09/24/2023 I crushed it, Sydney! 💥I wanted an upper body with cardio today, and this one was exactly that. 👍We hit every upper body muscle group, and I loved the cardio sets in between! Big bonus that it was a full one hour, and I loved the sports theme! ❤
I procrastinated today and saw the 60 minutes and my initial reaction was "Heo nah." Was SO close to clicking off. Now, 60 minutes later, I'm real glad that I didn't let my mood or circumstances get in the way of me powering through this great workout. If I had let my mood and circumstance dictate my plans I would be feeling bad about myself at this moment instead of feeling accomplished and proud of the fact that I did something important for my body and mind. I am bigger than my excuses!
I wasn't an athlete or active growing up but these workouts make me feel like an all star player!! Thank you Sydney & Dustin!!! 17/30 DONE! I have never been so consistent before in my life!!!

I love the strenght cardio combination. Perfect balance. Im 44 yrs old and im skeeping the full cardio ones. Feel like im going to have a heart attack. Oh how i miss my twenties but i understand our bodies change as we age and we have to learn to listen and treat well. Thank you for listening and giving us options.
Had to stop twice to take care of my infant son Kenzo. It is tough to stop & start. I felt like I wasted away this workout, but I went back about 5 minutes before the stop and went back at it, and I also did extra reps to make up for the lost in momentum. At the end I still stuck with it no matter what happens. Thanks Coach SC 👍🏻🏋🏻♂️❤️

Mentally I was not ready for a 60 minute workout. Physically I knew I could, but mentally I felt tired. I thought to myself, just hit play and see how you get on. Before I knew it, 60 minutes had flown by. I'm so proud of myself, I even upped my lowest weights to 5kg! So long 4s. 😁

So many of the moves are things I would shy away from because they were hard or I didn't think I could do it. But because of the energy you put out I want to try, I am doing more and pushing harder and noticing the results in my strength and stamina.
