I made the mistake of letting the things that aren't good for me to stop me . Now through God's guidance and wisdom to guide me to the right path and release that's not for me .

I just learned that I did not get a job where I had gone on 3 interviews. I am now going to start my own online business selling vintage clothing. Good morning let’s conquer the day
Yesterday I turned 54 and making plans for retirement next year. But within this year, I want to make changes to improve my health not just for me but my children. I spent many years prioritizing jobs and people that I know did not matter, who don’t ask how I am, how am I doing etc etc. which resulted in putting myself last in all areas of my life. But my mind and body are capable of making the changes I want to make. This message was powerful to listen to and the reminders of what I know are what I needed to hear. I’ve shared with my children so they know what I wish someone had told me when I was younger coming into the world as a young adult. Thank you for this. ❤❤

This is a great video. “You have the key to the cell you’ve been locked in this whole time.” That line really struck me. As someone who was late diagnosed with ADHD in my 30s, I still struggle to feel that I have full control. Getting medicated was the first time I ever felt like I could actually make decisions for my own best interest and follow through. It messes with my mind and makes me feel like I’m still helpless without this little pill…
Try cbd, microdose, cannabis. Research the natural medication available. Chemical do more harm. Research will prove that

Thank you I’m currently listening, I’m dealing with major health issues like lupus and having a hysterectomy. It’s been very difficult to move forward, I truly needed to hear your words this morning!! I need to be thankful that I was able to wake up and hear your message.
My husband almost lost his life to Lupus prior to diagnosis 10 years ago. He was hospitalized, withered to almost nothing and couldn’t work for a year. We moved, made a lot of life changes switched to a healthy diet and some other modifications. He now works for the railroad building railroad bridges and has been med free for 3 years. It was the most terrifying time in our relationship. Lupus can be such a complicated thing to live with, you are strong and deserve to live a healthy pain free life 🥺

Wow this message is the polar opposite of my life lessons. There have been tons of ppl I would have loved to leave behind and likewise but it was this seemingly scientific impossibility. We are interconnected and had a hand if even in another life, in putting the ppl around us in their present predicaments. We cannot and should not, even if we could, abandon one another.
