I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 3 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 27 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.

    Sydney, I simply love love love you! You’ve made me regain my belief in myself. Having gone through more than a decade of bad health I never thought I’d be able to do this, and if anyone had told me anytime in the last 12 years (till about 3 months back) that I’d be able to do this, I’d have said “are you freaking kidding me?”. But here I am today, having crushed 3rd September’s Plyometric yesterday and 60 minute Tabata (from 2 years ago) All thanks to you! Three months with you have made me strong enough that I can now contemplate starting a family! Your workouts really connect with me on a deep emotional level and I am so committed to you! ❣️❣️❣️b

    Triple thumbs up for this one 👍👍👍 Like Anne below I’m a 54 year old mother of four who has always gone to the gym but after finding workouts like yours on RUclips realised I can do it in the comfort of my own home . Of course you have to push yourself hard which is not a problem ( most of the time !) and you get such great variety from your classes . Keep up the great work and see you tomorrow 😊

    What a great challenge! Love this kind of workout. I gave it my all. Knowing how young you are makes me extra proud of myself for keeping up with you every day for the past 3-1/2 months since I'm 52 and old enough to be your mother. Thanks to you I'm in the best shape of my life! I had complained about the push ups a few weeks ago, saying how hard they were for me, but after Monday's Murph workout today's push ups were much easier. Today I got all the way down to the floor and back up again. Love the noticeable increase in strength! Those multiple reps on Monday were probably just what I needed. Thank you so much Sydney! You are absolutely amazing!

    I turned my 20 year old daughter on to you, since she has been back home from college. She is a collegic tennis player. She crushed it with you this morning, and I did the same this evening! We both thought this workout kicked butt!! Loved it! PS I love that I can still keep up with my daughter (and you) although with some modifications here and there. LOL. Thanks again!

    definitely one of the hardest workouts I've ever done in terms of cardio - my heart and lungs were pounding the entire time! had to pause a few times to catch my breath, but kept pushing. really tough one - thanks Sydney!

    This is the most intense cardio workout I've done of Sydney's. I have it saved in my favorites and do it whenever it's too hot or cold to run. I am dripping buckets right now. Thanks, Sydney!!!

    Im an elite gymnast who has competed for Great Britian on numerous occasions all over the world and i needed a workout that would help me keep strong and powerful during quarantine as we cannot train. This workout absolutley killed me but i feel so good afterwards. I havent managed to find a workout that has been intense enough as usually i would use equipment in the gymnasium but this workout was amazing!

    this was actually the hardest workout I’ve ever done ! when I tell u I was over it at 10 minutes...💀 but I pulled through and this was the most I’ve ever sweated in a workout !

    This is one of my all time favorites of workouts, of Sydney's! It's only 50 minutes of cardio, but gets the heart going! It's easy enough to understand her moves. And it has a lot of jumping, make sure your knees are O.k for it, before doing. During covid I emailed the video to my friend Allison who is a P.E. teacher, for her students, just as a thought or possibility. Al had mentioned that her students were doing exercise videos indoors. And I thought this might be a fun suggestion for teens too!

    Omg i tried so hard to find you on RUclips again because I used to do all your workouts esp the Hiit ones all through lockdown and my body was banging, now that ive hit the gym my body is not the same, i think using my own body weight was key to achieiving this.     I sat down with my lunch to watch this video through just to see if I would like it, and I planned on saving it for later. After watching the skater jumps, I put my lunch back in the fridge and got my sneakers on and did the workout. I love it! Thank you so much. I have been doing a lot of static resistance band strength training lately and I find that my body loosens up much better with the moves in your workouts. I think it's because the motions are more fluid and dynamic than just the stuff I have been doing. My favorite moves in this workout are the speed skater jumps and the single knee hops. Thank you!

    Awesome workout, I love that it was definitely, DEFINITELY a challenge, but, on the other hand, definitely, definitely doable. Those little breaks go a long way. It's rare that I have to take extras ones in your workouts... on this one maybe I needed a short extra breather once or twice, but it's plyo! lol
    Workouts with no equipment like these are my fave, cuz they don't interfere with my own strength training (which can lead to some conflicts with recoveries). Anyway, I love how you keep things interesting, making time fly by. Thanks for all and totally crushed it!

      That's the best way to put it! Definitely a challenge but doable! Right It is no biggie to take a little extra break, just make sure your heart rate stays up! Great job incorporating these into your strength training regimen during the week, hopefully these workouts are improving your cardio endurance for better lift days too!

    I am D1 athlete looking for ways to make my workouts fun during this pandemic. I am a jumper so seeing a plyo workout got me so excited. But y'all..... this workout is going to BURN!!!!     Ok just finished this workout and I am WASHED out!! I did this a day after the MURPH workout and I am beat! This was even harder but I CRUSHED it! I was SWEATING buckets though. Thanks Sydney. And please do continue with your jokes I do laugh at them especially when you winked! LOL!! I am training and sweating with you all the way from LONDON!!💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

    Crushed it [again]!!!💪💪💪
    After today's abs I was cracing some cardio and also, when I crushed this the first time around on the day it came out. I was not satisfied with my performace. My memorial day routine including the Murph exhausted me so I felt off-ish when I did this and the my tot woke up with 16 minutes left, so when I got back into it after attending him, I felt like I wanted to give it another go and see how I could do.
    So today I was determined that on the second round with only 20 second breaks I would make the effort to boxer shuffle through each break no matter what... And... It was tough but I did it. Felt great finishing those 20 minutes nonstop.
    Thank you Sydney for each and every motivating day with you and this community!

    I did this with a resistance band a some light weights to really get my heart pumping - boy did that burn. Woohoo.

    Those lateral jumps were a killer! I could jump squat (exercise that followed the lateral jumps) all day but I discovered that lateral jumps made me meet my edge 😅. Loved it and I loved this workout! I discovered Sydney recently and I finish each of her workouts feeling happy and energised! Thank you so much for the wonderful content you share 💗

    Loved this workout, very manageable and I sweat so much. I woke up the next morning and saw the scale go down 2 pounds, probably water weight but I'll take it! I dont even sweat like this playing 6hours straight of beach vabll. Gonna do this atleast twice a week in addition to your HIIT workout. These are great for athletes. Also gonna check out your newer workouts

    Yay,I crushed it! Wowwee, this was a really hard one, an EPIC workout!! I was looking last night for a workout to do this morning, and came across this one. I knew I wanted something really challenging, and when I saw it was all plyo moves, I thought yeah! This is what it want. It was everything I hoped it would be, and MORE! I love challenging myself, and this definitely did. I have been working out for over 30 years, and I have to say this was one of the hardest workouts I've ever done (and I've done A LOT of workouts in my day, so that's saying something!). I actually felt a little nauseous at certain points (in a good way, if that makes sense?).
    I felt absolutely amazing after completing this workout, and so proud of myself:) Finishing this workout strong makes me feel like I can do ANYTHING!! Thanks for helping me to get that feeling, Sydney
