    BURN UP TO 430 CALORIES LIKE ME in this 30 Minute HIIT Total Body Workout! You are going to be working your entire body in each movement to get your heart rate up QUICKLY, torch your body fat, and break a serious sweat!
    There is no equipment required for this workout, and in each move I will have you using more than one body part for maximum calorie burn and maximum fat burning. I am going to get your heart rate up and it is going to stay up long after we are done from the after-burn effect to make sure you are a fat burning machine for the rest of the day!
    We will go through 15 exercises working for 2 rounds of 40 seconds per exercise with 20 seconds rest. Don’t be fooled by this rest period though, I am going to keep you moving in your rest period as well because I only get 30 minutes of your time and I promise I am going to push you to give me all you've got in that 30 minutes.
    I am taking you through all 3 planes of motion (sagittal, transverse, and frontal) and using compound movements to target the abs, arms, and lower body in EVERY movement. If you need a modification, slow the movement down or decrease the dumbbell weight you are using. Above all - DON'T QUIT!

    3. Sit Up & 4 Russian Twists
    4. 2 Toe Touches & 2 Glute Bridges
    5. Lateral Lunge & 4 Butt Kicks
    6. 4 Side Plank Taps Left & Roll to Right
    7. Pop Squats & Lunge
    8. RDL & Kick Through
    9. Windshield Wiper Suitcases
    10. Plank Pike & Donkey Kick
    11. Jumping Jacks Left Right Middle
    12. Seated V Up and Open at Bottom
    13. Burpee Broad Jump and Back pedal
    14. Push Up & 4 Plank Jacks
    15. 8 Mountain Climbers 8 High Knees

    Crushed it....omg. I just discovered your workouts about a week ago and, dang, you make me sweat! I've been doing your workouts as my cardio at the beginning and end of my weeks(I lift in the middle). I feel like I can already see a difference from doing hiit. You're awesome!

    This was my 5th or 6th workout from you! Just started last week after my treadmill stopped randomly working! It’s back working now but love the different workouts that get me sweating immediately LOL and that you are working different parts of my body.     In addition to today’s stretch I needed some fat burning as I ate too many goodies yesterday! I also chose this older workout for the donkey kicks , something I have struggled with for about a year! But, I crushed them today, all due to following g your daily workouts!! They have made me stronger and not afraid to push my limits!! Thanks Sydney!

    Great. Love when it’s a lazy feel to the morning. All I can do is 30 min. Don’t want to bother with equipment. But all my muscles feel great now. Heart and attitude are now ready!
