You're so right about it being so hard to speak with people about it because, even though it happened almost a year ago...next month will make a year, it's still very fresh to me and he was my only sibling, not to mention he had just gotten married and had my niece about 9 months prior to that so they didn't even get to celebrate their one year anniversary. It just kills me inside knowing he was taken so young, but it helps me to share it with people so I can share with the world what a great man he was and how proud of him I was. I've never been to north Cali but I want to come ASAP!! I have some family in San Fran that I want to come visit so bad! Hopefully I can make it out that way soon! San Francisco is a gorgeous place to vitist , I would say the best time to visit is early summer. Also Napa is great tourist place for the Winos in the family. Did the yoga flow last night and oh boy did I need it! I was 'oooooo'ing and 'aaaaaahhhhh'ing the whole way through hahaha. Going to be heading over to my Dad's for the next few days so I will be getting a day or two of rest.
Oh and just a suggestion, could you maybe do a short video for hamstring stretches? Mine are always tight and I would love something that I could do daily after my workouts.

Loved this workout Sydney! Your style is so different from what I'm used to, so it really challenges me which I love! I'm sore from yesterday and I love it! I'm full chested like you and have a hard time getting one that does not smash me but supports me. Thanks for all your hard work!
Great job Theresa! Being a track athlete I always have gone with the most supportive sports bras I could find and in college we were sponsored by Nike and I love Nike so I stick with them. There for a while I ventured away so I could have the pretty and unique ones but Nike has really stepped their game up lately and I love it! Try going to their website and filtering their sports bras by cheapest price! I usually try to grab them when they're on sale!
