everyday. Can you please do another butt and thigh workout with the resistant bands?! Thanks for keeping me motivated each day!
