I turned 40 years old on August 2nd and I initially took this challenge to celebrate the milestone. After getting into it, I realized that I this is how I want to challenge myself everyday and not just my birthday month. My 4 week accomplishments: upped my weights, 20lbs for legs and 15lbs for shoulders, I can go lower on leg raises without my lower back popping up, and I can do triceps push-ups now!!! In combination with these workouts I have also stepped up my nutrition game. I have always been a healthy eater but now I am focusing on better portion control and balancing my macros. I have lost %2 body fat while building muscle. Very excited and ready to continue!!! I haven’t followed you for very long time, probably I started doing your workouts for like 5 months now and I really love it, they are different and you put so much effort in making them NOT boring or always the same, even a little change or a goofy combo makes it great! Thanks so much! I don’t take pictures of myself but I definitely look a bit different, I see myself in the mirror and I am improving my shape and form (I am very skinny and I try to get a formed body). I don’t follow the challenges, 4 week challenge of that kind of things, I just picked out a random workout that will fulfill my needs at the moment (duration, type of workout, body part focused) and I pick a different every time bc I don’t want to get bored, and your workouts never disappoint me. Even tho I have little time following you, I want that tank top! I think I deserved wearing it, since I always crushed it and put all my effort at not doing modifications and keep the form clean. CRUSHED IT!!!! Loved spelling out "crushed it" for our ab workout, very fitting as a closer. I never worked out on Saturdays before starting this challenge and I'm thinking that's going to be my thing from now on. My lower body is a lot stronger and is probably in as good as shape as when I use to go for daily runs, if not more so. I've been able to increase my weights and not give up when it was a struggle to complete all the required reps :) The scale hasn't really dropped (maybe 1-2 lbs) but on the positive it hasn't gone up either :) Most importantly, I've really enjoyed getting together with the #SydneySquad each day and comparing notes on what was challenging or congratulating someone else on their accomplishment. Looking forward to the next round and hopefully will continue seeing all of you!! Good job everyone!!
I didn’t plan on doing this whole challenge; I was originally just looking for something to supplement the workout plan I was on. I am so lucky I found your channel! I love the positivity and energy! Crushed it! I seriously can't believe I've made it till the end; I'm honestly so proud of what I've accomplished throughout this amazing journey. Since the very first workouts I've progressively started to become more aware of what my body is really capable of doing if the mind doesn't put limits to it and that no matter how many challenges and hardships life may throw at us, if we trust ourselves we are definitely going to overcome them. CRUUUUUUUUSHED IT!!!💪💪💪 Crushed today's workout, which was an amazing, awesome total body killer! And CRUSHED this incredibly awesome 4 week challenge! I did my very first full tricep pushups today!! Yay! 15 secs or about 5 or 6 each of the 3 rounds! Yay! Had never felt strong enough to do them until today! In these four weeks I have managed to now use 20 to 30 lbs for ALL things legs. All things arms I can do 10 to 15 lbs (AND 20's for when you suggest it, except back fly's, still at 8's but working on it). And most of my cardio I like to use. My 3's for just a little extra something. AND my abs/core have never so strong, tough and capable of so much! Wow! I feeeel amaaaazing! Thank you Sydney! Thank you Dustin! Thank you Zack (and happy birthday up there!)! And crangrats and thank you Royal Change!!!
Amazing 4 week challenge! I didn’t take b4 and after pics, but I was just maintaining and ended up losing a couple inches and pds. I’m stronger strength wise and endurance. I hope we will be able to do 4week challenges again! So Sorry about your brother, I’m in the same boat but it will be 2 years for him this month. This was a great challenge for me for the Christmas season because it kept me working out every day. Finally was able to crush this final challenge workout! I had an excellent workout at the campground and beach over the weekend! Used playground equipment, hiking trails, rocks and whatever I could think of! Glad to be back with you though!

I am pretty new to this channel, so I came in too late for the 4 -week challenge, but it sounds like it was fun! Maybe I will join an upcoming challenge. Thanks for this workout, Sydney! I CRUSHED IT! And it was fun spelling it out with our leg raises at the end. My lower abs certainly feel a lot tighter. I loved the different moves and formats that we did in this workout. There was strength, cardio and abs, and with the warm up and cool down, it was a complete workout!

CRUSHED IT!!!! Loved spelling out "crushed it" for our ab workout, very fitting as a closer. I never worked out on Saturdays before starting this challenge and I'm thinking that's going to be my thing from now on. My lower body is a lot stronger and is probably in as good as shape as when I use to go for daily runs, if not more so. I've been able to increase my weights and not give up when it was a struggle to complete all the required reps :) The scale hasn't really dropped (maybe 1-2 lbs) but on the positive it hasn't gone up either :) Most importantly, I've really enjoyed getting together with the #SydneySquad each day and comparing notes on what was challenging or congratulating someone else on their accomplishment. Looking forward to the next round and hopefully will continue seeing all of you!! Good job everyone!!
I didn’t plan on doing this whole challenge; I was originally just looking for something to supplement the workout plan I was on. I am so lucky I found your channel! I love the positivity and energy! I ended up crushing this four week challenge and I will definitely be around for the next one. Thank you for such great workouts! 💪🏽
What a great way to end the challenge...so proud of us! I have noticed a huge difference in my strength and cardio endurance. I went up in weights and 60 minutes used to be a challenge for me but not anymore! Feeling great and ready to keep rolling

Consistency and preparation has been hard with two kiddos and heading back to work from summer break but with your workouts it made it easier because I wanted to keep coming back! I’ve used heavier weights (even needing to buy another set soon that are heavier). I’ll be sending my results to you tomorrow. Very excited to continue my workout journey with your workouts! You are such an inspiration.

