    Let's really CRUSH this upper body workout! We are working in circuits today but be ready to work in progressive overload style increasing your weight or your intensity when you can! We are using dumbbells today and I used my 8, 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells. Grab the weights that work for you and grab your sweat towel!     Today was my first day back working out in 10 months!! I took a break when I became pregnant! And I can say I’m soo thankful for Sydney Her pep talks at the end of each video really know how to make you feel proud and look forward to the next workout!     have a little patellar tendonitis after doing the pump program cardio party-o work out - listened to my body and did upper body and abs to give my knee rest and a chance to recover. .Thanks as always sydney for having something new for me that I truly look forward to every day

    Arms are jello - but hello strength!! I felt so strong today. Push ups on point which is a big deal for me I used to dislike them so much and felt so weak but after having built muscle I have to say I am starting to like them!! 💪🔥💪🔥

    #crushedit 💪🏻 My arms are pumped! Wowzers Sydney! That was quite the finish! 😅 I added in some weighted supermans at the end to burn out my back. Thanks girl! 60 minute upper body ones are always killer!! ❤️🔥

    Hi Sydney, love your workouts and do them 3/4 times a week. I have broken my 5th metatarsal and have managed to do most of this work out on my knees with some modifications for the ab moves. Thanks so much for keeping me moving! Any other workouts you think would work while my foot is out of action? thanks :) xx

    Holy Moly!!! Arms are dead. How am I even typing....Great workout. I Crushed it!!! Favorite move was the very last bicep burn out. I think I'll skip my pull-up challenge today. GO #SYDNEYSQUAD ❤❤❤👍👍👍💪💪💪

    Phew!!! That was a burner. My arms were shaking during the stretch. For the first time I curled 20s, 2 reps each arm. Hells yeah. The guns are going to be poppin this summer.
