Love this oldie but goodie. I am back and forth a lot with family care travels and need to workout without weights (think resistance bands, long band, mini-band). Workouts like this help me stay on plan. Can you make some new ones (low to minimal equipment) in your newer programs?

Crushed it! Gotta love a GREAT lower body burn on 'Thigh Thursday!' This is one of my fave workouts without dumbbells and I try to do it once a week! It's nice to change things up and utilize different forms of resistance to challenge the muscles in a new way!

The first time I could only use a light band, but now I’m up to medium and heavy. I hope in the future you do more band workouts. See you tomorrow!

Loved this one! It’s the first time I saw this; so glad you picked it out! I have bands that I had to tie so I used the thickest band. It was extra difficult for the side leg raises, for me anyway. This was a nice change from weights and something I can do when I’m travelling 👍🇨🇦❤️. Another one for my Fav’s file, thanks Sydney!

Great workout! good to mix it up without dumbbells! But very hard to concentrate on my own counts when your counting as well. Not everyone moves at your pace and makes it difficult to keep track in these type of workouts.

This was a great burnout! I doubled up my bands using an extra heavy & heavy loop. It was an awesome burn!! 🔥
