I love re-visiting the all white studio. It’s a reminder of how far we all have come with our fitness and life. We are constantly progressing and improving. I am really enjoying this greatest hits month!
Hahaha right? I’m all for strength and conditioning or a day of cardio but this has been so much. Not complaining…but I had to swap the cardio for a leg day instead 😬
That was an amazing quote that I will carry with me forever now. “Respect your body for what it does, instead of punishing it for what it doesn’t look like.” You don’t know how much I appreciate and value your inspirational speeches at the end of these workouts. You’re amazing!
Sydney's Daily Wisdom (1:01:20): "Respect your body for what it does instead of punishing it for what it doesn't look like." We are blessed with bodies that do so many amazing things. For one, getting through a challenging 60-minute cardio workout! Our bodies are literally carrying us through our lives! I am going to include thanking my body as part of my daily gratitude practice and show it respect through how I fuel it.
In the last 3 months my mental health was a mess I put on 7kg and dreading even to work out with Sydney each morning thank YOU Sydney, Dustin and everyone here to help me stay on the course! thank you and literally for saving my life!! Thank you!! The forever Grateful Manting and Inspector Rex
I started this workout saying... “I’ll probably just do 30mins...I won’t be able to finish” and guess what.... I CRUSHED IT! I totally doubted myself. With your motivating words I pushed myself. I thank you!
So glad I listened to all the comments here and in the Sydney squad and hit play. Within a few minutes I was ready to give it my all and it really did somehow fly by!!!!
I forgot about this one, and I’ve done this one before. I usually avoid these kinds of workouts, but this one is definitely a reminder to show how strong and far along I’ve come with my working out! This is definitely an ALL TIME GREAT 💪🏻😎❤️
dropping by on August 7! Oh yeah! Sweaty workout! Yess, Sydney's words never fails to motivate me whether it's a recently updated video or a two year old video!
What an amazing workout this was.. So amazing how we use the same legs.. hands/arms... core.. But Sydney finds all different steps.. ways.. and fun way to move around.. working with Sydney on the daily over a year n half.. There were still new and diff exercises this week we haven't done in all these mnths.. Amazing.. Sydney You are one of a kind and greatly appreciated!!
I was about 35 minutes in when I seriously considered being done with the workout, but I stuck it out and I am so glad I did! Crushing through All Time Greats!
It's been a long time since we've done a 60 minute workout. I remember the first time I did this...I had to stop a few times to catch my breath. Not anymore... #icrushedit #iamproud #happy #healthy #strong #sydneysquadstrong
Phew! Anyone else feel like they’ve run a marathon? What a great way to start your day! Very nostalgic revisiting the old studio. Hope you’re having a wonderful honeymoon Sydney & Dustin 🥰
I did this workout 2 years ago and really struggled with it. Today I did if after a 40 minute strength and conditioning workout! Yes, I was tired but I crushed it. I would have never had the stamina to do this before I started working out with Sydney consistently. I love her workouts, she pushes us the best ways.
Crushed it! Did this a year ago and the changes I noticed in my body and how well I moved during this whole workout was incredible! Thank you Sydney you truly are amazing!! RESPECT YOUR BODY!! 💯💯
Sydney I have too much thanks for you!!!!!!!!!!!!! That chat at the end about loving your body for what it does for you and not hating it for what it doesn't look like is so real for me right now! I affirm so strongly everyday about how thankkful I am for all my body does but I live with parents who always tear apart how my body looks and it is so difficult to try to keep those reminders out of my head. I don't feel anyone needs to comment on another's body and should focus on themselves but I will keep on going doing my best everyday :) LOTS OF LOVE FOR THIS, I really enjoyed it xxxx
This was one of my favorites! Firstly because of all the variety (I absolutely LOVE when you work in KICKBOXING) and the fact that we only repeated a move 2 times. Thanks Sydney!
I am seriously in love with these throwbacks! I feel like I’ve worked so incredibly hard this week and really saw some great results! Also training for my first 5k and these cardio workouts are really helping me get over my fear of starting!
Oh my god - even with the rests, I was at a 7-8.5 the whole time. Love that you can provide a fab cardio workout even when I'm stuck inside on a cold, snowy, pandemicy day!!
