Just finished one of your kickboxing routines, it was 50 minutes but it flew by! I'll do this on Monday because I take the weekend off. My son is 8 months old and I still can't do workouts with too much jumping because my hips hurt the next day and I really love that even your HIIT workouts don't have a crazy amount of jumps. I am so glad I found this channel, I look forward to doing your workouts

Loved this! I do better with faster paced workouts. Slow targeted strength is difficult for me . This past week I thought maybe I lost endurance/strength because it felt so hard. Today I rocked it so I know I need to target more thank you

Sydney always challenges & gives such great options. Doing this with you Sydney is what keeps me on track. Thank you for making it enjoyable, especially as I'm recuperating . (Never really had workouts "enjoyable" before!)

Hi Sydney, Thank you so much for being such an inspiration. I used to be a gym rat many years ago, then when we moved to the suburbs I had my own home gym and was able to maintaining my physique. But as we age and having kids, our body changes and is harder to maintain even with a healthy diet. With your variety of workout videos, I am able to get back my pre-kids body. Thank you!

I've just recently discovered your channel and tried your workouts over the last several days. Great workouts :) I love the variety of exercises in different workouts because I simply get bored of the same workout routine quickly . Also, your instructions are clear, your attitude is positive and highly motivating.... all in all I enjoy your workouts. Keep them coming! :) p.s. I did this with 2.5 kg ankle weights and it was perfect.
Today's challenge was getting through the workout. My toddlers is usually good, but today he is being clingy. What was a 40 min workout became an hour, but i crushed it and i did not give up.
Crushed it!💪 Even though it is using a lighter weight (which is what I need to right now since my leg is still recovering from the vein removal) it is definitely still a burner. Which I love! You go girl!