I CRUSHED IT! I'm 2 days behind due to a weekend of camping and mountain biking so I did this today on labor day. Thank you Sydney for an amazing 4 weeks of dedication, determination and sweat in honor of your beloved brother Zac. You are an inspiration to all who are struggling in some way in their lives.
Crushed it! I seriously can't believe I've made it till the end; I'm honestly so proud of what I've accomplished throughout this amazing journey. Since the very first workouts I've progressively started to become more aware of what my body is really capable of doing if the mind doesn't put limits to it and that no matter how many challenges and hardships life may throw at us, if we trust ourselves we are definitely going to overcome them. This 4 weeks have led to a huge change in my everyday life, both mental and physical and for this reason I thank you for the bottom of my hearth. Gonna hurry and grab my personal #crushedit t-shirt! Looking forward to the next challenge
Crushed it and I'm 54! TQ Sydney for being there for me this past month. Have gained so much strength and power that my left knee pain has finally gone, after being in pain for 2 months. Thanks for all the encouraging words - couldn't have done it without them!

I was so drained by the time the ab finisher came I couldn't think clearly. I thought "congratulations" for the c, then " crazy" for the cr, then "crunch" for cru. But my husband overheard and said "crushed it." He's so smart and Sydney you are so fun. Thanks for this awesome challenge. I had a blast crushing it with the #sydneysquad!

Crushed today's workout, which was an amazing, awesome total body killer! And CRUSHED this incredibly awesome 4 week challenge!
I did my very first full tricep pushups today!! Yay! 15 secs or about 5 or 6 each of the 3 rounds! Yay! Had never felt strong enough to do them until today!
In these four weeks I have managed to now use 20 to 30 lbs for ALL things legs. All things arms I can do 10 to 15 lbs (AND 20's for when you suggest it, except back fly's, still at 8's but working on it). And most of my cardio I like to use. My 3's for just a little extra something. AND my abs/core have never so strong, tough and capable of so much! Wow! I feeeel amaaaazing!

Amazing 4 week challenge! I didn’t take b4 and after pics, but I was just maintaining and ended up losing a couple inches and pds. I’m stronger strength wise and endurance. I hope we will be able to do 4week challenges again! So Sorry about your brother, I’m in the same boat but it will be 2 years for him this month. I’m sure he is extremely proud of you in what your doing in his honor. Can’t wait to see what’s next! Congratulations to you guys and your new endeavors. 💞💞👏👏🎉👍
That was probably the best workouts you’ve given us so far, although there’s so many other great ones. But this was a PERFECT ending to our August challenge!

I am a little late to the game because I just found your channel a little over a month ago, but I CRUSHED IT! This was a great challenge for me for the Christmas season because it kept me working out every day. I am going to start the December strength challenge on January 1 to keep me motivated in the new year. Wishing you and Dustin a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Finally was able to crush this final challenge workout! I had an excellent workout at the campground and beach over the weekend! Used playground equipment, hiking trails, rocks and whatever I could think of! Glad to be back with you though!
Trust me i have seen a lot of workput channel on youtube,but your's are the best,even though i don't do strength,i mean it's not mine you know,i love your HIIT/Cardio and they give me the best results ❤️❤️❤️ can you do more HIIT videos? 🤗🤗 thank you for your effort and for amazing workouts❤️❤️
CRUSHED IT! And it crushed me back. That was awesome! Love the tee. Will be getting mine. I feel so much stronger. Bought 15s and 20s and used them, can do burpees from a bench. Love the way my pants fit and how my waist feels as I put my hands there while gasping for air. Lol. Love you Sydney!

Thanks for this workout, Sydney! I CRUSHED IT! And it was fun spelling it out with our leg raises at the end. My lower abs certainly feel a lot tighter. I loved the different moves and formats that we did in this workout. There was strength, cardio and abs, and with the warm up and cool down, it was a complete workout!

This was simply a fun get it all done workout! I adore how you took mini segments from the week and threaded them together to create a total package workout! Anyone who knows me knows I’m all about balance✨ So I am sooooo looking forward to next week🙊 Congrats all on completing the challenge or finishing this workout🎉🎉🎉🎉 I definitely feel stronger and as though I better know how to quiet my mind and listen more to my body! Plus my mini challenge was to not use my hands anytime during transition from floor to standing and I totally crushed it the entire challenge 😀 Have a glorious day y’all 💖💖💖💖

Amazing end to 4 weeks! What a terrific way to spend the month of August. Everyday was a challenge. I feel stronger in all my other activities. I upped my weights and my cardio has improved. Been working out for a very long time and this is one challenge that made me sweat everyday. What a wonderful tribute to your brother. Thank you! #crushedit See you next week :)