Haven’t done this workout since March, done it again today as it’s saved into my favourites playlist and I’m so happy with how much fitter I am! Felt like crying of happiness doing this workout again and crushing it more than before
Respect, gratitude, and love for our bodies - this mindset makes all the difference. Be your best cheerleader and ally. When we feel good, we look good. Thank you Sydney was putting this as part of the August All Time Greats.
Wow!! This was my first time around and it was intense! So happy to have completed it too! AND I am on vacay and completed this workout beside a public pool while my kiddos swam. Major accomplishment for me to not be embarrassed to work my butt off, literally. Haha!
I wanted a cardio challenge this morning, and this was IT! 💥Wow, what a workout! I started losing steam at about 40 minutes, but I wasn't gonna stop. It took all my energy to finish this workout to the end, but I am proud of myself that I did it! 😅 I liked how Sydney mixed it up by using different styles, so that even though it was a long workout, it never got boring. Repeating each exercise twice at 45 and 40 seconds was good, too. Awesome, and saved to my cardio playlist to do again in the future!
Cardio is not my favorite workout, so 60 minutes of it was more than a little intimidating. Sydney's enthusiasm though broke through my grumpy attitude. It's impossible to be mad at her. She asked me how I was feeling at one point, and I gave a begrudging smile. I do feel good when I finish, lol. I laugh though when she says, "Grab water if you need it". I always need it Sydney.
No excuses for not training. Even without equipment, I sweated like crazy and feel so good! Thank you Sydney for that calendar that I love following. Cheers everyone XO
Wow! I am so grateful for finding you Sydney! 💖 You are a GEM, thank you so much for all you do and especially for all the awesome reminders - always what I need to hear! Have an awesome day! ✨
Loved this! Needed a good 60m cardio blast. Thank you. AND great message at the end. We have such a warped relationship with our bodies. We need to love and care for it everyday! Now, not "later". Thanks Syd!!
Can't believe I made it. I have not done a 60 minutes workout for a long time. Burned 542 calories. Loved it. Saving this workout for later. Anyone can do it anytime. Thank you Sydney and enjoy your vacation
It took me having a baby to respect my body. I grew that baby, I birthed that baby, I produced milk for TWO years to feed that baby! That last thing I wanted to do was trash the body that had given me that amazing opportunity. I also didn't want my son to have negative thoughts about women because mom trashed her body - I wanted him to know that this is what a real woman looks like. It's not perfect, but it housed a perfect, healthy human, and that's pretty danm awesome to me!
sometimes i have days where i feel like i cant do it, the lockdown has been really impacting that. toay i thought i wouldnt get through it, but here i am. made it to the end. thanks Sydney
I actually was a little intimidated by the hour workout today because i wasn’t feeling it. But I got up and made it happen regardless of what it looked like I sweated and I still beat myself up for having to modify just even a couple of the exercises. But I made it an hr later and so glad I did because you help me with your wise words at the end. You inspire me to never quit and to stop thinking negative about myself and just to love me for me. Thank you Sydney you’re my angel 😇 ❤️💯💪🏽
Omg, so happy I found your videos!! Kicked my butt..I'm 3 months postpartum with my 3rd and what you said is so true..I don't respect my body for it has done and gone through. It has given me 3 beautiful kids and still chugging along. I will def drink more water
Can't believe I made it through this one, I was ready to stop at the 20 mins mark but .... I crushed it! Super proud of me and you Sydney for urging me on. Dripping buckets.
I am loving my body sick today! So proud of it for getting through this workout, I swear 12 months ago (maybe even 6 months ago) I would never even dream of trying this session. But I did (I was still scared 😅) and I crushed it!!!
I can't do these longer workouts during the week, I can't get up early enough before work. But it's bad planning on my part to do 50 min cardio yesterday and 60 min cardio today. That was rough! Lots of extra pauses, but I crushed it! 🥵💪 I also really appreciate the longer cooldowns included in the time of the workouts.
I have too many favorite workouts at this point haha!! Wow, thank you so much for the variety and energy that you bring to us daily, Sydney! Your message at the end was so powerful; I will respect my body ❤️!!
