As I have already done my glute day for the week, I substituted all glute exercises with quads and worked till the clock struck 0 with squat hold, wall sit and plank hold. Thank you for making me strong! #SYDNEYSQUAD

I crushed this and was done by 610am. But I was late and didn’t have time to post!!! What a great workout. Sydney do you design them and the moves and order yourself ? This one was great. Heavy legs is hard but you broke it up beautifully and made it tolerable and also made the hour go by fast. Thank you sooooo much for being so brilliant at this. This was tough. Especially the lateral lunges. those are killing me these days. I really try and focus on keeping my butt back as if I were sitting in a chair. Before I wasn't really sitting back but going more to the side. The leg raises in the end were tough as well. Need to do more inner thighs desperately. And yes it did go by fast. Thanks Sydney 💪😘
