    As I have already done my glute day for the week, I substituted all glute exercises with quads and worked till the clock struck 0 with squat hold, wall sit and plank hold. Thank you for making me strong! #SYDNEYSQUAD

    I'm so glad I'm not miked during this workout. I'm fairly certain some ugly grunts and modified cuss words may have came through my mouth during the last 15 minutes. But I CRUSHED it today! Thanks again Sydney, I'll feel this one tomorrow and couldn't be happier!

    I crushed this and was done by 610am. But I was late and didn’t have time to post!!! What a great workout. Sydney do you design them and the moves and order yourself ? This one was great. Heavy legs is hard but you broke it up beautifully and made it tolerable and also made the hour go by fast.
    Thank you sooooo much for being so brilliant at this.
    Many many others has not been as successful. Hats off to you my girl. ❤️❤️💪🏻😃

    This was a fast 60 minutes and that burn out end with no weights was brutal. Great workout.

    Proud of myself for pushing through this workvout as my mentality was not there today I really did not want to do a work out today. However I persevered and kept with you working through and finished the whole video which I did not think i would as several times I thought to myself, just turn it off no one will know... but I would know!!     YAY! If you could only see how raw my tailbone has gotten from these workouts. I use a dish towel but my skin is still red and sometimes becomes a big sore. I'm glad someone brought it up. I'll grab the cushion - I need it!!! Thanks Sydney!!!! This was rockin.

    love you're workouts. You are almost the only one with dumbells and i can do it at home. You earn more subscribers.

    This was tough. Especially the lateral lunges. those are killing me these days. I really try and focus on keeping my butt back as if I were sitting in a chair. Before I wasn't really sitting back but going more to the side. The leg raises in the end were tough as well. Need to do more inner thighs desperately. And yes it did go by fast. Thanks Sydney 💪😘

    Wasn’t the first move you did on this video, just a squat? Didn’t look like a deadlift. You are an amazing gal... love everything about you.     I don't like leg day. And when I saw that it was 60 minutes , I kept saying why and wow lol. But I promised myself unless I can't due to time . I will show up and give it my all which I did.