Thank you, Sydney. Great workout. Thank you for the valuable message. "Respect your body for what it does instead of punishing it for what it doesn't look like."~Sydney Cummings
This was so amazing and refreshing after thanksgiving yesterday!!! I needed this just to feel good and proud of my body for being able to do these workouts! Great thing to say about respecting body instead of punished for what it doesn’t look like-I’ve done that my whole life!!! Thank you Sydney 🙏11-27-2020
That one was really hard for me as I was tired and had kind of a bellyache. I wasn't sure i'd be able to finish it but i was determined. I had to take a break in the middle and do the modifications but oh god i was so proud to finally crush it!
This a great way to kick start the day. I couldn't do some of the moves but tried my best with the modifications you provide, that are beyond helpful. Thank you so much for all your hard work Sydney! Safe travels to Texas. Take care!
I've never heard what you said at the end before. SO GOOD. Thank you. I want to respect my body for what it does. I've thought of exercise as punishment for years.
Was a little scared of this workout to be honest BUT I Crushed it! Loved the kick boxing and the “Stop” section, felt like you were standing in front of me 💪🏾I can never thank you enough for these workouts. Even when my spirits are down, just seeing a new video from you lifts my spirits, and doing it is always even better🙌🏾 Thank you Sydney 👏🏾
Man, the first 3/4 of the workout I had low energy and a poor attitude, but I stuck with it. So glad I did because those agility drills kept me interested and working hard. For as grumpy as I was in the middle, I had so much fun by the end!
Man not sure if I like living a bad life....but this workout was and is...my favorite !!!! Love this .....Happy Sunday..changed my workout day around and loved it!!!!! Going to keep this in my library.
love the "respect your body for what it does" at my age that is about all I can do. Thanks for the recommendation on this workout Alyson Powers Abernathy and Laurel Ricklin Johnson. It was perfect.
Grazie.
Omg I don’t know what hit me more,, this workout or your words!!! thank you so much for all your daily motivation and all the hard work you put into these amazing workout videos!! You’re such an inspiration!
This was brutal. Really hard and i did not think i could do the whole 60min but somehow i don't know how but i did it and i feel amazing! Thank you for always challenging us!
second time to do this workout and it feels like it is my first time to do it, you are not expected Syd, and this is what I love the most about your workout, they are fun, strong, and Amazing, all the love in the world to you and Dus. Thank you so so so much
This workout was so fun and by far my favorite of the challenge. Absolutely crushed it and went ALL OUT on every exercise! Feeling super proud! Day 7✅✅
I love re-visiting the all white studio. It’s a reminder of how far we all have come with our fitness and life. We are constantly progressing and improving. I am really enjoying this greatest hits month!
Not my first time through this one, but repeating for August “all time greats” again. It’s been too long, fun long cardio workout.
Who of you guys complained about lack of cardio in SF 3.0? We need to have a word 😂
Lmao I swearrrrrr
😂😂omg
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hahaha right? I’m all for strength and conditioning or a day of cardio but this has been so much. Not complaining…but I had to swap the cardio for a leg day instead 😬
Lol right
Praise be for those extra 5 seconds between sets. It’s been a while since we’ve had a 60 min cardio workout and this was a burner.
"keep respecting your body for what it does for you; don't punish it for what it looks like" what a beautiful message!
That was an amazing quote that I will carry with me forever now. “Respect your body for what it does, instead of punishing it for what it doesn’t look like.” You don’t know how much I appreciate and value your inspirational speeches at the end of these workouts. You’re amazing!
Yes well said.
Yes! I love her end of workout speeches too and am definitely going to be working on this one!
Old school Sydney is trying to kill us! These greatest hits have been 🔥

I agree! I have been enjoying these more than I thought i would!
I agree. Sydney could just take every August off and make a playlist like this. After SummerTimeFine she deserves it each year!
Great work! I agree, she should do that! Great idea!
Yeah especially now that she's pregnant, I wish her the best

I had to press pause at that time mark for five minutes and breathe (and sweat all over my living room floor) cause I was destroyed and dizzy.

Loving the cardio again. They seem harder than recent ones? Unless it’s just the length of time and no long rests at all! Love it 😍
Respect, gratitude, and love for our bodies - this mindset makes all the difference. Be your best cheerleader and ally. When we feel good, we look good. Thank you Sydney was putting this as part of the August All Time Greats.
