The first exercise was kind of frustrating because the weight kept slipping off when my hips were parallel to the floor! I'm glad I tried it but it definitely distracted and made the form not 100% solid because I was more focused on keeping the weight on my body then doing a proper glute bridge. Loved this video overall though! 😊
I wanted to thank you for having these videos they really helped me stay consistent with my work out routine especially during gym lockout. I use to work out 3 to 4 days a week now I am working out 6 days a week and never a dull moment. Thank you and your effort is really appreciated.

This was fabulous! I love booty work!! After taking some down time I am easing back into. I used 12s for the most part, but 15s for the bridge movements and 8s for the squat to goodmornings. And those deadlift pulses -- Yowch!! That was a nice booty burn for sure!

I do the exercises right, change the exercises and work out 3 times a week for approximately 30 minutes. Eat a lot of protein and I am very active. Any tips?
