Thank you for this 30 mn HIIT, you really taught me HIIT without always jumping harder, faster, higher or working on strenght with the heavier sets...A whole new world that gives great results, I am stronger and more flexible. So many of my aches and pains due to my usual training are kept at bay and that´s priceless. Chuck Kistler, thank you for your initiative. My grandfather suffered of Parkinson 20 years ago and people were still so ignorant about it that they couldn´t understand what all his twitching and weird body movement were, I include myself even if just seeing him needing us to drink a cup of coffee was heartbreak, he was such a gentle and generous man. May we all be well.
I love going back through your old videos and doing them and seeing which ones I've already 'liked' (meaning I've already done them in the past!) I might already be an adult, but it's so fun growing up with you! haha
I had total breakthrough today with this workout. Thank you so much. I recently got out of an abusive marriage and have a seven-month-old son, I worked out throughout the marriage and it help me hold on mentally, but I felt so defeated. Today during the punch Jax at the end, I screamed and punched jacked all the anger and hurt out of me. I am no longer defeated. between you and jesus, thank you for helping me become a warrior again.

This was my first Sydney work out two years ago and it is still one of my favorites! When I did this video two years ago I thought “this girl is crazy!” but I always come back to it. Since starting this journey with you I have lost 25 pounds and have become stronger and more defined and I’m having a blast living a healthy lifestyle!

Vacationing in Florida this week so I decided to scroll waaaayy back and find a great at home/ no equipment workout to do on the patio and oh boy! I haven’t been in the water yet today but the sweat I worked up with this one sure makes it look like it. Love these ones especially when I’m on the go!

I redid this workout on a rest day during the momentum program, I did it after leg day level 4 and geez the squat jumps and bear crawls almost killed me 🤣 but I completed it and feel great. Thanks Sydney! Love these old videos also

Usually your calorie burn depends on age, height, and weight. I think the title is more of a BURN UP TO number
