    I’m dealing with depression and staying inside for the last two weeks are really hard for me. I’m used to go to the gym everyday to clear my mind. Now that i can’t, Your workouts keeping me really sane during this quarantine time! Thank you🙏🏾🙏🏾

      me too! That's one reason I've stuck with Sydney's workouts. I don't have to go thumbing through videos trying to pick one. Left up to me I'll pick something quick and easy every time.

    Just finished one of your kickboxing routines, it was 50 minutes but it flew by! I'll do this on Monday because I take the weekend off. My son is 8 months old and I still can't do workouts with too much jumping because my hips hurt the next day and I really love that even your HIIT workouts don't have a crazy amount of jumps. I am so glad I found this channel, I look forward to doing your workouts

    Sometimes I’m motivated enough to do my own routine or follow one of the music-only workouts that some other fitness celebs do. When I need a boost, I go to Sydney C! I love how enthusiastic, humble and knowledgeable she is. Always feel better about myself after one of these! Also enjoyed the Macarena breakdown in this one. :-)

    Happy Friday All! Just crushed it with you all 💪 This is exactly what I needed on a major case of SADS on this gloomy wet NYC morning. I also got my sciatica flared up last evening and was wondering if I am up for it. Happy to report that I was able to do all the exercises even with the weights on the pliye squat holds and so on. Thank you so much Sydney and #syndeysquad. I am signing off for the holidays and will see you all in the new year if not before for the stretch days. Happy Holidays all!

    I crushed it! I just finished 2nd exercises with you today. From boxing to this on. And I feel great. I came from a person who hate to exercise but now I can do it for two hours. I lost from 113lb to 96 lb. with good diet. Your are my big inspiration. Thanks Sydney. ❤️❤️👍 #sydneysquad

    Loved this! I do better with faster paced workouts. Slow targeted strength is difficult for me . This past week I thought maybe I lost endurance/strength because it felt so hard. Today I rocked it so I know I need to target more thank you

    I love your workouts I want more FULL BODY workouts with RESISTANCE BANDS !!! and you should add workouts with yoga exercise large balls I would be so interested in those style workouts!!!!

    WOW this was fantastic. I thought w/o the heavier weights used for the lower body, I wondered if it would end up not being as hard... What was I thinking! (Ha!) Sydney always challenges & gives such great options. Doing this with you Sydney is what keeps me on track. Thank you for making it enjoyable, especially as I'm recuperating . (Never really had workouts "enjoyable" before!)

    Thank you so much for being such an inspiration.
    I used to be a gym rat many years ago, then when we moved to the suburbs I had my own home gym and was able to maintaining my physique. But as we age and having kids, our body changes and is harder to maintain even with a healthy diet. With your variety of workout videos, I am able to get back my pre-kids body.

    I've just recently discovered your channel and tried your workouts over the last several days. Great workouts :) I love the variety of exercises in different workouts because I simply get bored of the same workout routine quickly . Also, your instructions are clear, your attitude is positive and highly motivating.... all in all I enjoy your workouts. Keep them coming! :) p.s. I did this with 2.5 kg ankle weights and it was perfect.

    Today's challenge was getting through the workout. My toddlers is usually good, but today he is being clingy. What was a 40 min workout became an hour, but i crushed it and i did not give up.

    Even though it is using a lighter weight (which is what I need to right now since my leg is still recovering from the vein removal) it is definitely still a burner. Which I love! You go girl!
