Full disclosure, I hate working my triceps and usually avoid or when it gets hard, I stop. Today I pushed past my mental block. I went up a little bit with weight, I pushed through every rep. I realize if I want to get stronger I have to make that mental commitment first. Arms are done and abs are burning! Thank you, Sydney!

Woo hoo !I crushed it Sydney! Upper body is my major weakness so I challenged myself with all the moves, especially the push ups. Push-ups are extremely hard for me so I forced myself to do extra. wow, I didnt have time for a 60 minute workout today but I cant go a day without one of your workouts Sydney so did an older 40 minute kickboxing cardio abs one and it was awesome. Love ya girl!!!!
crushed it! I for biceps I bumped up to 15 lbs for bicep curls. For triceps I did skull crushers, because I feel the most burn from this exercise. Thanks Sydney

The hard exercise for me was the hip touch on yhe floor and the planks circle. I couldn't do it. But I will train myself in order ti do a couple of those
I had the same question. You have great strength training workouts but not a lot of cardio. I usually don't have a lot of time to do both your workout and also cardio, even though I love your strength workouts. Suggestions? Or can you add more cardio? Thanks!
