Crushed it (sweating and shaking). My Sydney gush for the day - I work out early and if my 7 year old wakes up, she’ll come to the basement to watch me finish. I was thinking today how amazing it is that I’m not worried what she’ll see and hear. I was raised in a house where skinny was more important than healthy. In contrast, my kid listens to an athletic, strong woman tell her to be consistent, that it’s OK to screw up but just don’t quit, that sleep and water and mental health matter. Then she watches the dancing and collapses into giggles, because working hard is great but you have to be silly and not take yourself too seriously too. Sydney, you may not realize you’re talking to little kids, but I’m sure mine is not the only one listening in, and you’re a role model for them (along with helping their 40-something parents undo years of damaging messages).
Yes, my seven year old even knows Sydney's name! She loves her and all my kids always want to do the workouts with me...but sadly get in the way at times so I try to do my workouts in the morning lol. Yes, I'm glad that you brought that up. I am also glad that Sydney always talk about becoming stronger!! That's always what I hear my daughter say and I want it to stay that way!!

So true! I tried other fitness workout channels and there were these coaches that did everything perfectly and looking so effortless as I could barely do the exercises at all. It made me feel so incompetent and like I could never be as strong as them. Sydney, however, is so so so down to earth and real and is not afraid of little mess-ups, huffs and puffs with us and all. You can tell you are not alone working hard and this makes me forever stay with Sydney and Sydney only.

Just wanted to brag even though it is only day 9, I haven't missed a workout so far! In the past, I have skipped a day or two each week, but I am determined to do all of the January workouts.
Sometimes i have an extra rest day then do two of the 30 min or a 40 then 30 min once on the same day! I’ve only missed one 30 min this month so waiting for another 30 min one to drop! Keep it up!

I’m new here (and very out of shape) so 60mins was looking like Everest. I modified at times - sometimes even easier than your modify and pushed when I could and I finished. Feeling strong!
When i started doing Sydney's workouts, i couldn't even do a 20 minute one without feeling like i was about to pass out at the end. 1 month later and i'm able to finish a 60 minute workout feeling good and smiling. Thanks Sydney!!!!

I have different sports bras for each day depending on what she is doing. Any cardio and I wear my tightest one. I learned my lesson doing what you did, haha. Good for you for finishing though!
I started working out with Sydney to incorporate strength training into my workout routine. I have tried working out with various RUclips trainers over the years, but hands down Sydney has been the one I have connected with the most. Her workouts challenge me without running my body into the ground, and I am amazed at how much I have improved in such a short amount of time. The other day I was doing another one of her workouts and she said we were doing 30 second mountain climbers. My mind said, “Pft, you can’t do that.” But I tried it anyway, and I could do it for all 3 rounds without a break! In another workout, I didn’t think I would be able to do the full pushups. But I did! Every day, I look forward to Sydney positively challenging me and helping me prove myself wrong as I become the strongest version of myself I have ever been. It feels like working out with a friend every day. Thank you for all that you do, Sydney!
After doing your workouts pretty consistently for about a month now, I can becoming successful in things I never thought I would. Today I did 40 seconds straight of mountain climbers, where before I would have to stop. I also can tell I’m able to push myself harder and didn’t stop until the end of this workout! Thank you for these programs and videos!
I woke up today feeling like garbage, and I was convinced that I wouldn't workout at all (I'd already talked myself out of trekking to the gym). I then said "well, I suppose I could do a Sydney workout if I'm up for it." I went from kind of feeling up for it, to being excited about it. Thank you Sydney for bringing such positive energy and varied workouts every.single.day!

I'm on my period so i was intimidated by this 60 min. workout because i tend to have pretty bad cramps.. But i crushed it indeed! I LOVED IT (and it actually eased my cramps lol), I am so grateful for Sydney and everything she does for us! GOOD JOB EVERYONE!!
Yoooo we’re synced up 😂 I read somewhere that actually the days you’re on your period it’s best to go stronger and harder cuz you’re already in mad pain so you’re actually more able to do the harder workouts! Whether it’s true or not i feel better having killed a workout than cramps killing me ha
Anytime I see 60 minute workouts I'm immediately self-doubting. However, you make it fun and worthwhile! I always leave every workout so proud of what I can do. I'm typically about 5lbs in dumbbells less than you so that's how I gauge what I'll use. But I found myself going up in weight seeing if I could do it and getting out of my comfort zone knowing I can always go back down if I need to. I'm always impressed with myself when I realize I CAN lift heavier. Thank you, Sydney, for always pushing us and believing in us!

I’m new here (and very out of shape) so 60mins was looking like Everest. I modified at times - sometimes even easier than your modify and pushed when I could and I finished. Feeling strong!

When i started doing Sydney's workouts, i couldn't even do a 20 minute one without feeling like i was about to pass out at the end. 1 month later and i'm able to finish a 60 minute workout feeling good and smiling. Thanks Sydney!!!!

I have different sports bras for each day depending on what she is doing. Any cardio and I wear my tightest one. I learned my lesson doing what you did, haha. Good for you for finishing though!
I started working out with Sydney to incorporate strength training into my workout routine. I have tried working out with various RUclips trainers over the years, but hands down Sydney has been the one I have connected with the most. Her workouts challenge me without running my body into the ground, and I am amazed at how much I have improved in such a short amount of time. The other day I was doing another one of her workouts and she said we were doing 30 second mountain climbers. My mind said, “Pft, you can’t do that.” But I tried it anyway, and I could do it for all 3 rounds without a break! In another workout, I didn’t think I would be able to do the full pushups. But I did! Every day, I look forward to Sydney positively challenging me and helping me prove myself wrong as I become the strongest version of myself I have ever been. It feels like working out with a friend every day. Thank you for all that you do, Sydney!
After doing your workouts pretty consistently for about a month now, I can becoming successful in things I never thought I would. Today I did 40 seconds straight of mountain climbers, where before I would have to stop. I also can tell I’m able to push myself harder and didn’t stop until the end of this workout! Thank you for these programs and videos!

I woke up today feeling like garbage, and I was convinced that I wouldn't workout at all (I'd already talked myself out of trekking to the gym). I then said "well, I suppose I could do a Sydney workout if I'm up for it." I went from kind of feeling up for it, to being excited about it. Thank you Sydney for bringing such positive energy and varied workouts every.single.day!
I am 55 and I work out with my 22 year old son. We both love Sidney’s workouts because they can always be modified to fit our needs. My goal this month is to do every workout and every stretch. Thank you for your dedication, Sidney!

I'm on my period so i was intimidated by this 60 min. workout because i tend to have pretty bad cramps.. But i crushed it indeed! I LOVED IT (and it actually eased my cramps lol), I am so grateful for Sydney and everything she does for us! GOOD JOB EVERYONE!!

Yoooo we’re synced up 😂 I read somewhere that actually the days you’re on your period it’s best to go stronger and harder cuz you’re already in mad pain so you’re actually more able to do the harder workouts! Whether it’s true or not i feel better having killed a workout than cramps killing me ha
Yay good for you girl! I find that if I have the initial motivation to start on my period, I ALWAYS have alleviated cramps after!

Anytime I see 60 minute workouts I'm immediately self-doubting. However, you make it fun and worthwhile! I always leave every workout so proud of what I can do. I'm typically about 5lbs in dumbbells less than you so that's how I gauge what I'll use. But I found myself going up in weight seeing if I could do it and getting out of my comfort zone knowing I can always go back down if I need to. I'm always impressed with myself when I realize I CAN lift heavier. Thank you, Sydney, for always pushing us and believing in us!
